Incredible!!! Arrived in Montana last Friday from Mane. Normally get my prescription 90 days at a time though CVS/Catemark mail order. Yesterday, when I refilled my daily doser, I realized that I had left one of my daily prescriptions home in Maine. I called CVS on Brooks St. Explained my situation to Tommy. He looked me up in the CVS system to find that my prescription needed to be renewed. So, he notified my doctor in Maine. My doctor approved the renewal and ordered my prescription at a CVS in Maine yesterday afternoon. I stopped at CVS on Brooks Street. Told the story to Taylor. She moved the prescription to her CVS and told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I left to pick up our carry out dinner, and picked up my prescription 10 minutes later. I never missed a dose! Thank you CVS/Caremark. Thank you Tommy. Thank you Taylor. Crisis averted!

I am really impressed with this CVS pharmacy. My wife and I went shopping in there, and the cashier, Jeannine, was very helpful because I needed a price check on a couple of things, and she gave us her full attention each time. I felt bad because she was busy making new labels. After my wife and I were done we went up to the counter and she asked if we found everything okay, and was very polite and professional. She needs a raise!My wife and I also get our prescriptions from this pharmacy and these guys are professional and friendly. I never have any issues. Very efficient in their work and always giving me their full attention.Two thumbs way up!!The store is very clean and organized.

Not open when they say they are. Nice people but don’t go near opening- they rudely make you wait while they set up during the hours they’re supposedly open.

Open when they say they are and lots of Sales and Coupons.

Its ok prices are high my meds are never ready on time..IDK I just go there cuz I have too..

This is my go to store and pharmacy. Those behind the desk in the pharmacy as well as those in the floor are quick to help, answer questions and even read labels when I forget my glasses. The pharmacists got me through a long illness and went above and beyond to make sure I got my meds and could afford it.

Very disappointed to see that this store was selling disposable face masks for 2 dollars each. This is highly unethical. You can buy these mask online or at another store for much cheaper. Not to mention MANY stores provide them free of charge. Face masks are now essential to shop. For a company to sell them for 2 dollars each is so incredibly unethical that I will not be shopping at this store until they change this.

I was released a day early after receiving bilateral knee replacements. I left the hospital around 810 pm. and i had a handful of prescriptions that I needed filled. We got to cvs on brooks at 820ish and they close the pharmacy at 9.The pharmacy tech was very nice and very professional. I dont know how CVS can still compete with Walgreens. Everytime I go in there they dont have what Im looking for.

Ordered some juice from here through door dash and when I received it, it was expired and the only reason I noticed was because when I open it, it had dirty or something all around the top under the lid.

The pharmacy staff here is the best. They seem to really care about your needs and will always take time to answer any questions you have. The people working in the front of the store are nice and friendly too. The store is clean and pleasant to shop in and theres always a good sale on something or other.

I dont like the fact I have to have prescriptions, however, every time I go to CVS there are friendly faces and very hard working people. In a very short period of time, they started recognizing me and always have a nice greeting & a smile on their faces.The pharmacists really know their stuff and have helped me through a few issues already.I really like doing business at a place that is so friendly.Good job, CVS Health Missoula!

Over a week I have been waiting for epi-pens for my grandaughter the staff is ruder everytime I go in after being told tomorrow (4 trips I might add Its not like this is an unusual drug or you can wait a week or more after needing to replace a used one.Today I needed a critical cardiac drug filled. Their auto system said they needed to contact the physician. 6 hours later they still havent contacted him. I was told again by the rude lady upfront that it was out of their control Whos control is it if not the pharmacy????

In Missoula for work, for a few months and needed a good pharmacy, found it! Once again I returned here to fill my monthly scripts and was blown away by the level of EXCELLENT customer service. The staff was very helpful, kind, and most of all very prompt. My RXs were ready at the time they stated they would be and I couldnt have been more pleased. Keep up the amazing service folks!

Best pharmacy in Missoula. Excellent front end customer service, especially the supervisors! The store is increasing their selection of makeup and theyve started stocking NYX and Bare Minerals, among the standard drug store brands. My only complaint is the ridiculously long and environmentally dreadful receipts.

Just your average CVS. Good variety of items, timely pharmacy and OK service

Ive literally given this place 9 chances. I used CVS pharmacy in Massachusetts for 8 years and loved them. I dont know what it is with this place but every visit they screw something up. They put my name in their system wrong, they dont fax my doctor, I call my doctor and CVS twice trying to get refills and my doctor keeps waiting for the fax, I asked them 3 months in a row to sign me up for textalert and auto refill, it never happened. I think they just completely lack communication and organization and now finally they just filled the wrong prescription for me. On top of it, last month when I was in there, there were three other customers infront of me and all three had some kind of an issue with the pharmacy. Switching.

Great place but they dont sell tobacco

Once again the extra rewards didnt get applied to my purchase. I gave the cashier my number before she scanned anything. When she told me what the total price was I showed her that I had a coupon on my phone and it said it was saved to my card and the cashier was just rude when I tried to show her the coupon was on my phone..I had to walk out and leave... purchasing nothing since she didnt want to honor the coupon.. terrible attitude.

Cvs? I thought this was walgreens lol
