Robert was really helpful explaining about all the additional services they can do other than tinting; came in just for a removal/replacement of the tint for my rear windshield, left with retrofitted headlights and recoded key fobs to allow for remote ignition.Service was quick, dropped off and picked up within 4 hours!Ill definitely come back in the future for more service!

The staff and customer service is great however, poor workmanship. I had to take in my vehicle three times just to get my tint fixed. Maybe the location needs better installers. Scratches and bubbles. Left my trunk space filthy and smelling like mold and mildew. I’d recommend going somewhere else for your tint needs.

What a wonderful experience it has been getting tint done at Tint World, I called randomly this morning for a tint job and they were able to get me in as soon as a arrived. I didn’t even schedule an appointment. The store is very clean and well presented. They even offer complementary water and coffee as well as candy. I told the representative exactly what I wanted and he got it done very quickly. Honest, fast, affordable. I walked in to have a tint job done on my infinity. In and out in an hour. Dexter did a great job. The owners, Patel and Sam were great. The warranties are very good. 5 stars. I have gone to Tint world in Missouri city 2 separate times for work. My car is 22 years old and they worked hard to get my power locks working again and then install an alarm . Sam the owner will definitely not leave you disappointed. Also, Joey who works the desk is fantastic. I was even given fresh food to eat while waiting. I will return to Tint world in the future for more work. They offer a lot of services besides tint.

Sam was very professional with me took his time and walk me though the process step by step! Time effective answer clean up behind themselves when the were done with tinting my front windshield with a new brow!

Working with Kane and Sammy has been one of the best experiences! I highly recommend their services. I purchased an Audi and wanted to have the paint protection film installed. I stopped by Tint world in Missouri city and was so pleased with how clean the shop was! Kane walked me through the process and was extremely patient with me as I had so many questions. He gave a timeline to complete the work and gave me constant updates. He is so very meticulous and treated my car like it was his own. After he was done, he asked us to bring the car in a few weeks so he could inspect it and make sure everything looked good. Who does that!!! He even washed my car!! I am so amazed at the level of customer service I received. I love my car and a lot of it has to do with Tint World! I wish I could give them 10000 stars!!!

I only got a quote over the phone. They seem to be pretty nice was very helpful and answer all of my questions. Was even ready to schedule my appointment over the phone. They took my name and number and said they would contact me in the future. The only thing that I did not like was the price however I will reconsider later.

So I called to set up an appointment for tint and alarm installation. I was told by John the owner, I should speak with the installer to get an idea of what I needed and that the installer and he (John) would discuss and call me back. Thats where things got disconnected. I spoke with the installer, we decided what we needed and he told me I would get a call from John. That didnt happen. The next week, I called John and asked him about the install and tint. He told me he would check with the installer and get back with me. 3 days later I called John. He didnt speak with the installer and I told him what I needed. He said her would get the price and call me back with a down payment amount. He didnt. I called back the next day and was told by Jessie, that he knew nothing about my project and the soonest I could get in would be 2 weeks from now. That puts me 4 weeks out from my initial contact. I really dont think Tint World here in Webster is up to my job. I feel like John, the owner may have way too much on his plate because hes been unable to respond to my request or follow up with the commitments he has made to me. Im looking for an alternate installer now. Just not convinced my business is that important.

I searched all over Houston looking for a shop that could install protective film on my new Audi. I reached out to both AFS and Xpel and found the initial customer service to be less than excellent. Both shops seemed too busy to walk me through their product offerings and provided no additional information other than to say they needed me to come to their shop in person to discuss options. The reps were pushy and offered little information on their product over the phone. Kane from Tint World called me back the same day I emailed an inquiry and despite my lack of knowledge on the product or the process by which my car would be wrapped he took his time and explained things in a way that I understood. After going over all the options I decided on the full front wrap and Im so glad I did. Kane and Sammy are meticulous and treated my car just like their own. Despite not rushing through the job they were done ahead of schedule and I was extremely pleased with the results. As an added bonus they updated my vehicles Car Fax to show that an aftermarket protective film had been installed which will do nothing but help resale value. I cant speak highly enough about the professionalism and attention to detail those guys have when it comes to their craft. Ill be recommending them to my buddy that put a deposit down on a 2020 Corvette. Fantastic work fellas!

I went to Tint World to have high-quality ceramic tint installed on my new BMW, but had an unsatisfactory experience. The salesperson recommended that I add windshield tint to my order, which Ive never had before, but I went ahead and agreed. However, soon after driving off, I regretted getting windshield tint. My polarized sunglasses caused me to see unattractive rainbows all over the windshield. I could see the texture of the film. Also, I could see little blemishes in the film, right in my line of vision. I desire a clean, clear view through my windshield, so I was quite disappointed. My wife went back the next day and had them remove it. I was disappointed again when they refused to give us any kind of refund. There was a quarter-size bubble in one of the side windows, which they fixed free of charge. Im also disappointed that the tint for the windows has a slight blueish hue when I was expected more greyish.

Got what I needed done in a timely manner. Very professional and great prices and most important great quality. I highly recommend this place. If you don’t you’ll be disappointed.
