I just love them been coming here for over 3 years they definitely have it all coming from someone who wears it all!

I asked to speak with a manager or contact information for the owner regarding a incident at one of the other stores. I was asked why? And what for? After explaining my reasoning, I was told to go and look on the internet for the information and was hung up on. These people are rude and unprofessional.

Over priced... A wig I wanted was $35-$39 everywhere else, even online, but $57 at this store. They have a very good selection, but are costly.

Best thing about this beauty supply store is that it stays open later than pretty much any other one in the city. Which is good in case you have a hair emergency.

These guys talk to you any ol kinda way. They yell at you. Heaven forbid you cant understand their foreign accent, they get even more rude. I had some items in my hand and was still shopping. Opened the top to smell a shampoo I was tempted to purchase. It dripped all over my hand. And Oh. My. Goodness... 2 of em started yelling at me all at once! I put all the things I was ready to purchase BACK ON THE SHELF and stormed out. You dont get my money. I didnt break any seals or damage the product. Its something I always did when I shopped there in the past. I mean, if Im spending, I want to be sure its what I want & it doesnt smell foul.And yeah they do stalk you throughout the store at-the-ready to assist you (or making sure youre not stealing. You decide) I wont return
