Obviously take their coffee and service seriously. We own Ocoee Coffee in Cleveland, Tn and purposefully searched for a local coffee shop. Could not have been more pleased. Great coffee. Friendly, knowledgeable service. Beautiful facility. Worth the search!

A cute coffee spot on South Ave! Even in the midst of COVID they took the appropriate precautions, had an incredibly friendly staff and the coffee was delicious. I had a iced cold brew and thoroughly enjoyed it. Excited to come back and enjoy Drum again! Hopefully post-COVID I’ll be able to check out the interior space, but loved the outdoor seating.

Im from San Francisco where we are snobs about neighborhood coffee shops that specialize in delicious brews and roasting their own beans - but Drum Coffee is by far, the most delicious cup Ive had since moving here 12 years ago. The staff are friendly and fun! If only they would name their Cardamom Cookies - Cardi B. Cookies...

A great local spot for your classic Italian coffee fix! Very appropriate despite COVID, they are doing great with their precautions. They do have house made syrups which are completely delicious and house made treats and sandwiches! Wonderful atmosphere with ample outdoor seating. Can’t wait to come back!

The atmosphere is delightful. The menu is simple and not overwhelming, allowing them to execute everything well. The coffee is why I go there, it taste like I should be paying for it, sooo good. I just popped into the new location in the Florence and it is incredible - so rad to see Drum downtown. The Broadway location has become my favorite spot for a quick connection with a friend but the South location is my go to. Happy to have you in so many convenient locations

Its gorgeous inside both their locations. The simplicity of the menu allows for quicker service and more attention to detail with each item. Everyone who works there seems to be having fun. Low stress, high quality, good coffee. I didnt really like the treats they offered, but thats not what I go to a coffeehouse for. If youre looking for a spot to sit for a long period of time, this is not your place. Definitely got a NYC feel.

Edit: the staff is amazingly wonderful and helpful! When I ordered a drink without remembering to request non dairy milk (allergic) they were so generously kind in helping get the order correct. They truly went above and beyond! One of the top coffee joints in town. They did a great job bringing hip, city influences along with great, unique, experimental drinks. Small and intimate, I love it! Also, its so cool that it was founded by the drummer from Fitz & The Tantrums.

This place in Big Sky Country gets big love from me -- the coolest coffee shop Ive found in two crosscountry trips. Great coffee and interesting food (brie infused pretzels and polish express sandwiches, etc...) in a comfortable diner style business. They also play vinyls on a turn table behind the coffee bar. Up on the wall a number of vintage albums have pride of place, including Talking Heads 77, Jimi Hendrix Are You Experienced, and Lou Reed Transformer.
