Kara is friendly, knowledgeable about her products, and fair to generous on pricing. I first met her when my son got his own apartment and was ready to purchase his first mattress. My experience with Kara was amazing! We spent all day testing and pricing mattresses and were so disappointed by everything we saw until we went to Mattress by Appointment. It was a sigh of relief to find an affordable mattress that was as comfortable as the overpriced ones. Customer service was excellent and we would recommend to anyone who doesnt want to pay crazy prices or be attacked by pushy salespeople.

Bought a mattress yesterday from Mattress by Appointment. Owner was very nice, upfront, and she has personality, plus. In and out fast with great purchase for my 11 year old boy. Helped with the tie downs, even carried it out! Great place to go with several great choices!

Terrible I made an appointment online also got not one but 2 confirmation notifications and then day of no show waited extra half an hour and called multiple times that was last week and STILL no call back

Kara is the nicest mattress saleswoman I have ever met! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for in only a few minutes! If you are looking to find quality mattresses at affordable prices, this spot is worth your time and money! She also takes the time to let you lay on the bed and decide on the bed that feels best which I really appreciate. This store is a no pressure environment unlike a lot of mattress stores, which I was happily surprised by. Great quality and customer service! I definitely recommend this place over any big box retailer!

This was the worst experience! We went into the store, was laying on the mattress, expressed that was the mattress we wanted, she said it was in store. The mattress Kara put aside, wrong one! Never even laid on the one she put aside! We hauled my king mattress into her shop to have it returned under warranty so for her to set aside the wrong mattress was such a headache! She said she had to send mine in for the warranty. So I had no bed for 10 days. She offfered for us to “lend” a king bed from her, who wants to move a king bed multiple times? Her excuse for messing up, she was “thinking about vacation with her husband” then we ordered a power frame from her. We were going to pick our items up....low and behold, our mattress hadn’t come in yet. So we requested she deliver everything. She refused to deliver it. Said her husband was out of town and her son was gone, when has it ever been up to the customer to figure out how to get furniture from a furniture store?! Hire a couple of guys if you can’t do it!!!!!!! So then she says we are being unkind because we apparently haven’t been patient enough after sleeping on an air mattress for the 10 days because the mattress she set aside was wrong!So instead of hiring someone to deliver our items, she tells me the check is in the mail and there will be no more communication. She is the one that had her head in the clouds in the first place! Had the right mattress been set aside or ordered from the beginning, we wouldn’t have had to be worried about anything.I don’t recommend this place! She expects her customers to pick up her slack if she messes up or can’t deliver.
