I gotta tell ya about todayFirst off we called TA truck stop at 8am and asked if they would do a trailer alignment they said they could in two hours for $126 I said are you sure and they were like yup. Got there and decided to have them do the tractor as well. Devan the guy that did it was super meticulous and got both truck and trailer at 0 and man what a difference!!Trailer tracks straight as an arrow and the truck was way way way out. Now it Drives straight and much much smoother. Didnt get out of there till 8pm but they did a great job and only charged $425 for everything. Super happy and satisfied.

Checked in at noon to replace 8 trailer tires. Was told that it would be a couple hours before I would be in shop..ok. I was in a bay shortly after 1400. In 4 1/2 the only thing that has been completed is 4 tires are off the rims. It is obvious the tech is new and unsure of what is to be done. A more experienced tech should be helping him along. Time is important but this is beyond frustrating. They are nice people..great way to get 10 hour break. In conclusion..it took 10 1/2 hours for 8 trailer tires.

You know the one thing a trucker really enjoys is a nice clean shower I got up at 6:30 in the morning went inside told by the clerk we dont have enough people to clean the showers were short staffed there will be some someone here at 8:00 a.m. that can clean them I wanted to get going early but I really wanted a shower so I held out till 8:00 a.m. 10 minutes after 8:00 I asked the new clerk at the front desk if the showers were available or going to be available soon well the manager is there also now so now there is two people on duty I guess theyre janitor didnt show up to work today so there is going to be no showers available apparently herself and the manager are incapable of cleaning showers its beneath them apparently and wasted almost two hours of my life to be told no ones going to clean the showers

This is by far the most unethical company I have ever worked for!!! My replacement as Asst. GM of The Country Pride restaurant in Missoula, Montana was hired when I was still employed. I was told by the former GM that my position was being eliminated, she even wrote me a letter of recommendation for other jobs that I would be applying for. She called me at home saying it was official and that I would no longer be needed. I then asked her if she needed me to sign any paperwork and she told me no! I called the home office in Westlake, Ohio and was told the paperwork she sent in stated I was fired for the inability to control funds!!! I highly encourage anyone to think about applying to this company not to!!! They will tell you one thing and do another!!! Unethical at its finest!!!

Stopped at the TA truck stop for lunch today. I don’t give truck stops more then a three star rating, however, this truck stop is filled with inconsistency and with that being said it only deserves one star. The salad bar was fresh, although had to wait for them to replenish the red onions, but the soup tasted homemade. The cream of tomato was very good. My wife ordered the grilled chicken dinner with a loaded baked potato /microwave. It wasn’t quite loaded with all the toppings you would expect & I had the surf and turf which doesn’t come with steak it comes with, A Not So generous portion of chicken tenders. FYI: No honey mustard sauce at this location.We visited back at this location for breakfast the following week and sad to say we where completely disappointed, (two tables w/ two waitresses in the restaurant) half’n’ hour to get pancakes, eggs, sausage, toast, English muffin & home fries. Eggs over cooked, toast & English muffin undercooked + cold, doused with margarine when ordered dry. My wife sent the $10. Meal back only to get a smile and eyes rolling from the waitress as she apologized. The manager was so kind to to let us know that the meal we sent back would be removed from the bill? ?However, she did ask if we’d like something else. Unfortunately, we couldn’t wait another half hour & shouldn’t have.

I stopped here tonight get some wash done was gonna grab some dinner and apparently they close a 6pm. Will not stop here again. Matter a fact I got my clean cloths and actually when across the street to the loves

Small but straightforward T/A truck stop, including a Country Pride (reduced partial menu) restaurant, Motel 6 on property (wouldnt stay unless you have to, no hot water for morning shower but clean sheets and thermostatic controlled room) Also a strip club / bar / lounge on the property called Freds for those who might care about such things.Hot case and snacks inside. Trucking basics available. Gas and diesel. About what youd expect and not much more or much less.

I’m sorry again I stopped here to get work done. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve stopped here to get basic stuff done. You’d think I’d learn by now. They take 3x’s longer than any other place I stop at to get basic stuff done. This is my last time stopping here to get my truck worked on.

Shower is updated and clean. The only thing is that the ceiling is kinda low but other than that it was great.

Worse place in Missoula to stop. The kiosk is always broke. The showers are always shut down. When the washers are down they cant even be bothered to put up a sign. Fuel is always 14 cents a gallon cheaper at MuraltsIve seen management clean showers at other TA Petros. Lazy management.Taking my 300$ a day across the interstate from now on.

The shop accepted a road call, made the driver wait for 3 hours, then decided they werent going to help the driver out. Unacceptable!

