Ive used this place once before and they always a very professional indeed of fantastic job for me

My car was damaged in a minor accident caused by another person. I brought my car to Service King for the first time to repair the damage. I gave them the other person’s insurance information and they took care of the rest! They were friendly and professional. I had constant communication with the repair that was being done. The only thing they need to fix is the automatic text messages aren’t completely accurate. My car was fixed in 5 days and looks amazing!

Im so impressed with Service King customer service.... During this pandemic they go over and beyond for the customers safety. Roxanna was awesome!!!! She greeted me with a smile, explained the full procedure with me and kept me informed of the arrival of my rental car.

It was a great experience with the Service King service, fast vehicle dropped off, the messaging system kept me updated about my car status during services, and the result of my car was excellent, great job to all the staffs at the Service King！

Love this place and totally recommend them..Besides doing body work to our cars in the past, which they always have done an awesome job!!This past week our trunk would not close properly. I called at almost 5 pm,They said to bring it by there and they would look at it.They fixed it and did not charge me.I understand that it was an easy fix but they took their time to help me and i really appreciate them.. They had our business in the past and we will continue to use them for anything we would need ..

I had to give my car with service king after a wreck.when I got it back i thought wow it looks good. But as soon as i started driving, i felt something was wrong. In 5 minutes, i took it back to them and showed them the issues. All my sensor lights were on and to go straight i had to turn the wheel 45 degrees. One gentle man over there told me, its completely safe to drive where my tires were bowed outwards. Regarding the sensor lights they told me you just have to turn them off. Next day i took my car again, and they didnt wanted to work on it and after 20 minutes of lectures, they did the alignment on it. Even alignment was done wrong. They were downplaying with me with silly excuses. I tried to put up with it but never again to Service King.

This was the preferred repair shop for Travelers Insurance. We are very impressed by the customer service Jim Bartlett provided. He kept us updated on the repair progress and acted as our go-to person between Travelers insurance and Enterprise! He even went out of the way to help us resolved an issue with Enterprise!!! He got a hold of the Travelers Insurance agent when we could not (thats another issue entirely). They fixed a piece of the side panel that popped out after the repair right away without any questions, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this Service King and Jim Bartlett to anyone who needs car body repair.

Experience was all around horrible. Since no one cared to fix the issue then, I’m letting everyone know now. Do not go here. There is another place within walking distance of service king. I should have gone there, but you still have time. Save yourselves!!

They were great, Im a fairly picky car guy and also really busy these days. So the anticipated hassle of getting my truck fixed was not something I was looking forward to. They were amazing! I crushed my tailgate and they were able to remove it for repair so could still have my truck while they repaired the tailgate. Super accommodating, kept me informed, and did a perfect job on the repair. Honestly, I hope not to see them again soon, but if needed Id gladly take it back to them.

The guys here at Service King are great. I was helped out by Clay, he was very helpful and attentive to my needs. i had damage on my Jaguars front bumper and headlight assembly when someone backed into it. the paint and body came out flawless and they even had my car washed and waxed when it was ready for pick up. The Manager Cody was also very helpful as well. he called me to ensure we were being taken care of and even made sure i was satisfied with the quality of work they did for me. Its truly difficult to find a shop that cares as much as these guys. Thank you Clay and Cody!!

My car was was scratched by another car when I was shopping. It had very minor damage. When I took it to Service King they were able to buff it out. They didnt even charge me. A less scrupulous place would have milked this to no end. I really appreciate their honesty. I highly recommend them!

This place is joke and is full of @$$sholes! They dont know how to talk to people and have no idea of what customer service means!! Complete joke of a business if you even can call it a business! They want to charge the insurance companies thousands and dont even wanna fix the car! They are thefts! They wanted to steal money from the Insurance company.STAY AWAY!!!If you value your time and money STAY AWAY!!They have done this to many people and they need to be shutdown! BBB is next to know about this joke of a business!

These people are only interested in how. Rovarrle wings make sure not to help you in my case I took them a 2020 tunndra for a few rallies from the left and right side and the back door and a left fender that they did not fix because it was something that they were not asked to do, it was not even scratched and they left changing the pump without actorization they charged more for what they did not have to be some first-rate robbers I do not recommend going even a car to this place
