LIARS! This store said in order for me to get a phone I HAD to buy a case and screen protector. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Indian accent woman said her name was Selena. HORRIBLE LIARS. AND THIEVERY. No one HAS to purchase those to get a phone. This store is greedy. ZERO STARS.

I do not recommend going to this shop. They are deceitful and liars. They do not care about satisfying the customer. They only care about how they take money from you. They fooled me. I went back many times.

Metro PCS is the worse service center. I pur hase my phone less than 2 months ago and it has problems after problems. The tech is so unaware of how to fix the phone. They cut off my phone saying I owe $4.00. Which was not true. I pay my bill on the 9th to which wasnt due to the 13. Very, very disappointed in this company. I will go to another company because my phone still have problems. Also I purchase a screen cover and my phone has two cracked spots. Never dropped and I purchase the $ 25.00 covet. This is very disappointing. METRO PCS SUCKS. WHAT A WAY TO BRI G IN THE NEW YEAR.

We get our phones here, been a customer about 3 years now, they are well informed and can answer questions quick, they are very honest with us about products and tell us which phone is better, great prices and deals where I could get a case for two phones for like 20 and one other time I got a glass screen cover and phone case 25 which isn’t bad I think. I like this place a lot. The actual network could be better but this store is good.

Terrible service! The representative had me call (the rep on the phone was very helpful and nice) to unlock my SIM xard myself. She had me Google instructions to fix some APN settings. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I switched my sons plan to MetroPCS. It was a cinch! The staff knew what they were doing and were pretty quick about it there were no tricks, pressured sales or gimmicks.

The young lady was very unprofessional. I wouldnt suggest this location.
