The Walgreens pharmacy is ill-organized, with no visible urgency to deliver on their customer service promise. I was very ill--coming directly from urgent care--when I arrived to pick up my medication. I stood in line for about a half hour the first time, hanging onto the shelving in the aisle for support. When I finally got to the counter, the team member said my prescription was not quite ready and that it would be just a few minutes. With nowhere to sit, I sat on the floor, waiting to be called. That call never came, despite two prompts on my phone indicating the prescription was ready for pick-up. Finally, I had to get back in the end of the same line and wait another 20 minutes or so. By then, I was so ill and upset that I told the team member I would never do business at this Walgreens again. And I wont. They have lost my 20+ years of business. If you cant move people through a line at a rate faster than one every five to fifteen minutes, something is wrong. Pretty clearly a leadership issue, since the cashier thought she was doing a great job (!).
I will not go anywhere else for prescriptions. All of the staff at Walgreens on Reserve are friendly and super helpful. The pharmacist has been very knowledgeable and honest. Good job guys and thank you for all you do.
Mona was very helpful finding a specialized product that I needed for my Mother. Very patient and helpful!
Dude with glasses the cashier/manager I dont know. He escalated a simple customer service question into an aggressive response of im not gonna argue with you. Idk if he treats all customers like that but i cant help but feel a way about situations like this as a minority. I simply asked why does the walgreens website state conflicting information.?He could have just explained it can be different at each walgreens location or whatever Right? I wasnt arguing i was asking theres a difference He got mad cuz i asked to deposit $1000 and he said they only do 500$ so I asked how many transactions can you do a day he said 1 so iasked why does the website state different. He went right. to im not gonna argue with you?? I just left the store If he got anger issues maybe find different work. I have bad days but i dont take it out on customers. This happened north reserve 9/17/2021. And if you look at all my other reviews of buisneses in missoula most 5 stars.
Yall need to figure out your drive thru! The last frew times Ive been the line has had about a 45 min wait! INSANITY
Some pretty shabby customer service from the cashier.Customers in front of me were getting a little impatient, because the stores credit/debit machines weren’t working. The elderly man opted to pay cash, and was mildly frustrated, obviously with his card or the equipment(not the cashier), but the cashier snatched the cash off the counter with an attitude, and with obvious disgust and disrespect, gave the man his change. She had zero empathy whatsoever for his frustrations, and was very unprofessional.
This pharmacy is THE WORST!!! If they werent the only drive-thru option close to me Id NEVER come here. I ALWAYS have to call to ask them to check their own system to refill my prescription yet I always still end up waiting. Just spent 1/2 hour waiting in line (after calling to be sure my prescription would be ready two days ago then again this morning) and when I got to the window it wasnt ready. Shocking. The pharmacist started two hours late apparently. They actually advised me to circle back around to get back into the line to wait again!!! I wish theyd get someone competent to manage this location. 😡😡😡
Fantastic and fast photo center. The large canvas prints I got are absolutely perfect.
Horrible. Customer service is awful. Photos department is the worst, charges your card and then when you go to pick up the photos they say I never paid. I have receipts of random chargers from Walgreens. Walmart so much better and cheaper for best quality!!
All of the Employees in this store are Fabulous. The Pharmacy People work so carefully. Sometimes I have to wait a few minutes. But for me that is Ok because I know they are careful, and also very patient.Kudos also to the cashiers! You are all pleasant & friendly.
I went in yesterday morning to pick up a prescription for my tooth infection. I get up to the counter and gal told me itd be 5 minutes so I sit down. 5 minutes go by, nothing. 30 minutes go by......nothing. 45 minutes later I go up to the desk and ask a different gal whats going on with my prescription. She tells me they just got started on it. I waited for almost a hour in pain waiting while they get person after person in for their vaccine. Yes COVID is still serious but learn how to take care of everyone. Ill go across the street to Target from this point on.
Consistently disappointed in the service from the pharmacy. On multiple occasions we’ve received the text reminder that auto refill scripts are ready for pick up and, after stopping 4 days in a row, each day getting an excuse why the scripts still aren’t ready, I just want to scream. Also have received refills with an incorrect amount of drugs which means we have to call them so they can “watch their tapes to confirm” and then they call back to say we were right and a “sorry about that”. Thinking of switching pharmacy as it’s been this way for quite some time now. Super undependable.
