Needed a replacement battery. Missed the free 3 year replacement for failure by 2 weeks. Well sometimes you win, sometimes you dont but I am sure glad to have this store near my home. Great service.

Had great customer service here. And liked the parts. I dont come here that often because its too far away so i end up going to autozone or ohreilly thats way closer to my destination. I wish they had an advance auto parts near the autozone, oh reilly where the walmart and bank of america is in missouri city.

This has to be the worst run auto parts store in the country. The company I work for even dropped them because they have no knowledge of the automotive business. If you need a part delivered you better pack a lunch because if you get it in an hour your lucky. Do Missouri City a favor and close the doors.

Bought an autocraft platinum h6 battery in December 2019 and it died so went back to store for exchange under 3yr warranty. Said they only carry DieHard now so I would have to buy new and refund, but refuse to refund when they battery is autocraft silver h6, which was installed by the same store. Told manager Arno and he refused to do anything.

Small store, so they dont have anything EVER. bought a master cylinder and it broke. They cant order another one like it, so Im out the warranty. Bought another one that was double the price and it was wrong when I received it. Gave me a hassle returning it, and didnt get my core or core charge back. Just a clusterfk oshp@reilyos if you ask me.

The had the emblem I needed. They appear ed to be the only, one who had my emblem. I wanted the (fish) ...which is a (Godly) emblem. To put on the back of my vehicle. They drive so bad in Texas...I really needed this on my vehicle. The fish stopped a woman from hitting me...in the rear of my vehicle. (The woman said the fish saved your life.) Then, she drove off. Thank You (God) she didnt hit me.

This store was very cost-effective on Mobile 1 and filter for our 300c. They were also very helpful for windshield washer parts for our older Chevy truck. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this place! Customer service was on point. I came by afterwork to grab some bulbs for my brake lights. Obviously me, being a clueless asian chick had no idea what to buy. The service clerk was really helpful! Looked up what I needed and checked me out. Quick 10 mins and I was out the door so my dad could put the bulbs in.

A friend was having issues with her car and had gotten the runaround. We came to Advance Auto Parts and the staff was so helpful. They were patient in helping us figure out what was needed and ordered it. Ryan, Juan, and Cici were awesome and very reassuring. We also enjoyed the Cinco de Mayo party they were having.

James went out of his way to help me out with a dead battery on Christmas Eve!!! I went in to get our truck battery tested and it failed, then for some reason our phone number for the warranty info didnt come up in the stores system. I told him I think it was bought at another Advance location closer to our house, but that store has since closed down and our original receipt likely got tossed out by us long ago... James called the store that took over the records for the closed store to try to locate our warranty info, but had no luck.... I noticed the battery had a 2 year date stamped onto the side of it, so I thought that it 100% would still be under the 3 year warranty, and only Advance Auto carries this particular brand of battery, but store policy says you need a receipt or your phone number in the system..... Which I can understand. I told him that my wife bought the battery, but I wasnt sure exactly which location and I wasnt sure what phone number she gave.. Or if she even gave them one... He apologized for the issue, and suggested I call corporate because they were the only ones that could ok the warranty exchange.. Being that it was Christmas Eve, I figured I was out of luck, but he showed me the district managers number on the wall and decided to call it.... Luck was on my side and the guy answered and gave James the Ok to exchange it under warranty .. I thanked him and let him know that he helped me out of a tough spot.... because I wouldve had to go home and explain why I wouldnt have her truck running for a few more days... And we all know that would not have been a good thing to explain on Christmas.... But I didnt have to worry about that anymore!!! Thank You James!!!, and thank you District manager for the ok!!! James suggested that we always keep any warranty item receipts and photograph them, just in case a situation like this ever comes up again... Great idea... My guess is that my wife either gave the original Advance store a fake number for some reason, or the clerk couldve typed the number into the computer wrong.. Either way.... Lesson Learned... ALWAYS KEEP THE RECEIPT and you wont have to worry about any computer system issue or a possible human typing error ever again.. It wouldve cost us around $240.00 if James didnt Save the Day!! Highly recommend this location!
