Great Customer Service and Great Product Knowledge! I had ordered the new phones from Mike and was assisted today by Farina and Tristan. Both of them were very patient, courteous, and helped me transfer all of my data from my old phones to the new ones. I was there for a while as we had multiple phones to work on. They made sure to test the new phones before i left. Great staff here and great experience.

Excellent service at this location! Farina and Michael were awesome, and very patient throughout the multiple transactions we did. They took the time to explain all the pricing changes and answering our questions, and walked us through the phone transitions (one being out of state) until we had everything properly setup. Mike was very helpful and attentive to my needs. He spent over an hour to resolve my problem. Although we didn’t completely resolve the issue (outside of his control), he help me put together a path forward to handle to issue.

I went in today to switch over a couple of lines for myself and my elderly mom. We were waited on by Farina... she was extremely kind and patient. A customer walked in and she acknowledged them ans let them know she’d be with them shortly... The customer picked up his phone and started to use fowl language while complaining about having to wait. She asked were they here to pickup an online order and they didn’t answer initially but then said yes... They told her she was sitting and playing on her phone (which was actually my new phone she was setting up) and they walked out of the store saying they would call another location. She remained calm and continued to be professional... I highly recommend this location and Ms. Farina is an excellent customer service representative....

Ramon was an absolutely outstanding provider today. My family and I just switched over to Verizon from another carrier and had some serious difficulties from the other carrier when trying to switch. However, Ramon was very helpful, respectful, courteous, and most importantly patient in helping us today. Our visit took over two hours and even lasted past the official closing time listed online. Nonetheless, Ramon stayed overtime and helped us figure out our situation. He even took the initiative to call other Verizon representatives that could aid in our transition. I could not say enough good things about Ramon. He clearly has an innate ability to connect with others on a personal level while still maintaining a professional demeanor. His work ethic (as I mentioned, we stayed for over two hours) was tireless, and his sense of humor really made me enjoy having him as our representative today. Individuals like Ramon are hard to come across these days, so if you need any help for any issue, I can assuredly say that Ramon will be the best person to help you out. Verizons motto is that we never stop working for you, and I truly believe that to be true, especially regarding Ramon as he upholds this statement in every sense. Could not ask for anyone better than Ramon. If I need any other assistance, I already know who I am going to ask and who I can ultimately count on. Thank you for everything Ramon, and Godspeed!
Had a great experience with Adam at this location. Showed me what me options were, got me deals and discounts where I could, and kept me entertained while waiting for my phone to update. And he made sure I was able to delete the info on my old phone so I’d know it was done.Very friendly staff and a great experience.
The staff is very and knowledgeable they made the process very fast. The lady wrote down everything for us and explained the promotion to us. She helped us submit the rebates in store and also explained how the military discount works.Before we left the store she went over everything one more time and made sure everything works.
Bad customer service. Looking to buy more phones but Didn’t even acknowledge us being there. Didn’t even say hi or that they would be with us in a bit to help. Waited for 20 mins and nothing! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else

I went in a little after 10AM. There were no other customers when I stopped in and I was acknowledged quickly after entering the store. I picked up a phone and the process was seamless. Very satisfied with this store.

Online and the door says that the store closes at 8pm. Went to switch lines from another carrier at 735pm and was told the store is closed. I asked the young man, about the posted hours and the time posted online and he couldn’t offer any explanation. Called the store at 1092/Murphy and the young man was very helpful and courteous. Not a good start for an attempt at calling Verizon our new carrier.
Farina was extremely helpful! The store didn’t have the jet pack I wanted to purchase but she found it at a sister store over an hour away. They drove it in and she met me to deliver it after they closed that evening because I needed it the next day. It was above and beyond customer service- I appreciate Farina’s help!
I went in after 4 to trade in my phone and there was one guy working with people constantly coming in. The guy calmly and quickly each customer, sometimes a couple at one time. Very good service

This has to be the weirdest review I’ve written. I visited this store to setup a verizon plan and I thought everything went smoothly as I had done my research and knew what I wanted. After setting up the plan I got home to check my first bill only to see that additional protection (which I said I did not want) and a set up and go fee additional to the activation fee was charged. After spending a couple hours on the phone with verizon I was able to get it sorted out. Two days later I get a notification thanking me for the review of the store that I did not post.... The agent I believe posted the following review.... (“Ask for farina! She helped us with multiple promo!”) ..... while I was helping my mother transfer her data to her new phone.... Not only is that a breech of trust but also the main reason I am writing this review..

I had a horrible experience today trying to return a phone I bought at this store. From the moment I walked in the lady at the front with curly black hair Hispanic woman was rude to me. She did not try to help me out at all said I couldn’t return that I could only exchange my phone. I couldn’t understand for the life of me how I couldn’t get a refund. Turns out they didn’t want to return me my money because I paid cash. She told me Call Verizon wireless because I can’t do anything for you. She didn’t even try to help me out so I called Verizon and they took care of business handled me with great customer service easy fix for Verizon but store horrible.
She was really knowledgeable and polite I was hesitant about changing my phone from such edge to s21 she made our experience very easeful. She also helped us transfer everything from our old phone to the new one. I would highly recommend this store.

