Im sitting here getting a service done and didnt want to wait to leave a review for the excellent customer service at this location. Ive been watching Eli deal with customers this morning and hes been patient, understanding, accommodating, and very kind. I told him my budget for 2 tires and he gave me a discount to get me within my budget on some good tires. Hopefully his supervisor(s) read this and know what an asset he is to your business.

Great service and they hold true to price matching. Gordon helped me out and was very patient. He answered every question with obvious knowledge of the product. Ill recommend this place to anyone I know.

Very bad experience had a sales person tell me he couldnt fix my tire because I had plugged it and it had been to long when I told him a week or two. He mentioned that moisture had gotten in to the composite of the tire. How do you measure the moisture in the composite of a tire. I worked for discount tire 6 years never herd of this line of trying to get people to buy tires Im just going to my old discount tire. I moved to Missouri city about a year ago and am willing to drive further out just so I wont deal with this type of human being no time for it.

I had a very bad experience in other discount tire. I buy my tires there and the person who put my new tires did it wrong and I almost have an accident on the freeway.I came to this discount tire and Felix Gomez (Store manager) was able to help me and fix my tires.Thank you for help me out and do a great job in comparison with the other store.

This place is awesome with great service I came in and was scared they wouldn’t get me in before they closed. Once I walked in I talked with Terry and explained my situation and he got me in right away and was able to replace my tire by closing and gave me awesome price for a replacement tire with road hazard protection!! I been to many discount tires and this was definitely the best experience!!

I went there to get my tires rotated and balanced. I was surprised that I didnt have to wait any more than an hour to from start to finish. This was on a Saturday, without an appointment.

Great customer service. They are right about Sentury tires for my car. This is the 2 nd set of 2 Ive gotten. They are inexpensive but ride like a tire twice the money. No problems on wear but I got tge warrenty with free rotation and balancing. 8$bucks more but worth it for the road hazard clause-this is Harris co. Rds. I was in & out in 45 minutes, no reservations.😎

Went in because my tire pressure light came on and car was shaking really bad. Was told my rear passenger tire needed some air but itd be 1.5 hours before they could put some in. I went to the gas station but the tire wasnt flat at all. Took it to another tire place and turns out my front driver side tire was in HORRIBLE condition.

Bought a set of continental tires online with them and one of their tech messed up my studs while installing my new tires and they referred me to Autocheck a local shop close by and when i brought my car to autocheck they said its not only one stud is damaged so i have to go back to this branch just to make sure all of my studs are in good condition!!! So much inconvenience

Discount tire has the best customer service. Zac Benson the Senior Asst. Manager was GREAT!!!!! He noticed that I was waiting first, came out looked at my tires and gave me the best tires for my truck at an affordable price. He was extremely knowledgeable! The customer service is THE BEST. Great Service staff, the prices are reasonable and they always help you with a flat or low pressure, usually no charge unless the tire needs to be replaced. If you need to have your tires rotated they do it for free if you purchased them there. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment and theyll have you in and out in less than an hour.

I have to give a five star rating. Why, because the service goes above reproach. Both James and Owen have a very professional work place attitude. Together they make a great team. I was very impressed with the service. We simply scheduled an appointment, arrived at the location, and the service was not delayed after selecting the tires we felt were best for our vehicle. Another thing about Discount Tire that I personally like is that this company stands behind their product and back it fully. The Road Hazzard program is worth its weight in gold by the way. Give them a chance to take care of you the right way.

The store on Texas Pkwy was the best experience Ive ever had at a tire store. I was especially grateful that a neighbor referred me. I had a tire that was not purchased from Discount Tire, the tire was practically new. I discovered it was flat Sunday morning, I had two nails in the tread of the tire. I called Discount Monday morning to confirmed that they would indeed repair the tire at no cost. Be mindful that the tread will be measured, there has to be a certain amount of tread to repair your flat tire. All of the technicians are very knowledgeable and I noticed that quite a few of them work in the garage bay and come to assist customers with tire quotes when the lobby fills with customers. The staff was nice and even checked a competitors website to see if they were cheaper. I originally went for 2 tires but needed 4. My tires were $107 each but with the $70 rebate it came out cheaper than getting the $89 tires. I was in and out an hour and thats probably the best part.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I drove up to this discount tire after a 45 min road trip from Cypress around 5 pm. I decided to get my air checked before they closed at 6 as I would have to take the return trip back after meeting up with a friend. I made eye contact with several of the employees working in the bay and many of them ignored me or looked away. I even spoke briefly with one worker who told me to hold on. I politely acknowledged him and reversed back to my spot at the free air check. I bought all 4 of my Continental Conti Pro-Contact tires CASH in January from a different Discount Tire. Ive had much better customer service on my side of town. Do yourself a favor and if your tires can make it as is, drive to a different location.At least Patrick, the store manager, took the time to talk to me and check all of my tires, stating one employee went home early who was assigned the task of checking tires. Patricks a keeper. The rest of the team needs training. Badly.

