I love this place because it is where I make a living. I work with a great group of guys at the Truss Plant and the Big Boss is a pretty good dude but the Little Boss is really cool. They offer pretty good benefits and there are a lot of perks to working here.since November 2018 they have taken us to ride the Go-karts and play Laser tag and gave each guy a cup of tokens for the games. We Barbeque quite often. Its a great thing

These guys are great! Im a first time homeowner doing a lot of repair and remodel work and these guys have really made things easy for me. They are personable and work hard to make sure the customer is well taken care of. We even had a misunderstanding about a door I ordered, and instead of having to order and pay for another custom door, they took the old one back on a chance that they might not be able to resell to give remake the door I wanted but mistakenly didnt order. I recommend them 100%!

Slow, the girl didnt know much about windows that was her speciality.oh boyhood to wait 15 minutes for other person and he didnt even have what I needed.

I ordered a window package,it took 3 months to get. when it showed up it had one window missing. my sales contact has been less than helpful. its hard to explain this to my customer and still maintain credibility as a contractor.

Amazing service and design work. I brought my house plans to Mason in the truss department at BMC in Missoula, MT. He caught the vision for my home and took the plan to the next level--to my dream home. And the new design is saving me money too! I highly recommend Mason in the truss department.

We built a deck at our past home using BMC and were extremely pleased with their customer service and attention to detail. And later we used them for many aspects of our home build, millwork doors, windows, to name a few things and these guys are just Pros! They care about you and your project and I highly recommend them for your building needs.

Very unprofessional. I ordered a door and waited three weeks. When the day came when I needed the door, no one was to be found. I called five times during the three weeks to make sure the door was on its way and every time I was told I would be called back with an update. I was never once called back. At one point they even said they could not find my order. My deadline came and no door. I called three times before someone answered, and when they did I was told he would call me back. When I didnt receive a call, I called them three more times and left two messages. I will never do business with this company again.

I am a truck driver and was making a delivery to the BMC in Missoula, MT. Last time I was there I sat at the main gate for over 30 minutes before anyone told me where or how to check in. So the next time I made a delivery I did what was told to me the last time I was there and wouldnt you know it. I got yelled at and was called every name under the sun. I tried to tell the yard Forman what was told to me the last time I was there but he just kept going off on me. So I pulled back around and sat at the main gate. There is no signs telling us drivers where to go or what to do to check in. I will never do any business with BMC again.

This organization is one of the worst organizations I have ever done business with.