Worse place to go for a phone. They are slow and lazy. We when in to pick up an online order because it was close. The person was helping someone no big deal so we waited after 15 minutes she said i be with you in a moment afteranither 10 minutes i call another location to see if i. An pick it up there she heard me and said oh you have a online order and said i didnt know but she never asked or even greated us when we came in. But she had time to talke and joke while not really helping her customer, but did have alot to say when we left. Worst service ever.

I bought a new iPhone for my 84 year old father. I thought it would be a challenge as the elderly need special features to make phone use easier, but the manager sold us exactly what my dad needed. The manager was helpful, not pushy, and very efficient. More importantly, my dad loves his new iPhone! Full of lies. The sales lady told me wrong information. They personally charge me $40 per each lines. and told me its the activation fee which I been double charged by Verizon and been told by Verizon customer service that the store doesnt have authorization to charge the activation Fee.

If I could give negative stars I would have done that. Horrible experience with this store. I switched my two lines from AT&T to Verizon with them last August and up till now they still haven’t credited me the trade in of my phone. I have called Verizon so many times and it turned out that the store has never entered my phone in Verizon’s system. I was too trustworthy and took Paul’s words for it. They up charged me on screen cover telling me I can get life time replacement in any Verizon store nation wide and it turned out to be a lie after checking with Verizon customer service. They’ll charge you $40 each line to “set up” your phone even if they didn’t do a thing with your phone and you will still be charged another $40 each line from Verizon. They closed their store during business hours just to avoid talking to two angry customers. I should have walked out of the store when that happened. Do you own diligence before you decide to use their service. Verify with Verizon what they promised you. Most importantly document what they tell you and get receipts if you give them anything. To avoid this happen to you, don’t go to this authorized retailer. Go to a real Verizon store. My fight for justice with them is not over yet.
Faez was clear and concise with our options. He showed us every possible discount we could get and what was the best option for our personal usage. He is very knowledgeable about telecommunications and explained our data options clearly. He also was very patient with us and observed the social distancing guidelines in a way that showed he cared for our safety. He definitely understands that it is about building a relationship, not just making a sale.I usually prefer going to a Verizon store but my experience with Faez was reassuring and refreshing.

I came into this store and I noticed how the employees wiped down everything after they took care of each customer, which is nice due to Covid-19. I could tell that the store was well taken care of because it was so clean and organized. Fareena was the sales person that helped me with everything that I needed. My elderly Father n Law was scammed by Fez and Paul. My Father n Law just wanted to add his military discount to the account. Fez restructured the whole account and after all said and done created a huge mess leaving my father n law to pay more in his monthly bill. After several attempts and months to Verizon Customer Service we were able to get it figured out! It was a disaster! I encourage you to not do business here and go to a Corporate store! Also, if you just did business and rated your experience high, go back and check your bill in 4 months. I imagine you’ll find a significant difference in your bill!
Every since switching from AT&T a year ago I’ve been so happy. The staff and management here are so friendly. Willing to answer any questions you may have or helping you with anything you may need. Just upgraded my phone yesterday I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend them.

Normally I dont write reviews but this was important and need a 1/2 star. Try to avoid this store if they have to connect to your account in any way and the games they play. I purchased two samsung phones and two phone cases.Part One (Phones) I was charge 30.00 automatic set up fee to transfer data using samsung switch app which I could have done myself and 40.00 activation per line. All seem normal except Verizon had no record of any of this information nor me trading in my phone. I came back the same day for my phone and Amazingly fedex had pick it up but Verizon still dont have a record. Im now working with Verizon showing I paid off my phone and upgraded because yourwireless just add phones to the line incorrectly causing me to pay double.Part Two (Cases) paid 49.99 per case and within me walking from store to vehicle the bottom of the case pops off. I immedately walk back into the store to ask for a refund and was told we dont give refunds just store credits. I said well I can go to best buy and just buy an outter box. Farina stated we can order you an otter for both phones as an even exchange. Of course that was a lie and after 7 days she email me instead of calling saying the outter box arrived and once in the store with attitude just told the guy its 79.99 per case and I must pay the difference. WOW but not surprised so I had no choice but to accept the one case at this cost and I found something cheap in the store to eat up my last few dollars of store credit because I refuse to ever come back.Needless to say I went on Verizon.com and found that 79.99 outter box for 45.99 regular price. Avoid this place and if you made a purchase make sure you get a receipt because you will need it when you see your Verizon bill. Of course I was told the printer dont work so I didnt get a receipt for paying off my phone and she finally email me the other receipt that had all the crazy charges. By the way that 30.00 charge for automatic set up fee was label Iphone 5 charger and I asked why. Farina stated they label it this way so she can give me a discount-- REALLY what discount?Interestingly enough--- at the bottom of my receipt (see attachment) it stated they Gladly accept returns or exchanges-- fraud. I received my bought lesson for 2020 and will never return.
Add in awesome time with an extremely personable staff. It took a little bit longer to swap phones and I had originally planned but all in all was a good Visit.
