I have been coming here with my partner pretty consistently for about 5 1/2 years, and the baristas are always kind and helpful. The coffee is always good, and Im really happy they finally got point of sale systems where we can easily tip on a debit/credit card instead of having to carry cash.

The chargers are delicious! We have enjoyed one every day on our trip to Missoula, the Glacier was my favorite. The staff have all been super sweet!

Walked in and immediately slipped in the hallway (no wet floor sign). Shift leader with curly hair and round glasses is ugly. Will not be back.

If you just want to drink a lot of black coffee and get work done, this might not be the best place because they dont do refills. They also make you ask for a key every time you need the restroom. Definitely throws off my groove.

Staff was really friendly, and there were lots of tables to work at, which is super in a college town during normal circumstances.During covid, I had some concerns. None of the hand sanitizer dispensers had anything left to give, and people were inside working and even talking loudly on the phone with masks off.Cold brew was all right, not very strong. I wanted to try something more regional, but given safety and flavor would opt for Starbucks next time.

We love City Brew! Their coffees are not too sweet or too bitter. Perfect mixture every time!

The ladies that work behind the counter knows my request of my frappe and my drink comes out delicious. Love the smell of the coffee and also their coffee taste wonderful. This place is my #1 favorite place.

This used to be my daily coffee joint before I moved jobs over a year ago. I stopped in while making a drop off at The UPS Store next door and I was pleasantly reminded of why it was my daily stop. The coffee is always top notch and consistent. The bakery treats there are always fresh and delicious however check out the day old basket! Only $1 and cant really tell they are a day old! The staff is always super friendly. Its a different crew than when I used to frequent this location but they all seemed friendly and attentive. Thanks for all the past service and Ill always swing by when in the neighborhood!

Love this spot. The upbeat, professional, always smiling staff always make me feel welcome no matter how long I linger, or ask for the bathroom key. Dont knock it...bathrooms as well as the qhole store is super clean. The best part: a large drip coffee is under $3, first refill free, and 25 cents thereafter, same day same cup. Cant beat it. My fave locale is on Broadway, but hear only good reviews about the others!

A peaceful and cozy place to sip your coffee or tea. They have a fireplace and very comfortable seating. The staff is friendly and it has as true Montana feel. I love City Brew!

It was cold and snowing. It was great to get to warm spot.

These guys are talented. They fit the 16 oz drink for my wife into a 12 oz cup!... We were the only ones in line when ordering, they had a few people in line after we got our drinks so we just left. But even the label on the 12oz cup said we paid for the 16.

Im not very happy with the way things are at this store. I had a perks card and Im opting out of it. I put money on my card to buy two $20. Gift cards. After telling them then after I paid for it they would not let me. I had to put out another $40. So Im not to happy with them. They could of posted this but did not.

Montana mornings are as nice as they sound. Have a yummy croissant to go with it. Glacier Chai also really good.

I went here a lot when I didnt have internet access. I got friendly service, great coffee, and I enjoyed sitting in there for an hour or two studying. Its a great spot.

They arent amazing coffee, but for the price, and the good Wi-Fi theyre a good value. For example their drip coffee refills are only 25 cents with the first one being free!If you are hanging out and having 3 cups of coffee or more this amounts to around 50 cents a cup. Who can complain about that even if it isnt they worlds best coffee.

It may have been an off day or something but the coffee was insanely acidic like it was day old coffee. It gave me a stomach ache. The WiFi kept on disconnecting and when it did connect it was very slow. It was a Sunday afternoon so maybe they weren’t as concerned about it?
