Had the worst experience at GameStop. The associate store leader Ike was extremely rude and disrespectful. He does NOT need to be working in customer service at all. He talks about customers weight and makes jokes about pregnant women coming into the store and in front of other customers. The other associate in the store even tried to get him to stop but he kept on going anyways. He is a bully to his coworker and other customers coming into the store. Embarrassing. In addition, he talks about his owner/manager of the store. I will never return to this store again! Also, your not allowed to return items to their store even though it’s advertised all over GameStop’s website that you can return items back to the store or online. I’ve been coming to and shopping at GameStop of years. Not anymore! This GameStop does not follow the normal protocols. This was the worst store experience of my life!

I like this GameStop. The staff is super helpful and they always have a great selection of new and used games. My daughter collect Funco pop figurines and they always have a good collection along with a wide variety of other fan favorite merchandise. The store also has a good collection of used equipment.Please like this review and follow me on Google for more HONEST and UNBIASED reviews.
Generally a good gamestop, but the last time I went in they snuck the game insurance onto the bill, so.... pay attention.
Employees rude and dont even acknowledge when you come in. Not helpful. Stop spending alot of money here. Very disappointed.
One of their employees was completely rude and arrogant and thought he knew everything about a game that they sold at Walmart for 15 bucks cheaper and it was instock I guess I will be shopping there from now on all new games are cheaper there and same selection go figure
Felt very uncomfortable when checking out, the guy at the register kept pushing me to place a pre order for a game coming out next year even though I kept saying no. I had to say no like 4 times. I get that you have to make your sales goal but it’s very uncomfortable. He started being very condescending like “well you just missed out on a free $5” when he didn’t get the sale. Felt very man-baby like

I visited the GameStop for my son’s birthday. My husband and I walked in with our son wearing masks and were greeted by an employee. There was a couple there as well wearing masks and checking out. We were looking for a game when another employee ELLA looked up and said we can only have 5 people on n the store at a time and 2 of us had to leave. Speaking to us as if my child was an adult and we can just leave him in the store alone. She was rude and the way she handled the situation was totally unprofessional. We won’t shop at that store again.A good manager or employee would have asked if we mind waiting until the other couple left with a better attitude. Not say 2 of you have to leave. We are regular customers and she just cost her store money.
Went in yesterday to pick up a used copy of Just Cause 3, Guy working at the counter was super helpful and friendly. He scanned all four of my old gamestop gift cards to tell me the balance on them, with two of them being deactivated he told me how to reactivate them. I then purchased my game with one of the gift cards but was still 16 cents short, I had change but they arent accepting cash at the moment so he took out his wallet and scanned his debit card and I paid him back the 16 cents. He did all of this without a hint of frustration or annoyance. Wish I couldve caught his name, the best employee Ive met there in the past 8 years of going to this gamestop.

Staff is really friendly and helpful when they are trying to sell you something, come in with an issue and you will see true colors. Instead of trying to think outside of the box in order to provide a great or even good customer experience, they fall back on too bad. I am severely disappointed with this GameStop location, i will never go here again.
I used to like this store a lot. I’m gonna cut this short. All the good staff is gone and we are forced to deal with people with a strong intellectual disability. Nothing but bull comes out there mouth. Just go to the store OUTSIDE of first Colony mall.

I love this gamestop been going for a year and a half.yea theres a higher customer to employee ratio but I have literally seen how they handle with only just 1 employee and got customers out quick.the manager Carlos is pretty cool I interact with him more than anyone because the times I go up there he is by himself but he gets customers in and out.very knowledgeable and very positive, he doesnt talk to people like a know it all.very helpful I would wanna work under him.
This GameStop is TERRIBLE. I had just bought a Pre-Owned Nintendo Switch and when I got home and opened the box, there was no HDMI cable or AC adapter. We called GameStop, and they told us we had to drive 20 mins up there to get them and so they could verify we did not have them. We were leaving town in 2 hours, so that was not possible. Overall, their customer service and packaging service is lousy.
The two gentlemen at that store or a Class Act. It started with a 20-minute conversation on the phone and then even when I did arrive I was even more impressed. How is all stores cave this kind of customer service. You guys rock like Slayer
Some blonde or redhead chick gave me attitude today when I was trying to redeem my trade in credit she then proceeded to tell me I needed to have my pro rewards card even though as I was trying to give it to her she then ripped the card out of my hand swiped it for me then proceeded to say I had no balance and give me the attitude you get when people think your trying to rip you off I told her when I last checked my balance(earlier this year) I had 50$ credit on it she told me well you better show me the email then or your not getting anything so I left never coming back her and the young guy she was working don’t have any sense of urgency when it comes to customers nor any professionalism

Poorly managed, store full of customers with only employee behind the counter. Website is outdated and not helpful particularly for store pick- up. Used system purchased was crusty with grime and was not tested until purchase time. Its like the company stopped making an effort to keep customers. If nothing changes, I doubt theyll be around in the years to come.

So here I was getting a game for my daughter. Everything was going normal, until I asked a question. It pertained to Black Friday sale, but before I was able to ask the question, I was rudely cut off. It wasnt a big deal, I was just planning to mention it on the survey GameStop conducts. That was until Alejandro from this location began arguing with my wife, justifying his rudeness. When we asked for a managers name and number, he said he couldnt give that information out. Instead he gave us a different number from what another store in the district gave us. I have been on the phone for 25 minutes then they hung up. I like GameStop but I wont be dealing with rude store associates. GameStop you can thank Alejandro for the lost of customers.

I enjoy the new management and employees at this location, I havent met them all but I did meet two who gave me a great conversation and made my visit painless, this is miles better than the old people I always came across that came off as ingenious people in general.

CHRISTOPHER IS NOT A GOOD GAMESTOP EMPLOYEE. I use to go to this location a lot. The good staff are definitely gone. All I have to say is one team member by the name of Christopher is rude and does not provide good customer service. He will try to hustle you on Extended warranty ….for example a preowned game I got for xbox is normally 1 buck (maybe 2)….he straight up asked for 3$. He was sure on the price EVEN AFTER SCANNING my game (my total is on screen and all), but then I said no way man, the other gamestops doesnt charge that much ...without going into extreme detail, he made up something like let me check the computer and corrected himself saying oh yea its a dollar. At the end of the transaction, I was merely brushed off with game in bag and him looking at me, like ok, u can go now...but then I asked are you forgetting something? he forgot to add the warranty sticker in with my game! He didnt apologize or anything, but said something like our system was down and we didnt have power....what does that have to do with him forgetting the sticker. you forgot or just was messing with me bc I called him out on the warranty hustle he tried to pull. He couldve apologized for the inconvenience, but didnt. It is what it is. DONT GO TO CHRISTOPHER

They are pretty good. Sometimes service gets a bit slow, but thats all I could really complain about the store. The employees I usually get are good-mannered for the most part, with the occasional mind-drifter, but thats about it.

So i bought shadows of mordor but when i get home there is no game not only that but when i call to tell the employee named robert that he didnt put the game in the case he tells me it happens all the time...he doesnt at least apologize for his idiotic mistake... and why does this happen ALL the time it shouldnt happen at all.
