Direct Source had an outstanding selection of cabinetry, counter tops and hardware. Our sales professional was Bruce Barz and he in particular was professional and VERY helpful. He went above and beyond with our project and personally oversaw the installation while we were out of town. Everything looks great and will use them again and recommend them highly.

Rebecca was so patient and helped me design all the cabinets in my new home. From the kitchen to baths to kennel room she covered every detail. When anything went awry, she was there to correct any problem. I cant recommend Direct Source highly enough.

We had great experience working with Desiree. We were doing a complete kitchen remodel - removing walls, all new cabinetry, appliances and layout. We sent her a very loose description of the look we wanted and a budget. She did the rest! She came up with a handful of layouts and various finishes that could be toggled on/off in their software which allowed us to visualize the final product. It made a typically cumbersome process very quick and easy. It took only two or three trips to their showroom from initial design until to finalization - and they were even available on the weekend. Then both the cabinets and countertops were done ahead of schedule. I thought everything was reasonably priced and they were very easy to work with. Id definitely recommend Desiree!

Ordered my cabinets, countertops, and hardware from Direct Source. They had a great selection of options, and the Dura Supreme cabinets we landed on are lovely, very functional, and well-priced. LOVE the latte color. The Sequel Quartz countertops are beautiful, too. Working with Desiree was the best part - she was knowledgeable and responsive, and spent the time to make sure the kitchen all came together. Our contractor installed the cabinets and Direct Source and Dura Supreme replaced one dinged cabinet door super easily and quickly. The counter folks were professional and did and amazing job cutting the counter perfectly. The change in our kitchen is amazing - I cant believe this is my kitchen! Heres a photo of it 95% done!

We had a great experience working with Direct Source on our kitchen remodel project. Working with Rebecca was so easy and efficient. She walked us through the entire process and was able to help us design a kitchen that is gorgeous and perfectly suits our needs and budget. There were several times throughout the process that I just felt so relieved and thankful that we had decided to go with a professional. She helped us think through all of the details and elements we hadnt even known we needed to consider. The result is a fabulous, functional, well constructed and thoroughly thought through kitchen.

Overall not a great experience. Had so many issues, it seems like more trouble than it was worth. I was initially sold on a four week timeline for ordering cabinets. Two weeks after the order was placed I was told the actual timeline would be nine weeks for my cabinet delivery. Keep in mind that I was asking for an update, as I was about to tear out my entire kitchen. Mydesigner was not very detailed oriented it all, im still in the process of receiving a new cabinet for one that was the wrong size.Plus drawer faces that were incorrectly ordered. During the final planning phase(just prior to ordering) I found multiple discrepancies with measurements on cabinets. Cabinets would have been misaligned if I had not brought it to his attention, I wouldve had cabinets sitting directly on top of heat registers again if I hadnt caught the mistake. Its hard to articulate in a review the many small mistakes that were made over and over during this process. When my cabinets were installed, they were installed by one person over the span of three days.(15 cabinets total) I can honestly say after installation was completed I do not have a single door or drawer properly aligned in the entire kitchen . The whole experience seemed…… unorganized at best. I see no reason to choose this company over a big box store. From what I understand, if youre dealing with the owners, you will get good service. I did not deal with the owners… my total cost cabinets and countertops roughly $15,000. Dealing with the countertop guys at IMPERIAL GRANITE was a GOOD experience.(our marble island is great!) I would definitely recommend shopping around for cabinets. There was nothing about this company that made themselves stand out at all.ill try to post a few pictures to show the alignment of the cabinets, hope this helps anyone looking to do a kitchen reno. When you going through a kitchen renovation you expect to be walked through the entire process as a consumer. Unfortunately any information that I received through the entire process was received by me reaching out and asking rather than them telling me what was going on.... ie. scheduling/delays/ect., I felt uninformed throughout the entire process . I ordered huntwood frameless cabinets all upgraded to 3/4 plywood. I really like the cabinets to be honest. but the poor installation and delays have totally soured me.....---- lowering to one star from two. i ended up finishing the job myself. replaced cabinet above my fridge and all the trim in the kitchen. toekicks, crownmold and island. after waiting months and being told they were just to busy i gave up. i regret using these guys soooo much. this company is bush league. your better off going to the big box stores. owners made no attempt to help in the slightest. called and emailed. if you have to deal with JP.....god help you.

