Employees were cordial but the service is too slow. Unless youre really needing to save the money youll save by not going elsewhere, do not go there for a service. You will wait literally hours, for things you can have in minutes in the other places.

Quite possibly the worst customer experience Ive ever experienced in my life. The animosity the employees feel towards the customers is only matched by the animosity they feel towards their jobs. Expect each uncaring employee to hand you off to another one who cares even less. Expect to wait in line only to end up ordering what you need online because the employee is unwilling to take the time to verify that rollback prices will apply. Would not recommend.

(Cant give 0 stars or I would)Went there because all 4 of my tires were on warranty. Bought them 5/2018. Had the paperwork with the matching DOT# . I tried to explain to the manager that just around end of March/begining of April I noticed low air in my tire (front passenger). In the past, this meant a nail or something got caught in it. Looked online to take it to the usual Walmart Tire and Lube shop I go to for hours of operation (Sugar Land location). I figured theyd have different times during the pandemic. NOPE. They were all just closed. Not open. I google searched all nearby Walmart Tire and Lube. All were closed based on online status. Considering I had the tire under warranty, I figured Id get it fixed when they opened back up. Filled up air in the tire and kept driving. Was fortunate not to have lost my job but had to keep driving to work near Texas Medical Center from Sugar Land Rosenberg area. Yesterday (2nd Week in October), I hear a pop as Im changing lanes. Vibrations increase. I drive another 50-100 yards because I need to find a safe road to turn into that is off the main road. The tire smells and has just completely fallen apart. Put on the spare, google search Walmart Tire and Lube and the closest one to me is this one. Drive there with my not-full-size spare. Manager looks at the tire and says my warranty is null because the treads are worn out. I try and explain how the Walmart stores have been closed for months. Then he tells me I need to go back to Sugar Land site because thats where I purchased them. ITS WALMART. THEY ARE ALL ONE AND THE SAME COMPANY. But wait, I cannot go to the Sugar Land Walmart because they are still closed (OCTOBER 12, 2020). He tries to tell me that if my tires wore out before the warranty then there must be something wrong with my suspension. Then tries to tell me, I must not have rotated them. Sorry but I rotate them everytime I get an oil change. Checks the rest of my tires. Back tires still have 4 tread (according to hiim). Front Driver tire still has decent tread but its worn out unevenly. Again, I explain. So the 4 tires I bought at the exact same time, have worn out at different rates. Back tires, seem to be fine. Front tires seem to be wearing out at different rates, even from each other. Manager tells me, look based on the mileage youve driven, I can only give you so much for your tire. So I accept. Tell him okay, give me what you can for the shredded tire, and also replace the other front tire and rotate the tires as needed. Manager says he cannot help me with the other front tire. I ask him why not when he clearly demonstrated that it has worn out at a different rate than the other three tires I purchased on the same day. I ask him, so you are telling me to fix one tire ONLY. Despite your recommendations inside. I remind him, you are asking me to drive on a terribly worn tire, at risk of the tire popping, potentially putting my life at risk. I remind him that he just told me the tire has worn down much earlier than the manufacturers warranty but he is requiring that I pay full price or continue driving on a potentially hazardous tire. I finally agree, to just purchasing the one tire (completely irritated). He gets my information starts creating my ticket. Only for this manager to come back and say Im sorry but we dont have the tire you need in stock. At this point Im done. Im done with this manager. Im done with Walmart Tire and Lube.This manager was terrible. Ive seen terrible customer service but man, this was ridiculous. I came to get my tire repaired so I wouldnt waste any more time another day nor risk putting myself and others in any more danger as I drive along on a doughnut and partially worn down tire on the front wheels of my car. All that to drive away in the same condition I came into the store.

The mechanic who took my car was very nice, but then no one ever informed me that my car was done. Waited for probably an hour and 15 min because I finally went and asked someone. No one was even apologetic about it.

Super awesome customer service. Bought 4 new tires and oil change. I was told upfront it would take about 3 hours...appreciate that. I had time to take care of other business and not just sit in the wait area. Great price on tires and oil change.

After 3 hours of wait the said they will not rotate and balance my tire. Took it discount and the said there is 7/32 tread in my vehicle and they should rotate and balance your tires no problem. I have the package for the rotation and balancing and I think they just dont want to do it. Could you d have at least told me before dropping the car.

I watched the service guy pour 5 gallons of new synthetic oil in my Santa Fe SUV. Then I watched the service guy on the bottom replacing the oil filter. Wow, its was amazing watching these guys screw up a simple oil change. To add to that, the bottom service guy said dont start the car, evidently, the guy up top thought he said start the car. Oil everywhere.Thanks Walmart.