Had an overall phenomenal experience from the moment I called the store to check stock to the time that we drove off. One of the tires that was about to be installed had a manufacturer defect, and I had be out of the store to make it to my next appointment. Within 30 mins, Patrick got into his own truck, drove to another location to pick up a good tire for me, and had it balanced and mounted on time! Now thats service. Everyone here is super friendly, informative, and courteous. Shout out to Patrick, Hilario, and Lola for getting me back on the road with A+ service.

Great new place in the neighborhood! I was held before I even got out of my car, Not only was the young man knowledgeable he was very accommodating! I sat down prepared to wait for quite a while and making myself comfortable and before I knew it another young man came in and said that my car was ready boy was I amazed at the speediness and efficiency of this place! My tire had a flat on the way to work. The dealership was, too far, away. The Discount Tire Co. on Texas Parkway was thankfully, down the street from the office.I was greeted by Alex. I encountered several members of the staff, and each interacted with me, professionally.My tire was not in stock, and the damage to my existing tire was too severe for repair. My spare was put on.The new tire arrived the same afternoon. The staff called me upon arrival of the new tire.When I came back to the Discount Tire, Alex met me in the parking lot. My tire was changed; and, my vehicle was ready in less than 15 minutes, brought around by another employee, Chris.The service was prompt, courteous, professional...I recommend service of this quality, to anyone in need, to visit this location.

Once they got to my car it didnt take too long, but the time it took to get to my car was ridiculous. Next time if I have to go to a discount tire I will not go there. The only thing I thought was good was the assistant manager was out there helping to speed things up. I thank him for that if not it probably would have taken longer to get to my car.

Great tires new and old

I have been going to the discount tire on Hwy. 6 for a number of years. When the Missouri City store opened I said why not it was closer. Last year I bought two new tires for one of my vehicles. I went out of town the next day! In the way back the splash fender or whatever you call it was hanging off and had to be replaced. Cost me $60.00. I also had tores replaces on another vehicle. Since then the lights have been lit up in the car. Take it to the dealer and they say the TPMS are missing. My grandson paid for one without questioning. I had been taking my car to get Discount tire in hwy 6 for rotated and balanced for year and never had this problem until going to that location!

Pack your lunch! This is the slowest location on the planet will be going back to the Hwy 6 location! I stood in line over 30 min just waiting to be seen. Ridiculous sad part is there were only two people in front of me one was picking up so mainly one person ahead of me. Reps at the front walking back and forth smh. The guys outside working dont take long once your vechile is there but customer service is horrible. Hire more people at the front only two people is ridiculous.

This was my 2nd visit to this particular Discount Tire location and both times I was thoroughly impressed with the Managers attitude, knowledge and overall customer service skills. I was so dissatisfied. I went to get my tire fixed and the service associate told me that my tired couldnt be fixed and that I needed a new tire. I decided not to get a tire. They told me they put air in my tire and they didnt. I went to the gas station down the street and aired up my tire. I took my car to another tire shop and I was told that I didnt need a new tire. I just feel like they just wanted to sell me a tire. I traveled all the way to Make Charles La this weekend with no problem..

This location was awesome! I was low on cash and needed a tire. So I asked if they had a used tire to fit my car. At that time they didnt have, but the associate asked if I would be interested in applying for credit and receive a $50 gift card. To make a long story short; even with not so good credit, I was able to get 2 new tires for $205 ; no interest! and within a couple weeks receive a gift card of $50 which meant that I only spent $155 for 2 new tires of which I had time to pay off, and have since done. Only in America guys only in America 😁👍!

At first this was going to be a one star review but Zac and the team over there took care of me and thats all I wanted, the rear set for my new wheels on my chevy camaro ended up getting scratch up from removing the tire off it and I was able to bring it back the next day and Zac took care of me and had them repaired and they look like brand new, it took sometime but in the end I was taken care of and was satisfied with the service. Thats why discount tire will continue to have my business and wanted to say great job over there by Zac, lola and Patrick, great team over there, be seeing you soon for some new tires

Was an hr wait to get my tires installed, but they were super busy. They took care of business, and gave me a great deal on some tires.
