Friendly service, Pretty good selection of beds, and free delivery. First bed we got wasn’t what we expected in terms of feel/softness and they were happy to exchange it for another model that was much more comfortable, and now we can sleep soundly again!

Went into Mattress Firm to look at replacing my king sized mattress and the owner Brandon helped me while also helping my best friend get a mattress for her daughter. Jim was busy helping another couple at the time. Brandon was super helpful and listened to my needs for a mattress and made sure I got exactly what I needed and within my price range as well. Jim helped at the end and was a great go getter in making sure everything was taken care of. I could not have asked for better service! I will make sure to get my next mattress from them but Im sure I wont need a mattress for awhile as their mattress are made with quality products and will stand the test of time. I highly recommend going to visit Jim and the mattress firm team and letting them help get you into the bed of your dreams.

Salesperson was upfront. Price was exactly as advertised. We were given free delivery. All in all a perfect experience. Additionally this is a LOCALLY OWNED store and that meant a lot to me when making a purchase.

We hadnt bought a matress in almost 20 years. Jim was great to work with. He helped us get started then let us take our time selecting the perfect one. The store was very clean (covid is happening still) and we felt safe trying the mattresses and pillows. I highly recommend working with Jim!

After about 5 years our mattress needed to be replaced. We went to Mattress Firm and our salesman was very friendly and helpful. He made sure we got just the right one for us. Even better, when he found out I was a Veteran he gave us a discount which ended up covering the cost of the delivery fee. Today our Mattress was delivered. The delivery guys were super quick, polite and professional. We will be doing business in the future with Mattress Firm.

Jim and Tyler were helpful from the moment we entered the store, which was clean cool and comfortable on a hot summer day. Jim answered a billion questions and dealt with our 6 year old daughter climbing from bed to bed. Jim’s recommendations brought us to another Tempur-Pedic mattress with wonderful pillows to boot. The folks at Mattress Firm are very helpful, and friendly, they even gave us directions to their competitors. After trying mattresses at both stores, we came back to Mattress Firm. Not only were their mattresses more comfortable, they were also much less expensive.Thank you David!

Update since initial purchase. Had bed for just less than 3 years and it provides very little support for my back. When I get out of the bed there is a big dip in the bed and it takes several minutes before it retracts back to its original form. It makes an indentation just from a water pillow. Mattress firm says the dip has to stay in the bed for it to be defective. Poor quality bed. I wont be recommending a company who doesnt stand behind quality.Great Customer Service. No pressure like most salesman. Charlie knows his products and made the process very simple for choosing my bed. Delivery fees were awesome and other places want to charge a huge amount to deliver to Hamilton. Great warranty as well.

Got help to buy a mattress, very nice, tough choice between two mattress at the same price.8 days later the mattress is not what we were liking, went back and was told it would be another almost $500 for the one we liked that was the SAME price for what we already paid. I would havebeen okay paying a little extra. Told him I could get a better deal at anotherMattresses firm location then what he offered and he said it was because the salesman thought I was a brand new customer. Thus since he knew I wasnt he wasnt going to give me a better deal.Didnt get up once from his desk either, basically got the impression he got my money and didnt care about me anymore. Very disappointed, would never return.

What a great experience working with Charlie. Our kids were sleeping in the car so he worked with my wife and I to find a mattress as we had to play musical chairs with the kiddos. Very good experience and I would recommend Charlie and the store to anyone!

We had just gotten into town and were in need of a bed ASAP.When we walked in and told him our situation, he didn’t waste a second! He could Read the exhaustion in our faces and new we just needed to find an inexpensive bed quick so we could finally sleep (traveled from WA to move to MT and everything is still in storage).He even helped us load it up. Not to mention this was MOMENTS before closing. The gentleman didn’t even bat an eye, greeted us with opened arms and a warm smile. I think we were only there for 20 min!

Bought two Cal King beds and one Queen unfortunately they didnt hold up very well at all. Had to replace ours fairly quickly. The Queen was replaced after it was delivered due to defects in the padding. The manufacture wouldnt honor our warranty about 9 months later.

Beware of Financing options. I purchased my $900 bed with a downpayment of $200, so a total financed of $700. Westcreek charged an extra $559.20 that included sales tax (we dont have salea tax in Montana). I was wondering why I was still making payments and I called Westcreek and managed to remove the sales tax. Just be aware of the commitment to financing with Westcreek. Lesson learned. The staff have always been professional and helpful. My box spring didnt last a year without breaking but the bed is still in good shape.