Thought I would come early to get things knocked out quickly....Think again. The only thing that was good was the honesty. They said they wouldnt work on my car due to the oil pan thread being stripped.But, The Auto Dept was just not prepared for the start of the day. Under manned, no cash in the registers. Just not a good look. One employee got stuck inside for about 10 minutes because no one was there to let him back out to the work bay.

I go here to get my oil changed, they are the cheapest anywhere that I have found. I get factory specified oil for my car so I will give them a star for that but their service alone is worth of a 1 star.

Well...I was so disappointed...I needed to get a tire for my wifes car...associates walked right by and didnt even acknowledge me...so I stopped one...after I gave them my info...I continued to wait...now I know that you should be helped in the order of arrival...but people were coming in after me and getting serviced. All I needed was one tire...they are slow, and they make you feel like they dont appreciate your business.

Had a flat on new tire. They said it was not repairable so they tried to sell me a new tire. Went to discount tire and they fixed it for free.

Dead slow, waited here 4 hours for tire/oil change ! Very disappointing. The technicians claim that Walmart does not pay overtime, so they are understaffed and are sent home early ! I guess thats one way to keep the cost down or make your customers go elsewhere . Walmart needs to remember that satisfied customers bring more business .

Terrible terrible service. I came here at 8am hoping to buy a new tire and have it installed. I waited 30 mins in line just for the servicemen to tell me the “tire guys” won’t be here until 9:30-10:00. Fast forward to 3:00pm the same day I arrive and wait another 15-20 mins in line for them to tell me to park in another place and wait for someone to help me, after a brief wait someone tells me to go inside to be serviced. After another brief wait someone takes my tire size and gives me an estimate of $95 for ONE tire. I opt out of road hazard coverage and and made to wait for another 30-45mins I get called back to the auto section only to be told that they cannot put the tire I requested on my car because it is not the manufacture size. At this point I have been waiting for an hour and 0 work has been done on my car. I am then given the suggestion that I can jack up my own car pay $85 for the tire and change it myself! I opt instead to jack my car up and take tire and my business elsewhere. I understand they’re just doing their job but at least try to do things in a timely manner, everything was so disorganized and there were customers there who had been waiting for 3 hours just for simple adjustments or oil changes.

Worst service... It took them 4 hours to put 2 tires and when they were done I checked it was the wrong tires. I have to wait again to get the correct tires.

Best prices available out there (batteries, tyres etc) if you are sure of exactly what you want and they dont upsell you. Customer service you get depends on the day but I guess for lower prices you take what you get.

Their work area is clean but the indoor service counter is often unreachable. Walmart spreads their employees too thin and there is regularly not someone there at the auto desk.

Most incompetent workers. DO NOT GO HERE. Battery terminals were loose after they installed a new one which screwed up my starter. Not only that, but they forgot to put the oil cap on after an oil change and my engine started smoking. Incompetent workers that cant even do a simple oil change or battery replacement.

This place is the worst place ever to get my oil changed. I waited 2 hours hearing a man waiting for 5 hours for a tire change. After 2 hours they said they cant drain the oil!!! And I shouldnt drive like this since the oil was below the level now. They asked to go to the last place I changed my oil. Also they touched eveeywhere with their oily hands.Cant have enough words how bad it was. Just avoid thia place and get your oil changed at a different place even 30 mins away. You will save some time.

Avoid this. Its cheaper than some but the service is horrible plus the person that worked on my car didnt seem to know what the heck she was doing.

First off, I dont like going to Wal-Mart, but much to my surprise, this visit was spectacular..... which is the only reason Im writing a review.My battery died on me.... My dad spent hours & got it started for me. I was so nervous to cut my car off because I didnt want to be stuck (& yes I know it wouldve had to eventually be cut off to replace, but by this point, my nerves were too bad to care!)I was quickly great by the service manager (Hajid or Rachid)..... Im so sorry. Im horrible with names. He calmed me down, & assured me Id be ok. He patiently explained things to & fixed my issue as quick as possible. Other kind servicemen also asked if i needed help as they passed by.Got into my car and noticed my lights for my low tire were gone as well. I never get stellar customer service at Wal-Mart which is why I dont go. The manager & his kind team have shown me otherwise. Thanks!

Bunch of brainless people work here. 3 hours to fix a flat and I was told to wait for 1 more hour. I left the place as they were so disorganized. Nobody care to even see you when you go that place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