IF you need roadservice do not call them! will charge you a lot of money and then unqualified mechanic will come and say that nothing he can do. only to call their towing and wait for 4-5 days to fix your truck! Called after another road service company which fixed the truck quick! so paid to these guys 900$ for absolutely nothing!!

Not a bad TA. Well lit with some food items, friendly staff. The Country Pride is a total disaster but youre unlikely to find it open.

Restaurant closed at 7pm. They still call this a truck stop.. lol. SMHUpdate...... Ive been forced to eat from the hot deli case on many occasions and Ive never found the food to be acceptable. Its always either dried out and old or its undercooked so it has a longer life in the hot case. That doesnt even take into account the inflated prices.The last time I paid like $9 for a $2 turkey leg that looked great but wasnt even edible. My dog even turned it down, lol.The same night I wrote the original review, I simply went to the truck stop next door for food. Both of their restaurants were open and busy.The truth of it is, TA has simply put profits way, way ahead of service. This is true at all their locations, not just Missoula.I simply spend my $500 to fuel my truck at truck stops that actually have better service. Its that simple.

Very clean showers, but 3 pumps are not working, and showers in another building, very helpful people work at the checkout!

The shop has been short handed I think every time I have stopped in this place . I wonder how much business they lose by having drivers take off to another repair facility? When I have actually been able to get into a bay in a timely manner its been hit and miss on their quality of work. Some techs are pretty sharp and some not so much.If you have need an emergency repair on the road its good that they have a shop here. If you can go to a different repair shop you would probably be better off. This T/A can have some ridiculous wait times

Easy in and out, gas prices are good. Not much of a food selection inside the gas station part. There is a Country Pride restaurant on site though.

One of the worst. They told me to put my mask on. But the toilets had no toilet paper. Tells me they havent sanitized the bathroom for at least a day. How do you run out of two big rolls. And they worry about a mask.

I had the patty melt. Best Ive ever had. And the rice pilaf was amazing. Both very large servings. And the salad bar was very good too. . Well worth the $15.

You can’t eat at the restaurant without a mask. F you I can’t wear one Drs. Order’s. You have lost my business for ever.

We are long distance truck drivers as a team. My husband went in to get us salads and soups, no silverware, no bag to carry it out with so he wore the soup before getting out to the truck.Even though its to go.. Customer service to the guest is still appreciated. Not here I guess.

The TA is a wonderful place. Parking is slightly insufficient. The food is warm, but all in all, they care about drivers and are fighting to make sure drivers are comfortable. I mean what else is the Seattle area going to do other than concentrate on what the freight demand of the area calls to receive. The staff get an A for effort. The establishment itself could.use some updating.

Plenty of parking, clean restrooms, friendly people. Who can ask for anything more?

Don’t come to this location for service 3month ago I sent on of my friend for oil change untrade mechanic took 4hours and today I came to check in 5:15pm for oil change and fix tyre puncture they called after 2hours to bring truck in BAY now 11:45pm till not finished untrade Mechinic just arounding on the Truck don’t know how to grease never come again this place for service also don’t know how to fix flat tyre

Very friendly people and enjoyed my visit there. I fill up with fuel on the diesel Islands frequently. this place is going through major Remodeling and updating now becoming a really wonderful truck stop!

I was delighted with this TA. Trish was working tonight and she was cheerful, friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking and the spaces are wide. The shower had good pressure as well as good hot water.

Stopped by to fuel up today. I had a long trailer with me and had to use the OTR pumps. I am private and don’t have an ICC or DOT number and the pump wanted only those numbers and not my credit card. Had to go in and prepay and hope I got enough in my card to get a full tank. Royal pain to deal with. I won’t be supporting this business again!

Love this stop. Tons of parking. Laundry room upstairs just beside driver lounge. 2 casinos with bars, one has exotic dancers, another bar across the street. Restaurant. What else do you need?I take back a star. I parked my truck at the fuel island, went to the restaurant and ordered food to go. Just an omelette. Went and fueled my truck. Drove around back and came back to the restaurant and found the waitress and the cook chatting away. I asked the waitress if it was ready and she said no. 7 people in the restaurant and 5 only having coffee. I wont eat breakfast here again.

Cleanest TA ever. Little outdated, but CLEAN!!! And all employees smiling and helpful. If you think southern hospitality is a thing, you need to check Montana hospitality. And you cant find anything that clean down south

Flat tire,sign in, told an hour wait...Ok now two and a half hours later Im still watching two hourly workers play tiddlywinks instead of productive work.I suggested that managers should rethink hourly wages in lieu of commissions.If the company only paid workers for a job complete then more productive work gets done.