THREE times, trying to get a prescription filled for my mother-in-law. THREE times told it would be ready. THREE times the next person says it still needs to be special ordered, and the 3rd time we were asked to drive around and wait a while, before being told they still dont have it! This pharmacy is either under-staffed, or just incompetent in their process of following through on what they say they will do.
Terrible passport photo. They didnt show me before printing it. The post office does a much better job. Now im out 15 bucks and stuck with a bad photo.
Placed a photo order online at 1 p.m. Called at 2 p.m. to confirm that they would be ready for pick-up at 5:30 p.m. like it said when I checked out. He said Our machine hasnt been working but it says the promised time is 5:30 p.m. for pickup. I said OK, so I confirmed theyd be ready at 5:30 p.m. and he said yes. So I call at 5:30 to see if theyre ready and he simply says no they arent. OK, well can I get an estimated time to pick-up? He says the machine is broken and wont be fixed until tomorrow or the next day. Why wasnt I told that it was broken and my order would NOT be filled? Customer service is just bad here. Unreliable.
I dropped prescription off the afternoon prior to due date, came in at 8:45 am the following morning and the script still not filled which I ended up waiting additional 35 more minutes to get it ready. Poor customer service I feel.
I have always put up with the pharmacy long wait lines both inside and at the drive through because I understand how demanding the pharmacy profession is. But this has hit a breaking point with the daily app failures and constant phone system issues, although these are not in the employees control it is becoming an issue to get my prescriptions in time, in addition, the stress this is putting on the pharmacist and technicians is leading poor treatment of patients and uncalled for rudeness. If the Walgreens corporation cannot figure out how to fix technical issues and remove the stress placed on the staff, they should at least adjust their slogan, to appropriately reflect their current practices, from trusted to sometimes reliable🤷♀️
I am leaving this review to thank all the pharmacists that work here. They are always friendly and try their best to fill my prescriptions as quickly as possible while making sure to take the time to make sure they accurately fill each order. Today I had the misfortune of arriving at the same time as an incredibly rude customer that complained of it taking extremely long to get her order filled, claiming it took over 30min, it did not, I was in line behind her and I had only been waiting maybe 10min. The pharmacist handled the complaint with grace and patience. Excellent job to all the pharmacists working during these very busy holidays
Frustrated at the pharmacy went in for a recall on my meds and they cant do anything about it unless the main man is there. Someone should at all time be authorized to make the switch. He told my doctors assistant yesterday for me to bring them in and they can switch them out. I dont live in Missoula so its another trip down the valley tomorrow afternoon.
I called in to the pharmacy and the woman I talked to was extremely rude and made me cry. I had to call back and talk to someone else to help me get my prescription. I dont plan on ever coming back.
Dont waste your time filling up prescriptions here. Misleading information of pricing and insurance usage. *Best option use GoodRx as a backup resource at other great facilities in and around Missoula.Note: Health Care sucks in the US, dont get taken advantage of. The workers are doing a great job but just providing unknowledge information.
The lady in the photo service area had terrible customer service. She made me feel uncomfortable. I recommend going to other store.Have a good day.
Rude people you should be on your death bed before ever stepping foot in here. If not they will make sure you are.
We thought they were extremely helpful and courteous. We had to get a vacation override and they took the time to call the insurance company and call us back-and take care of Having the prescription ready for us on a timely basis The clerk that took care of us was Amanda .
I have been going here for many years. This Pharmacy has really went down hill fast. I have had to deal with rude Pharmacy Techs on Multiple occasions. I have had so many mistakes with my Rxs. I used to enjoy the fact i could always just pull up in the drive thru & get what I was supposed to & be on my way. Not the case anymore. Its a shame really.
Pharmacy is super slow! Half the time they don’t even acknowledge you’re there at the drive through. Employees walk back and forth doing other things with no other customers, simply rude! Photos for passports are HORRIBLE, taken with a dinky camera and outrageously priced. Costco across the street much better! Can’t stand Walgreens anymore
HORRIBLE customer service at the pharmacy.... seriously considering transferring my prescriptions somewhere else.... Technician hung up on me because apparently she doesnt want or know to do her work.... so dissappointing.
The landscape makes the property look abandoned. The parking lot and plantings beds are completely overtaken by weeds.
