Really helpful sales person. He let us take a chair to see the color in sunlight that was coming through the window. Color is so different under fluorescent lights.

I dont buy new furniture often, but I definitely will not be back to shop at the Living Room. I feel I was misled when I purchased a couch and accepted the salespersons suggestion that I pay monthly with no interest, even though I couldve paid cash on the spot. I paid the monthly amount set by the salesperson for over three years, and at the end of that time I got a bill for interest that equaled 25% of the cost of the couch. I trusted the salesperson to set my monthly amount to fully pay off the couch in installments, but I confess I probably shouldve done the math to double check it myself. Nonetheless, the owner was not sympathetic nor willing to accept any responsibility for the role they played in this miscommunication. This was one of my most disappointing purchases, and if you shop here I suggest staying fully alert to any special deals they might offer.

I have came here and every other furniture store in town and here is where I have found the most comfortable couch I have ever seen. It was perfect. No other couches are like it. However the prices are a little too high. Otherwise, perfect.

I was so disappointed with the furniture that my elderly parents purchased at your store. The most difficult has been the bed frame and headboard. The metal frame was put together incorrectly by your delivery people. The first headboard was ordered in a king size instead of a queen size so they had to wait an extra month for that piece. When it arrived and was installed it was poorly done and didn’t seem to fit the frame at all. There was an 8” space between the top of the mattress and the bottom of the headboard so the pillows fall through. Rather than return it and have another long wait we are cutting the headboard down and fixing this ourselves.AFTER posting this review I received a call concerning this situation and am very pleased to let you all know that the issues I wrote about have been resolved and we are very happy with our furniture and the service we received. Thank you so much.

Didn’t have a great experience. Just wanted to check if they had desks and didn’t so after twenty minutes we were gonna be on our way and one of the staff members stopped us. Asked if we had any questions and we very politely no. She very passive aggressively told us that “surely you have questions. Everyone has questions!” Scoffed and wouldn’t leave us alone, made us feel bad because we couldn’t afford any of the selection anyways. We had to run out of there and made me very anxious. Won’t be coming back and won’t recommend to anyone.

I needed lots of furniture for my new house and Rebecca helped me find what I needed. I bought a couch, a recliner and another chair. I also bought a dining room table with chairs. Rebecca was very helpful and professional to help me find what I needed and she really went the extra mile to do it. She did not pressure me to buy which I am also thankful for. The store has a nice variety of furniture and their prices are great.

Nice quality furniture that lasts. You can customize most of the upholstered pieces if you dont mind waiting a bit to get exactly what you want.

Myron, who I think is the owner, was our salesperson. He was very helpful, and seemed legitimately concerned about our choice of couches/fabric/etc. He seemed very intent on making us satisfied. I appreciated this, and decided to purchase. He then kept revisting us as we were checking out with the desk lady as if he felt bad that we had accepted his offered price. I wasnt aware I was supposed to haggle, but the desk lady said, You should have put up a fight, so I guess we got hosed on the price.Then it was time to arrange delivery. Thats when I found out that it would be two months before the couches would actually be in the store. Yeah, I wasnt expecting that. Not wanting to waste more time driving around Missoula (we live out of town), we said whatever. Well, I finally got a call from the store a week ago saying they were in stock. Yet, no one called back to schedule delivery. I just called them and was treated dismissively by the desk lady who told me they dont make deliveries until they can fill the truck. I suppose Im just supposed to wait until they have a reason to come out my way.If you go there, haggle the price down and arrange for your own delivery. Plan 3 months ahead if you can. If you need me, Ill be sitting on my living room floor since I still dont have the couches I paid for two months ago.

Went in looking for a couch, walked through the entire store, saw 3 sells reps standing around, no one greeted or came over to talk to me so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Its actually a shame, there was a few pieces of furniture I was interested in.
