Female manager here is has poor customer service skills, short responses to any inquiry definetly wont be shopping at this location anymore.

Stood in front of a representative for about 20 min after he was done helping a customer in front of me… Mr. Floyd clearly saw me standing in front of him but insisted on ignoring me and kept talking personal things with another client that was already being attended.. dont bother going to this place.Very rude and poor customer service. Dont do customer service jobs if youre not good at it..

When I told the manager that was my parts sitting at the counter. He had a attitude and said thats not your parts. I said OK well I know they are because of the shape of the Box and theres 4 boxes at that. He said they all have that box🤨 I spent $497 and to get bad customer service like that that is ridiculous.

One time I was there, I couldnt go in because I wasnt black, due to being Asian I couldnt go in. THEN, on 6/6th/21, I was the only one that walked in then the lady told the other employee to keep an eye on me. Couldnt even buy all the things I needed. Only bought one thing while I overheard that the lady was calling the cops because I was Asian shopping at the store and thought I was stealing. Never again will I be back.

Ever since that manager came in (older black lady) she always had a bad attitude for no reason. Recent experience was making up excuses not to do something i know the store is capable of, probably because they didnt feel like it... not knowing i know what is and isnt possible. The unnecessary sarcasm was also not appreciated.Just go to the main store on Murphy and skip this one altogether in the future.

Rochelle Simpson, the manager was rude and her service lacked professionalism. She spends more time telling customers what Autozone cant do instead of helping the customer. Why do I say this? 1) She offered 0 help and only told me that I waited too long to use a part that I purchased; unused may I add. 2) Ironically, I walk into the store and the same person is doing the same thing to another customer. She doesnt need to be there because she has completely removed the reason why someone should deal with her. I wont let her take away my convenience. She works there and I spend my money there. So who is supposed to accommodate who?!

VIN numbers help for correct part on your vehicle. Write it down or put it in your phone. These mask have a lot to do with getting wrong part and going back to the store. Save a trip if you can.

The worst customer service ever. The old african American guy was really rude. This place is not recommended because of this guy.

Highly recommended!! The young man works in the front is professional and efficient. I bought a turn signal bulb today, and he replaced it within 2 mins. No labor fee and I only pay 7 bucks for the bulb. Will come back.

For all your auto, you can never go wrong by visiting thus location. Cinthia & Brennedeth were off much help. My battery died and they came to the rescue!

Its a person that works there that thinks he know everything about any vehicle and doesnt. And when I tried to tell him, he cuts you off and doesnt listen to your needs on what you already know what you need. Very unprofessional and tries to over talk you. First and last time visiting this place.

Was in your store and purchased 2 wipers, 2 rear bulbs for a 2012 kia soul...did not get the young mans name that waited on me about 3:00 pm on 7/5/2020. He was so patient and efficient!!! A real asset to AutoZone. Just hate I did not get his name to commend him properly, please let the store employees know I truly appreciate such mannerable and caring service!

I went to AutoZone for a check engine light. They checked and told me, what it said the problem was. The gentleman looked to see if they had the parts. They had 1 of the 2 parts. Then he looked to see which other autozones had it. He then asked if l would like for him to call the other autozone, and asked them to pull the part just to make sure it was there. When i got to the other autozone they had it ready and waiting for me.

Great place for automotive needs. Staff friendly & courteous. Price reasonable. Large assortment of products. Will shop here again!

I went to the one on Texas Pkwy (Missouri City) I had a check engine light on & the hooked up a machine (w/o charge) that let me know what the issue was. It wasnt serious. I appreciate the guys over there. Good customer service good Attitudes!

Reasonable priced GREAT customer service.

Very bad service. I went to buy spark plugs to my truck and the spark plugs were bad my car started to give misfire codes. Then I went to o’Reilly auto part and they gave the correct ones. When I took the bad spark plugs back to store the staff started to act as I cannot get replacement or money back. I finally got a store credit which is not what I want. This the second time I have issues with the parts that they sell me they either do not have the appropriate part or they sell a damage one.

Horrible customer service. Wait times are outrageous. I shouldnt have to wait in line for 30 minutes to buy 2 quarts of oil. There needs to be somebody at the cash register, instead of having to wait for the parts guys to finish. My business is now going to OReilly auto down the street. Their prices are lower, and customer service is way better

Shorthanded, pricing wrong wanted me to pay for their mistake initially, but rectified it. Pleasant atmosphere, good attitudes, just took a long time 2hrs longer than it should have.

My pops and I went there Saturday May 25, 2019 to test an alternator and I waited in line before speaking to Floyd. He took the alternator and said that he was going to check it. He then went ahead and began helping everyone else. My pops was telling me to go ahead and just leave after waiting about 8min because he felt like floyd was being rude on purpose. Specially after he told me that we could just take it somewhere else to get it tested. I decided to be patient but after noticing that he was ignoring us on purpose I decided to get our alternator and just leave. We went down to Oriellys and not only were we greeted and taken care of on the spot but we also saved more money on a new alternator. So as far as customer service goes, I would recommend going to Oriellys. And if you want to save money on parts, do the same, go to Oriellys. So thank you auto zone, it was a rude awakening but it paid off. I would not recommend going there to anyone. - a Disabled Veteran.

Exclent service. The gentleman tested my battery on the vehicle determining it was bad and then replaced it. He did it with smile on his face. It felt like he actually wanted to help. That is uncommon these days.

Left battery to be tested in evening came back next day before closing and battery had never been tested. Update 02/23/2021 tryied this location on battery again same thing no charge over a day later. Staff told me it would be charged in an hour
