I just recently join T-mobile as my new mobile phone carrier. As I enter the store location I had a very welcoming experience. All the employees were so nice and up beat! There was an amazing employee that was able to help me out to set up an account with T-mobile. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the whole process. He really helped me out and will recommend everyone to go to him if you need help~~~~~

Let me begin by saying the representative who assisted me today seemed like a nice person. However, nice does not compensate for lack of accurate information or flat out laziness.I visited the store to return a phone as part of an upgrade promotion. I was advised to do so via email instructions from T-Mobile. When I presented the phone to the store employee, he told me they dont take them in the store, but that I had to mail it in. I showed him the email, and he said the email was mistaken. He proceeded to print out a return label for me to send the phone to the insurance provider (for broken phone claims, etc.). I told him this was not an insurance issue and that the address didnt look right. He assured me all returns go to the same place.Before leaving the store I mentioned that the upgraded phone was missing some key features. He looked the phone over and agreed. I asked what other options were available for a 16 year customer who just needed a new reliable phone. He told me there were no more promotions available. I left the store and called customer service, because again, while he seemed nice, he seemed like he would rather be anywhere else but work. Customer service confirmed that the return label the store representative printed out for me was not to the correct address. The phone rep also told me about 3 additional promotions that I could choose from. It is EXTREMELY frustrating to take the time to drive to a T-Mobile store in the hopes of getting decent in-person service to just be treated with this dismissive attitude (like, Im one annoying customer closer to getting off!). What if Id taken his word for it and sent the old phone to the wrong address? Would I somehow be liable for a phone lost in the system? And how about at least try to keep a customer happy and get a sale in the process? In this economy there are a lot of people looking for jobs. If this guy doesnt value his, maybe he should bow out and make room for someone who would. And T-Mobile? Maybe you should do a better job of making sure information is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent among your reps from phone to internet to store.

Been with them for years. Called to find about iphone 12 promotion. Not only did Daniel give me contradictory information, he was rude, impatient and unaccommodating. He wanted me to call customer helpline or come to the store, because he wasnt in the mood to give me the information required. Then put me on hold and said someone else will deal with you. Call eventually disconnected. To the franchise or store owners, I will move my 3 lines to AT&T just because of this. Their team spoke to me in detail and helped immensely. Btw I called directly to the store to give the business to the store!

Theres a manager by the name of angel that works there and hes anything but an angel. Hes very rude, unprofessional and and saving the phones like its his personal commodity. My account was well-documented that I would get an upgrade for no charge at all and he tried to get me to sign a contract that showed Im paying for the phone $12 a month for 24 payments. He expected me to take his word and believe that it was going to be credited each month but could not show it anywhere in writing. He really should be removed from the T-Mobile network. It appears that they should close most of the stores down and have everything done through online because most stores are I ran like three card Molly. A hustle like no one has hustled in their entire life and the customer suffers for it.

This is a horrible place with extremely poor customer service. BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT SHOP at this location. They over promise and under deliver. I bought 2 devices on a promotion and they did not take care of the issues. I’ve been a customer for over 11 years and have been extremely disappointed with my experience and dissatisfied with the devices received. They treat customers with no respect and are extremely rude. Please BUY ONLINE and not at this store.
Rep that answered my call hung up twice claiming they couldnt hear me. So much for being a leader in 5G, they dont even have working landlines.

Went yesterday to this location to get new service and they were WONDERFUL. They ALL greeted me when I entered and Shalisa helped me. She was extremely professional and friendly. The manager (I dont know his name right now) was wonderful also. I have to go back today but that wasnt their fault. I had to wait to have my phone unlocked before I can complete the transfer and it takes 24 hrs. She said that I could do it over the phone but I am going to drive back up there just to see her. lol I recommend this location 100%.

I am a business owner and a current T-Mobile customer for 15 years and even though the plans have gotten better the customer service has taken a nose dive. I am given you notice..they will tell you anything to make there quota and leave you out in the rain.Like the old saying..if it sounds to good to be true...stay clear away.The free tablet deal that they offer up voluntarily.. is a trap they use to wheel you into problems you dont want...beware!They dont tell the truth and nothing but the truth much is left out which I believe purposely.Youve been warned!!Last thing you should know...I was attempting to rectify the problem with who I was told was the MANAGER (CORY). Although he showed signs of concern and understanding in our earlier conversation in the day and promised a return call later on in the day after he had a chance to talk to Mario my sales person...he claims to have called me back twice but I had no miss calls at all. After attempting 2 times to call Cory and being put on hold with no reveal..he finally answered with a attitude I didnt expect after giving me the impression earlier in the day that he shared my frustration and was going to work on clearing it all up.He basically told me with a attitude that he had a customer and to HAVE GOOD DAY! at 7:50pm and hung up.Thanks T-Mobile for appreciating my 15years of loyalty.
This place does not look out for you. Beware. Go to another tmobile store. Last year, we bought a BOGO of the Note10, availed of the promotion. I noticed on my bill after several months that I have been paying for both phones and no credit, plus I have been paying for a new line. I called customer service and they told me that we did not qualify for the promotion. This has never been mentioned at the store, the sales person processed the purchased leading us to believe that we are getting the promotion, after all, another line has been added to our account. Tmobile customer service told me that the only way for me to qualify for the promotion is to upgrade our plan which would increased our payment to almost$100. Why would I be penalized for this stores mistake. I called the store and they told me a manager would call me back. The manager never called. Finally after almost 6 months of trying to talk to the manager, I finally got him, but he was no help - I was still directed to Tmobile customer service.

