Advertising an RV dump but locked and employees say it is out of order and has been for 6 months. The sign outside advertises an Rv dump, no sign saying out of order. Very frustrated and mad because I’m sure it works and they got my business because of the advertising and now they won’t let me dump.
For being the two closest gas stations to the offramp on reserve and airway. They sure seem to lose a lot of business by not keeping more than one cashier there when there’s a line woven through the store. If you got 15-20 minutes to spare stop by. Don’t bother calling to try and you know ask them to be a convenient store not an inconvenience store because the owner doesn’t care. I’ve reached out multiple times and never heard back when I specifically requested that the owner contact me. I suggest you do yourselves a favor and head to Orange St., They at least have an adequate employee to customer ratio
Although the billboard before the exit 99 states that they have an RV dumping station, it is not in working order.
Not enough people working on duity.
Stopped by to clean the windshield after driving on the road what seems like forever. A happy man made sure the trash was empty and windshield wiper had cleaner fluid. Place is old but I dont plan to sign a lease or a mortgage. Thank you Deanos!!
This is one of the larger casinos in Missoula. And it just truly sucks. This gambling establishment has absolutely wonderful customer service and the perfect set up to really succeed..However.. according to the staff members, they see an average crowd of 5-6 people on a BUSY night... most nights are a ghost town they say. This place has 20+ gambling machines, 2 pool tables, a full bar, convenience store/ gas station, hotels all around, ALL OF IT ETC..!No crowd at all whatsoever.. nobody comes to play, therefore machines DO NOT PAY.Dont waste your time and money here, there is at least 5-10 other gambling establishments on Reserve St. That are far more worth it.Being a local- Ive never seen a casino close its doors..this one not only will, but absolutely needs to.
If I could give a worse review I would there’s a lack of knowledge and useless employees
It is literally impossible (4 times in a row now) to walk into that store with a set amount of money to purchase something and prepay the rest in fuel. I can even do the math for your employees and they still cant pull it off. I buy $3.89 worth of things and ask for $36.11 in fuel they have to run my card twice or if its cash literally hand me the change back and then prepay the rest back into the till. I have to be to work at 5:30 am and it has taken me 15 minutes to buy a cup of coffee and $20 in fuel. There has been 3 card swipes and a free cup of coffee before. Train your employees or fix your point of sales system or both. Get it together 🤪
Took a nap here on a roadtrip, parked in the parking lot . No issues, very friendly staff at the attached subway .
Just stopped in to fuel up today at 4:17pm; All of the outside trash is overflowing, signs falling off of the pumps and are on the ground, the restrooms are disgusting, trash in them was overflowing all over the floor, toilets were unsanitary.... and the staff is not busy standing behind the counter visiting with each other & ignoring customers. Not the best station to stop at. Very Dirty.
Pumps are super slow and don’t stop when reaches a full tank. They just keep on running. Dangerous.
Terrible store. Smelled like the old gas station your fathers went to. Inside is so outdated they could be used in a 1970 movie and fut right in.
Right off the interstate. Never has any cleaner in the windshield washers.
Worst place to stop! The bathroom smelled like an outhouse in the middle of summer dirty urine and feces on both toilets and to top it off there was no paper towels . The subway was friendly and professional!
Clean and easy access from Reserve Street.
