My bf and I went in on a Friday evening after work and we were greeted by Liz. Liz is INCREDIBLE at her job. She’s funny, competent and extremely good at balances clients. We didn’t intend on buying a bed on that day, just to look. But she was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful that we ended up getting a bed, a frame, and pillows!Liz is a wonderful asset to the Denver Mattress company and we are so thankful she was there for us that day. Very helpful.. We dont have the set yet. There is a 3 to 4 week wait while the mattress is being made due to limited supplies. We liked the looks of the product and they give you a trial period to see if the set meets our needs.

After deciding it was time to get a new mattress my wife and I spent a lot of time on line looking at what was offered for side sleeping mattresses. While there are many on the market few can actually be tried before you buy. Our first stop was Denver Mattress in Missoula and we were greeted by Elizabeth. What a great person you have in her! She asked the questions, didnt push, allowed us time to talk, a great experience. We actually didnt buy but instead went to see what else was out there. The experiences we had in those other stores were pathetic! We came back and purchased our mattress not only because it was a quality product but because Elizabeth was just a wonderful person! Heck Im an old car salesman who didnt even negotiate the purchase because the experience was top notch! I may have spent a few more dollars but if their customer service is as good as she is, it is worth it.

The experience at the store was enjoyable. And the salesmen treated us well. However, I paid $150 just for delivery. Expecting that once or mattress arrived to the store they would bring it to us. That was not the case. We were told after the mattress arrived that it would be over 2 MORE weeks before they would deliver it to us because it was the soonest they would be out our way. We only live an hour from the store and for $150 that covers the fuel and wages for what I paid for. In summary, good product, HORRIFIC, customer service!!

I understand my family doesnt dress in Gucci suits, but the employee kept referring to affordable beds. When wed find a bed hed say things like, yeah, it comes in a twin but its spendy.If I want you to manage my finances, Ill let you know. If I want a bed, Ill go literally anywhere else.

My wife and I were in need of a new bed, so we went to furniture row because Denver Mattress was having a Labor Day sale. They had a queen for a great price of 189.00! So, I walked in to purchase it and a salesman named Scott helped me. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. My wife and I recently purchased several items from Denver Mattress. We are very happy with our entire experience. No high pressure sales pitch, just nice friendly staff. All of our questions were answered and if necessary an explanation was given. They caught a mistake made in the warehouse. Apparently, a customer bought and then returned a pillow which meant it was used. It was 1 of 2 listed in inventory and should have not been replaced in inventory. Thankfully, the mistake was noticed and we did not receive the used pillow. They could have very easily sold me the pillow and I would have never known. Instead, they informed me of the issue and told me a new pillow would be shipped free of charge. A very decent and professional staff at Denver Mattress. Thank you Elizabeth and Anita.Mark & Kathryn

Went to mattress firm to check out the Tempur-Pedic beds and was not impressed by the service. Went directly to Denver Mattress in Furniture Row and was very happy I did! I can be a very indecisive purchaser and was so impressed by the level of knowledge and help I received.