He recognized my NJ area code so, we conversed about him living in Philly for a few years! Small world! He got me in and out with no problems. Provided FANTASTIC customer service and deserves HUGE praise because he rocks!! Impressive is an understatement!!

Transferred 4 lines from AT&T to T-Mobile. The online tech support was not great so figured I would give the store a shot. Corey at this store was fantastic. Walked us through all of the number porting and transfer if information from the old phones. Really great customer service - everyone friendly and helpful despite being quite busy.
I have been a member for more than 11 years. Was there at this store with my wife who is 6 months pregnent to upgrade my phone. She wanted to use the restroom and they actually denied it, seriously they said they just have private restroom. Jelk was our staff person then other person also told us that too. We did not upgrade our phones and just left. Very dissappointed.

Update:The store (Avanti?) and assistant (Cody) managers proactively tried to resolve the issues. Several days later, the issue was finally resolved. We appreciated their efforts and especially give props to Ace for all the technical helps, setup, and explanation. Unfortunately during those few days of without my phone, there were several inconveniences, such as missed text messages of appointment rescheduling, discarded screen protector, phone camera protector, phone case, etc. All in all, we think 3 stars are a fair grade for the store. The resolution was 1st class but the initial mistakes and its impacts unfortunately cannot be undone. It would have been 5 stars if there wasnt any issue at the beginning.Initial Review:If I could give zero star I would. This is absolutely madness! Con-artist! We were told by the store worker, Mario, to sign up for the “buy one get one free” Note 10 phone deal with a 3rd line free on 8/16. He asked us to pre-order the phone so we did. On 8/18, we docu-signed the agreement and by 8/19 we received the phones. On 8/21, we brought the phones and went back to the store and the worker, Ace, helped us activated the phones and services. The entire times we praised to them about how good of this deal is and all of them were happy for us. Well, guess what! It was all a lie! We came to find out later that we were charged for both Note 10 phones because our agreement was activated a week too soon than the actual deal date. We called the store and Mario told us not to worry, he said this is a common mistake and they have encountered this type of error several times and he ensured us that all they had to do is to contact the corporate and it would be taken care of, and he told us to wait 2 to 3 hours. We waited but no response, then we called again. This time, Mario said he has contacted the corporate and it is going to take 2 to 3 days. We waited again but no response, then we called again! This time, Mario said the corporate sometimes will take a few more days so he asked us to wait one more week. Remember, from the day we activated the agreement we had 14 days to decide whether to keep the plan or not. So we are basically running out of time to cancel the contract. But Mario insisted and ensured us that everything will be ok. After a week (14 day trial ended), we called the store and the store manager finally spoke to us and said there is nothing they can do. All he said was “Sorry.” Now that we have been fooled for 2 weeks of runaround wasting our times and mental stress, not only are we not eligible for the current “buy one get one free” deal but we are now stuck with the huge bills.

I came in July 22nd (yesterday) about an issue involving my phone not being able to use my service or my data plan. I couldnt take phone calls, send messages, or use apps that are a necessity to my daily routine. The person seemed knowledable and answered my questions. He informed me that my iphone was messed up so I proceeded to waste 3 hours of my time at the apple store only to find out that it was actually a tmobile service problem and not the phone itself because I used my sim with a different device. Poor existing customer service. For the record the person was not rude to me but other associates from this store have been rude to me in the past. They prioritize getting new customers instead of helping their existing, loyal customers based on my experience. I want people to know they have done this to me in the past where its a back and forth blame game between the service provider and the manufacturer.

I have done business with this branch several times and the one thing I notice and dont like is the fact that some if not all of the reps not putting in enough effort to be decent customer service reps. Some would hang up without saying something like`thank you´ or `have a wonderful day´ or wont leave a message after calling and nobody responds to the call or anything that would damage the relationship between a company and its customers.
Great customer service! Basically can sell you anything. I love my new Samsung Galaxy 9 plus, my fast charger package, my durable phone case, my glass protection, my Samsung Gear 3, and my solo 3 best headphones! He connects with his costumers and sells. I always leave happy when Maruice is there. He is open minded, a great personality, and he is trustworthy. Thats the kind of employee I appreciate.
Associate (Gerald B) who helped me was friendly and the store was clean and organized. it was crowded when I reached there but waiting time was minimum. Certainly better then the T Mobile store in First Colony Mall.
Alert! The young salesman sold my wife a phone under the so called tax free promotion. And gave the impression the phone would be free a so called tax free special promotion. Well you guest it not only was the phone not free it was written up as a lease, Wow! Dont go to this store they will bait and switch you.
Recently, I have experienced technical issues with device being defective. When I went to the store to exchange the device, I overhead femal supervisor stating that customers should complete their own switching of information at home in a condescending way. I didnt have the privilege of doing so because I went to exchange phones not purchase a new one.
Went into store today to upgrade phone and transfer of responsibility. Zack was the rep that assisted me and was very helpful in activating my new phone and transferring my lines. The only hiccup was the selling of accessories. I dont know he didnt see what promotion I was being offered or he was trying to upsell me. Either way, great overall transaction, very patient, and clean environment. Music may be a tad bit loud in the store but thats just me nitpicking. A+

