Frankly I go get coffee for the caffeine and most 20 or 24 oz drinks have at most 3 shots. Not so here! 4 and 5 shots! Great sugar-free options and flavors. Great baristas too!

I am sincerely confused by the hype surrounding this place. The coffee is honestly mediocre at best. I think this is popular for people who want a sugar bomb, but almost anywhere else you go will have better coffee.

This location cant compete to other locations. Ive gone three separate times over the past six months and it all was lightly flavoured milk. Unsatisfying for what goodness FCC is.

Always great coffee and the baristas are so nice. This location is super busy and it’s hard to discern the busiest times, but I’ve almost always had to wait at least 10 minutes to get to the window. Not a bad thing and I don’t mind waiting, maybe I’m just unlucky!

My go to local coffee drive through. They have convenient locations that are also conveniently located on my way to work lol. Great staff and cool looking swag. They support other local businesses as well which is great! My one complaint is that the drinks are way too sweet if you get it made standard order. However if you ask the lovely baristas to make your drink 1/2 to 3/4 sweetness they are perfect! My favorite is their white chocolate mocha- I’ll add blackberry or if I want to switch it up.

The iced mocha we ordered was pretty impressive. But my black cup of coffee was not black (?), and lacked body. It was just a simple cup of unknown coffee. And as a coffee lover, I enjoy tasting my way through local coffee shops while on vacation. When I asked the barista what coffee beans the shop used, she said she didnt know because they dont tell us. The coffee roasters downtown had much more quality and local taste to them. I have never had a barista claim to not know what brand of coffee beans she was serving me, and that threw me off for sure.

Huge on caffeine low on taste. If you want delicious coffee go up the street to Drum Coffee. Florence has great bang for the buck though if you want really sweet and the maximum amount of caffeine.

Excellent coffee, however I ordered no foam. Thats so they will fill it to the top. It had foam and wasnt filled to the top. Gal looked like Jennifer Anniston and the coffee was great.

This place is incredible the baristas remember your drink almost instantly their extremely kind happy and make great conversation while making your drink. Theyre super friendly and always make sure that youre happy with your beverage.

Wow! Just wow! They went to a new gift card system and replaced the stamp cards they have been using for years and years. And though they state right on their website, even to this day, they are not eliminating stamp cards, they are just changing them to plastic reusable cards, they will not honor any existing cards you have - other than an offensive 50 cents off your drink. My cards were worth over $5.00 before this change and the fact they are not honoring them any longer says a lot about THEIR loyalty to their previously loyal customers. I am done with Florence Coffee Company. Too many other choices at places that truly appreciate their customers. SHAME ON YOU, Florence Coffee!

Their coffee is a little burnt tasting. Got their dark chocolate mocha and its just ok interesting 32 oz quad shot options for those that want giant espressos though.

They have always had the best coffee. Whenever we see FLOCO location we stop. There unfortunately isnt one near Bozeman, but we travel to Missoula alot. This is our first stop, and last stop on the way out. Always fast and super friendly service.

I love this place, the coffee is delicious, the baristas are always friendly, and the price is very reasonable. Just be warned, at certain times of the day (rush hour, etc.) The lines can be four cars or more at each of the three windows.