Went to shop Senior Hour today (Tuesday) and they were closed. Are they not doing this?
Their pharmacy opens later than their store on Sunday (a full 2 hrs later, or 10am). In this modern age Walgreens pharmacy should remain open 24 hrs via drive-thru. There is no reason a person should have to wait until they decide to open. It used to be 24hrs but Im guessing they decided they werent making enough money.
Waited in line for 28 minutes at the drive through behind one car because they would not ask the woman in front of us to pull through while they filled her prescription. We were trapped by the person behind us or we would have left. Not a great policy. At the Walgreens by us – they ask people to pull through if the prescription is not ready.
By far the worst Pharmacy in all the world. 3 Straight months they screwed something up Store Manager incapable of helping again. The Pharmacy cant read far enough down the computer to see that we have a copay card for costly medications. I want to make sure everyone knows there incompetent maybe some day Ill see a new restaurant or Bank in that building as long as its a Walgreens and the management that is there know isnt removed then I will not go in that building again
Pharmacy will give your meds to anyone! I have a prescription for strong pain medications and have never filled here before. I went to the pharmacy drive up window and asked for my medication. The woman asked me my address to verify my identity and I gave her the wrong one...... She still gave me the meds even without checking proper identification! Its a scary thought that anyone who knows what Im prescribed could just roll in there and take off with narcotic pills!!!
I Love the pharmacists, the others need to get a brain. The new telephone automated system is crap. It is way to complicated for some handicap people.
Picked up a WU moneyorder here, took a while and had to ask around but did find assistance when called from check out.. an assistant manager came along and helped me through the process, even called WU for me to help straighten things out.Note: if youre picking up a WU moneyorder at this location, its frustrating as theyve got a kiosk that removed any semblance of customer service.Cashier and manager were nice enough!Although a very Missoula-ish experience, did get er done here with some help.
The pharmacy is terrible!! So unfriendly. I’ve been hung up on by them and get attitude from whoever helps me at the window. Not to mention they might be the SLOWEST pharmacy anywhere. Major thumbs down.)
After showing up at 5 pm on Sunday to just drop off a prescription with my mother and finding out that Denton the manager had not scheduled anyone to work that night, we went in on Monday around 10 am, to only wait in line and watch pharmacists chit chat and dig through shopping baskets to find prescriptions. After they had screwed up the insurance information, their resolution center had to take up the problems because they couldnt solve them. Unfortunately choices on pharmacies are slim with government insurance so we are now waiting for Tuesday to get the medicine she requires, i wish i could take a video and post it with this review to show how often these girls just stand around. Hopefully this gets through to the real management (because obviously denton is lacking basic management skills)
Very slow on filling scripts. Was told a hour and a half came back after 2 hour and they were not ready. This has happened several times now. I have to seat in my car and wait I live out of town a little ways so it is very inconvenient.
I have always used their pharmacy, usually its ok. Sometimes the workers arent very friendly..sometimes they are. Today I was waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes before getting to the window an hour after my appointment only to find out they are still working on my prescription so the lady tells me to please pull back around so she can help the next person... 10 minutes later I get to the front again and its still not ready. I tell her I will come back later. Get there at 9:45-15 mins before they close (I was busy up until that point)... lady in front of me is chatting with the worker and takes 20 mins (so now its after they have closed) I pull up to the window and there is a sign saying they arent able to help anymore, I made eye contact twice with the pharmacist herself before driving off. I guess I will have to wait til tomorrow to get my prescription, good thing its not life or death.
Have used this location for a year now and it just keeps getting worse. On several occasions I have gone in and done my shopping only to find out that I couldnt buy anything because the systems were down. But today was the last straw, I went in two times to get the same prescription and waited a total of an hour after being told it would be ready hours ago. Ridiculous!
The lady was very rude at the checkout counter when I took a return back! Not going back again!
Pharmacy is Very unorganized and DONT care that the customer has to re arrange life to accommodate there mistakes!
DO NOT USE THE PHOTO KIOSKS. Wasted an hour and a half laboriously uploading photos to print and they all got deleted. Employees were incompetent, especially Derek, and couldnt help. Awful awful experience.
Just bloody rood employees all-around
Typical Walgreens, but isnt open 24 hours.
Great staff