Customer service is OK for the most part but they lie.. I dont understand. why lie?? Sad. I was about to purchase a phone that they said would cost me nothing then told me it would be $80+ upfront for taxes. how is that “nothing”? and another time a guy tried to sell me an 8plus when I asked for an 8, because it costs more and i’m sure it meant he’d get a bigger commission. Ive gotten a deceitful vibe from them every time I visited. if you go in, pay attention to what you’re being told and ask questions until you are comfortable about your purchase.

Well, I moved to a different provider and I wanted to return their equipment which I used for cell tower. Apparently, I was told that I needed to ship rather than T-Mobile store taking it and be done with my account, despite the email from T-mobile mentioned that I could return it to the Store...the Trip was a waste of time for me.Guys at the store also appeared that they didnt want to help me as I am not their customer any more.
The staff at this t-mobile were awesome and have always been able to fix any situation which comes up.
Im done with T-Mobile after I pay off this phone lol. Recently just purchased a Galaxy S8+ and I let the employee set the screen protector and put the case on....the screen protector bubbled up and the case broke after THREE WEEKS of having the phone lolThey said they could do nothing for me because it was outside of two weeks, though it was through no fault of my own. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION! 🤩I walked in with the confidence that my situation would be handled and it was! - Kevin G. was my sales associate. I was looking to port in a new line for my mother, while taking advantage of the special ‘buy one get one free’ and to resolve an issue that customer service could not competently do. We’ve purchased most of our phones over years at this location. We’re always greeted with a smile from everyone, and treated with respect. How about that! That was something I really needed that day considering my recent phone experience from customer service. T-MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE SALES ASSOCIATES ARE UNRELIABLE AND MISS INFORMED! There bubbly attitudes and their catchy names they use to identify themselves blind you. (Y’all know what I mean, i.e. Terrific Terrence) I spoke with four different sales associates. All miss informed me of the same issue I thought was handled. This was a 14 day span. Even the T-Mobile customer service line manager proved to be unreliable! 😠She cleared up some things, which was great. Duh, her job! But she did not fix the situation completely. Needless to say I was super pissed off, because this was the fifth time I attempted to straighten things up. So I visited our store! Forget this operator chiz!Since she could not do that right, I didn’t trust her to port in a new line. Forget that! FROM NOW ON WE WILL NOT USE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE! I’m going to 5684 Hwy 6 South. We can always rely on them! Not one thing has failed since we’ve dealt with them! Should’ve went there in the 1st place! Just talking about the run around they gave me pisses me off, and I’m a pretty easy going person.I was reading everyone’s complaints on Google about their experience at this store. Some very petty BTW. For all the years that we’ve been visiting this location, we have not seen any of those problems since that location opened. From my observation everyone is treated equally. THIS IS A GOOD STORE! It’s a modern day “Leave it to Beaver”. 😜My husband and I like the functionality of this location. We don’t feel rushed even when they’re busy. Everyone is friendly, respectful and reliable. The store manager Avonte’ B. is very efficient, personable, professional, concerned and polite! I thought we were special, but that’s just the way he treats all the customers. As a business owner I take notice on how a business is ran when I’m there. He always check to make sure everything is running smoothly.Visit the store and see for yourself. And, word from the wise, before you blast on social media about a problem with anything or anyone, speak to the store manager. That’s what they’re there for. Blame yourself because you’re not using all the avenues the company provides for your benefit. That’s with any business. They’ll get everything straight before you leave...bet!

I just walked into this store with a replacemeny phone from T-MOBILE and ask for help as it has smaller Sim card and wanted help transferring to new phone and was greeted by a black lady shaking her head no. The customer service at this location is awful; even the store manager Dennis was rude. Instead of trying to help me come up with solutions concerning my phone he kept insisting I call the t-mobile rep from my phone; which was completely broken and would not allow outgoing or incoming calls. He didnt even offer to allow me to use their phone to call customer service. I had to ask another sells rep. The location is not customer friendly.

TURN DOWN THE MUSIC. I’m a young adult in my 20’s and even I found it too loud. I’ve been in multiple times since buying a new phone and every time I go in they’re playing ridiculously loud music. I ended up leaving and going to another T-Mobile location because I couldnt even hear myself think.
Staff really tries to help resolve your issues. Just wish they would turn down the music hence the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.