I really appreciated her input and she even came over on her day off to solve a problem that had occurred during shipping. Im very happy i did not attempt to do this through a box store.

Excellent experience with Direct Source and my consultants Diana and Betty. They were patient and kind during my efforts to make decisions and work with my budget and even more so when Covid left me looking for new employment and having to put the entire kitchen project on hold. Once I was able to restart the process we picked up where we left off and they continued to be supportive and helpful. I am more than pleased with my new cabinets and countertops, they are beautiful, plus I ended up doing a new bath countertop as well. The installer Mike did a fantastic job, he is very talented. The cabinets even arrived early, and during Covid that was pretty awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend Direct Source to family and friends. I will return with photos, but still have a few projects in motion. Thank you Direct Source, you make it so easy.

Ill start by saying, we are very happy with the quality and aesthetic of our bathroom vanity purchased through Direct Source. However throughout the design and purchases process we were not impressed with our salesperson and the overall lack of attention and care for the customer.The vanity took longer to arrive than originally quoted, which is certainly understandable given COVID, however there was no proactive communication from our salesperson regarding the delay. Additionally, the team never consulted us on the scheduled delivery date, then no one showed up with the vanity on said date. I had to reach out to the salesperson to initiate final payment before delivery. And the salesperson did not seem particularly interested in confirming the delivery and only feigned concern after I communicated that the delivery did not occur. Finally, after the delivery the salesperson asked me to make the final payment, even though I had already paid in full.Every room in our house will eventually be remodeled and we gave Direct Source our business on a small 1/2 bath project with full intention of working with them for future kitchen remodel, master bath and more. But the level of service does not meet our standard and we will take our business to other local businesses in the future.

We had a great experience working with Rebecca on our kitchen addition. She was professional, patient, detail oriented and thoughtful in helping make our vision come to life. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and attention to detail as well as the consideration that we are raising 3 young boys in our new kitchen. She offered pros and cons about options we were considering and things we never would have considered. For example, aesthetically I was interested in square knobs, but she knew that having them akimbo would have bothered me. We changed the layout of our kitchen after the initial renderings were made and Rebecca just transitioned easily and provided us new renderings in a timely manner. We never felt pressured throughout the process. When the cabinets came in there were a few minor issues that were handled immediately with good communication. The installer did a great job as well. We are so pleased with our kitchen and grateful for the customer service that we received. I would recommend working with Rebecca.

We just finished a complete kitchen remodel with Direct Source in May 2019. The things I appreciated in working with Rebecca is that she listened to me, was always patient, and didnt overwhelm me with endless options but rather she took the information I gave her (my likes & dislikes) and made the process smooth and easy for me. She made helpful recommendations throughout and the end result is a kitchen that I absolutely love. She brought my ideas into reality with expert advice and guidance. Dean was our installer and finish carpenter, he did a great job also and was very proactive in making sure that replacement of a few items, due to factory defects were replaced expediently. Missoula: from the minute I walked in the door salesman wanted sell me stone counter tops. This is not the home into which one puts stone. I wanted laminate. My budget is laminate. Upon an initial sketch, salesman drew up an estimate and I paid $1100 for LAMINATE. That was May. He came to my house & said there was not enough clearance for laminate, but GEE! Stone could work! No work, no refund until I threatened small claims last week. They only refunded HALF!They are crooks and thieves. They stole half my money knowing small claims fees will eat most of the other half.Friends don’t let friends go to Direct Source in Missoula

Absolutely terrible customer service. They will lead you on and then ask for more money later. If something is wrong they WILL NOT make it right. The owner Rick Sargeant didnt even have the courage to call me and talk to me about the issues at hand. Now my client has to sue just to get whats owed him. There way there are better prices elsewhere with the same quality. Check with some of the custom cabinet builders out of the bitteroot and avoid direct source at all costs.
