I used Integrity for my window replacement a few years ago. Love the windows. They did have a few issues after install. However, Josh and the guys ALWAYS came out to make things right with me. I got a very good bid for my exterior doors and once the doors arrived they installed them as soon as they could and I couldnt be happier. The crew has always bent over to make me happy, no matter what. Did a great job cutting out for the dog door and making sure it fit perfectly. Wunderbar!

Not a lot to say. Little to no follow-up during or after the sale. Now I have windows that the screens dont fit. The mesh is sloppy and Josh the owner passes the buck onto the manufacturer instead of providing service. I was told to call the factory since they are to busy to fix what they sell. Glad Montana has a one year warranty law. I gave them a week to fix this junk, so now we go legal. See you in court fellas!

I recently had 4 windows and a front door replaced by this company. Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful during the measurement for an estimate, and he even returned after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied. When I called the office to discuss different door options and payment, Angela was a great help, she was very friendly and positive and I hung the phone up feeling excited to schedule for the work to be done. The installer was friendly and did a great job. The only complaint I have is that the clean up after the job wasnt what I would have expected. My windows and door look great, I will be using this company again.

These guys are great. They are knowledgeable about their products, and are nice people to work with. The have a good selection of windows and doors to look at in their shop, and are helpful in suggesting things for custom ideas as well. Good to work with local folks who know their stuff.

Ive had Integrity replace numerous windows that had broken seals over the last four years. The windows were old Clawson wooden windows and they took a lot of time and finesse to break down and replace the glass. They did so excellently and Im very pleased with my new Coeur DAlene replacement glass. Their prices are reasonable and their service is excellent. I highly recommend them.