Extremely slow shop. Came at midnight for an oil change, get a bay right away. One hour later they asked me to move oil change for morning, since they have a road call. Fine. Next morning at 8:30 got a bay. 4 hours later - still sitting in the bay. Will try to avoid this place for any repairs. The truck stop is good thou. Plenty of parking and clean showers.

Sat at dirty table for 10 min. Watched waitress clean another table and promptly take care of the people that sat down at that one. Looked my way numerous times but never bothered to acknowledge me. Finally left and wont be back. Had a pleasant experience at McDonalds.

Clean showers just a little bit strange you go to one building to pay for your shower and walk outside to another building where the showers,restaurant and casino but o well showers are clean, for some reason is hard to find clean showers on the northern states, parking lot is a good size and almost forgot by the fuel desk they have a small deli I don’t buy anything but the food looks good, the staff is friendly and helpful so no complaints at this TA

The woman at the front desk is very disrespectful. I spent 20 minutes in front of her. and we had the opportunity to talk to her. she very slowly worked on her computer. such a sensation. she had no idea what she was doing. Guys in the shop are good ! But this girl.......

I usually come here and gasoline on the 90th and Im on my way to Illinois. A coming from Salt Lake City on towards Washington. When I came into the use the restroom there was a long line. I went to and use the pin pad. Came inside windshield washer fluid. Was another long line. Only one cashier woman. There was two obese men which seemed to be a manager and assistant manager. I called out theres a line is there another cashier that can help. No one came.... tell him it was too late and they werent hardly even needed. I do not like this truck stop no longer and I will be going to the love the crossed away. Country Pride also smells like s*** inside where you go sit down. The salad look old not crisp. I will never come back.

Not a bad place. Small but good parking. I always find a place to park, lots quite SI you can rest, coffee been good, employees friendly an helpful, I havent had a chance to try restaurant but am told its good, cars have to go outta their way to come into where we park so not many of them in our way.

I arrived at 8:30 PM they close at 11:00 PM no soup and salad bar. The soup they have was chili and for the salad was a plate of lettuce small tomatoes and few cucumbers probably sitting for few hours. They were off of ice tea. Poor service. The showers and bathroom were clean.

Its Sunday, 11-4-18. The woman working at the shop is a wonderful person! Friendly and honest!Update- Have the creamy tomato soup in the restaurant! Delicious!

We have had a heck of a trip. On our way out west, our ComData card got hacked on New Year’s Eve. Anyway, after a long trip with multiple things going wrong, we stopped at this TA for fuel - we were told we could use our new card and they could enter the # manually until we get back to get our actual card. As these things go, nothing is ever as simple as it seems. Thanks to the tremendous patience of Tim and Jeff and the help of Tori, and another lady whose name I didn’t get, we were finally able to get fuel and a cash advance. We probably spent an hour and a half or longer working with the employees of TA and they spent a lot of time on the phone with ComData trying to get the transaction to go through. My husband and I are extremely grateful for their patience, persistence and overall friendliness. Not all people would have spent the time that it took to get our card to work. But they did and we are so thankful! Also, we have taken showers here before and as is the case with almost all TA’s the showers are very clean!

Great truck stop for anyone. They have a full service mechanic for big rigs an awesome restaurant called country pride. A casino called dollar bills casino. And an awesome trucks top feeling of a convenience store. For truckers they do have showers and a truckers lounge.

This TA truck stop has a large volume of free parking extremely nice staff exceptionally clean store easy in-and-out from the interstate on-site restaurant Hotel and Casino as well as their service department

Its ok. Nothing special about this TA showers were ok. Water pressure was nice. There is a liquor store and motel in the same parking lot and a bar across the street if your into that sort of thing.

Restaurant supposed to be open 24 hours! I walk in at 7:45pm they refuse to seat me becausethey close at 8:00pm!!!! Ill start going elsewhere!

My husband and I dry docked here in our RV overnight. We got a real good spot next to the motel out of the way from busy traffic. We ate at the cafe were the food was okay but their dinner plates leave much to be desired. My husbands bake potatoes was old and a dull color inside. They need to use fresh food.

Order chile cheesebuger, just a very small scope of chile over a small hambuger platte. And cold and hard fries.

Used the showers here. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The showers were very clean and had lots of water pressure and hot water. Came with 2 very comfy full towels, one medium towel, and a wash cloth. There is a complimentary bar of soap and a mint in the room.

Great truck service, identified the issue quickly and got us going again.

Stopped here to have dinner last night....Never again......saw one of the food prep guys wipe off the salad bar wipe off the counter with his hands, pick up spilled food the used them same dirty hand to pack olives and eggs in bowls and put them on the salad bar. I had a steak (raw and cold). Cottage cheese (warm) .this place is disgusting to say the least.

Nice place not happy with restaurant. No pork as ham on salads nodda. Told by corperate no more ham. Ta needs to think of its veteran drivers. We want pork chops no longer we want ham steak dinners no more we want ham for salads no more.

Great customer service

Its a great place right off the interstate. They have the gas station, the casino, the restaurant, and freds lounge which is a strip club, and they have lodging as well. Plus they have Marvins bar just a crossed the street as well. Just all around great!

This TA truckstop happens to have a little bit of everything. They have the nice restuarant to go along with a wide variety of snacks in the store. They also have a casino that was fairly fun. In the parking lot is also a strip bar and casino mixed into one. Several people were there so it must be interesting. Also several other bars within eye sight. Seemed more like a mini Vegas or Sturgis.

Service was awsome. Food was even better.

Typical TA. Breakfast was good and plenty at Country Pride. Better than most TA. However its a typical TA shop. Slow as hell.

Staff helpful. Very nice gal inside store. Guy who sweeps picks up garbage should not b chasing people off property when vehicle broke down and u buy parts there and he never asked, we were hauling farm equipment. We were way out of everyones way.motorhomes were there too.Manager should say something.

(I DO NOT) RECOMMEND THIS TAWill drive past it Go somewheres else its not worth the hassle. I bought 51 gallons of fuel over $300. That was not good enough for a free shower. They want you to bye 61 gallons of fuel before you get a free shower. Their pumps are dirty filthy needs to be replaced or an upgrade. Their shower are $14 and every other truck stop the Flying J loves pilot are all $12 for a shower. Theyre shower is not worth $14 its not that special I highly recommend not stopping or fueling go on the other side of the freeway to the Flying J. Theyre more professional courteous and glad you stopped in to see him to get fuel or whatnot or just a pit stop the atmosphere is a lot better then that there at the TA I will not,do not recommend this to anybody thats my opinion. Thank you

TA Road squad was awesome today and Robert got me safely to TA shop after my truck keeps giving an EEC61 engine code.

Killer freshely each meal.stocked salad and actuall hot stirred soup 2 of the day ..foods ood scholl..fresh..staffs.fun..energetic..and one.stop stop fuel..food..shower.laundry. rest and coffe baby coffee...

Not bad for the only ta within several hundred miles. Small restroom. Separate building for restaurant. Shop is pretty good.

Great truck stop. Prices are typical and like most stops has a great selection of truck toys at pretty reasonable prices. If you are in the area, stop by, you will like it!

The truck repair shop of this TA is one of the best in the country.

Normally, I like the TA locations. This one is a bit different and Ive been here a couple of times. Its just something strange about it, I cant put my finger on it. I do discourage doing the showers because they are in this separate little dirty building in the upstairs where the ceilings are mildewed and maybe thats why I just cant give this location of positive feedback.

Truck fuel Pump card reader didnt work, main cash register was having problems and needed rebooted, there was no hot food ready in the deli. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

Country pride is horrible food. The actual store never has anything in the warmer and the coffee creamer is always out. Showers and other driver facilitys are in a totally separate and run down building.

The one bad thing about this place and thats why it gets 3 stars is because it has to 5 washers but 2 work, and 5 dryers but 2 work.. they dnt care about fixing it, but sure enough will take our money

Dont call them for road service, they are greedy people. Dont repeat my mistake, there are a lot of 24 road services with resoanable prices. They charged me 50 miles more ( drivers misunderstandings), but i gave them clear location. When is about the labor hours, their road service cars have a speed limit at 60mph, but is false, is tested. Dont give them money gifts just call another service.

My husband and I stopped here for the night and went in to take a shower and all the showers were full so we waited upstairs by the time we walk out the building to the next building and upstairs our shower was suppose to be ready walked in and the shower wasnt even cleaned. There was trash left in the shower a dirty used wash cloth and no towels at all! The restraunt was very good and staff was very polite! This place I do not recommends for a shower but I give the restraunt a 5 star!

Ive been waiting all day for a PM and two new steer tires. After several hours, I finally went in and asked the hold up. Apparently, the service writer did not tell the mechanics I was waiting for service. Cost me a while days revenue! After going through all that trouble to get off their pay no mind list, the mechanic thought I was just there to have my tires looked at. They eventually figured out that Im to get two new steers. They arent going to do the PM, but I was going to tell them to forget that anyway. If theyve already screwed up this badly, I dont want them touching my mill. If I wasnt so scared of moving on these steers, Id get those done elsewhere as well. Hopefully they manage to bill my companys tire account rather than me!
