I never have a bad experience here.. the company policies dictate a lot of their reviews but for me I just want good coffee and quickly from a establishment that is clean and polite. And thats what I get here. Thanks Ill be back.

The coffees here are always good and their customer service is unsurpassed. The awesome person who took my order at the window was so personable. I missed ordering at the speaker because they were changing shifts so we visited while my order was being made. It was extremely busy and they had my order out quickly. Will definitely go back.

They make amazing drinks here. The cream frappes are the best. Sometimes they mess up our order, specifically here, but they are quick to fix it. Only once they ran out of some ingredients, so we had to go to a different Starbucks.

I always love Starbucks, but it was better than ever the last time I went there. The Strawberry/Acai Refresher, with added Coconut milk, is the most sublime drink (besides coffee) that I have ever had. It has dehydrated strawberries in it, with carbonation. Just crazy delicious.

Mobile order drinks on several occasions that are supposed to be WHITE hot chocolate and getting regular hot chocolate. Even the labels say WHITE hot chocolate. This happens every other time i have ordered over the last 3 months. Will most likely be going to a different store to get my orders.

Ordered two large americanos and got two medium drip coffees. And they werent even filled up remotely close to all the way. Very disappointed. Not worth the $7 I was charged.

Visited on a Saturday at noon. Decided to go inside because the drive thru line was all the way to the street. Took 20 minutes inside to get one drink, which was prepared incorrectly. Worst service from this location in a long time. Multiple customers drinks were brought back due to being incorrect.

I know that everyone seems to love this place but the coffee always has a sort of dirt taste and the frozen/blended drinks taste like they are made with scoops of already mixed powders like store bought hot cocoa mix. Lets not forget that you should be prepared to shell out close to $10 for a mediocre beverage and snobby service. Why go through all of that when you should just run across the street to the rosaurs parking lot and get an outstanding drink for almost ½ the price & with outstanding service from genuinely great people!

Baristas were nice. But when a customer asks for a little bit of cream in his coffee, that doesnt mean make it a cafe au lait. It means A LITTLE BIT of cream. Seriously, why so heavy handed?

This Starbucks location is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to visit several times weekly.The ENTIRE staff are fantastic people and are ALWAYS more than willing to go above and beyond normal customer service practices.The ONLY reason five stars were not given is directly attributed to Starbucks historical practice of continuously raising prices. The coffee drinks are the best, just need to keep the prices within reason.

They cant follow directions on making their own coffees. Every time they taste different. Then when you place your own order they completely ignore what you have asked them. They are expensive to boot. Florence coffee is 1000 times% better

Terrible service at the Reserve and South location. Staff never looks up from the counter and ignores anyone standing right in front of them. Cant even pick up an order as a delivery driver as its impossible get anyones attention, and they literally have signs pointing to the wrong part of the store for mobile pickups. When trying to work with staff to improve the pickup experience, I encountered resistance and was marked down in the platform. This has happened more than once and has been reported by other drivers as well. As a customer, I would avoid this location and go to literally any other one in the city as they are much better. This one is very poorly managed.

Decent place, the floor was fairly dirty, the bathroom had an odd qirk to it, and they forgot my water when i ordered, then got the size wrong. It was very small for a starbucks.So this is my second visit and wanted to update, the place was much cleaner this time round. The staff seemed a bit happier today as well. I must of caught them at a bad time when I first made this review. Still leaving the 4 stars because Ive worked at a coffee place and there was no need for an americano to take as long as it did with everyone just standing around.

Love their vanilla bean frappuccino. Crave it all the time. Most anything they make is delicious. Plus the staff is always so friendly and upbeat. They always seem to keep the place quite clean and the prices there arent bad for what you get. Definitely recommend if your craving coffee or something a little richer.

They were super busy today but were still incredibly friendly and kind. Every employee seemed to be smiling and pleasant And I loved that they all were wearing some sort of holiday sweater or leggings or something along those lines!

I visited with two friends, we were in early and the service was quick and the staff was nice. The drinks were great and served as ordered. You just cant ask for more!

You can always get good coffee at Starbucks. It is a very busy place, but still has pretty fast service. The pastries and other food there is pretty good. My only complaint is that they no longer carry the juniper latte. It was a seasonal pne that they should seriously consider carrying year round.

This Starbucks also has a really friendly and polite staff! The building is very neat and clean inside! I love their double chocolate chip frappuccino without coffee, or the have a cookie swirl chocolate chip one! Very tasty!! Again the hot chocolate taste a little like coffee, but very impressed with the non-coffee frappuccinos.

When I come to this Starbucks, I usually get really good and friendly service. But today, that was the total opposite. I came here at 7:00am in the drive thru in the morning hoping to get what I ordered. When I got to the window it was the complete wrong drink so I asked them to remake it. The lady that was going to make it complained and asked us if we still wanted it. Well, if you guys made it correct the first time, you wouldn’t be remaking it. This was the worst service I have received from this Starbucks because these people had a very bad attitude and were very rude. That was the last time they have ever gotten my service.

Great staff and positive environment! Every employee takes an effort to get to know you and genuinely enjoys their job. Some of them have some pretty rad personal recipes. If you ever see Heaven ask her to make you her cold brew Frappuccino.

(Nil here) The absolute BEST Starbucks in ALL of Missoula. Seriously, drive out of your way if you have to. The Staff all are great, knowledgeable about drinks, (which is fantastic when you dont know squat about fancy coffee) insanely kind and really helpful. Ive been going here near every single day since I moved to Missoula in September. They make incredible drinks and seem to truly care for the customer. I dont care if Im all the way across town, Im driving to South & Reserve to hit up THIS Starbucks!

I dislike Starbucks on any city or any town in America. There are plenty of places with great tasting coffee without paying for this overpriced, over popular, trendy coffee. Missoula is a great city with many places to get a decent cup of coffee, so walk around downtown and explore rather than paying too much of your hard earned money for Starbucks.

Ive been coming to this store for years. I love the atmosphere and friendly faces that I get to see every time.

I got one of their peach flavored green teas, sat down and hung out for almost two hours, other than being ever-so-slightly chili it was a very comfortable, enjoyable 2 hours.

I love Starbucks! There coffee is fabulous! Sometimes there is a wait. However it usually is a short wait, because they work fast! They have many menu options including food, and there a great place to sit and relax with a cup of joe.

Consistent taste and temperature of lattes. Speedy happy service in drive through.

Really appreciate how they get my drinks right, even with the weird modifications I sometimes get. Great people and delicious beverages!

I live Seattle (home of Starbucks) and never have I ever had such a positive experience as I did at this Missoula location. The place was busy with the regular morning coffee addicts and I just breezed through the drive thru. The staff were incredibly friendly, efficient and just downright amazing. I dont know how this is possible but I had the best breakfast sandwich and Americano from this location. The Starbucks in Washington (particularly the drive thrus) need to learn a thing or three from this location. @Kevin Johnson, please study this location to emulate their best practices. In addition, give these employees raises, stat!

My usual Starbucks drink wasnt available, so I tried something else. Wasnt what I expected, but my daughter traded with me, so it worked out. Service was great!

Had a maple walnut iced latte and it was so delicious. Cold foam on top. My day was made. Also the staff was very friendly.

I made friends there they know your name when you walk in the door especially if they get to know you a lot thats what I like about going there its cuz theyre all nice and theyre friendly and they know what you like to drink if you change you just tell them that youre going to change to a different drink and theyll make it for you cuz I do do that if theres something new I want to try Ill do it but the one I really like for the summer time for iced tea is the mango iced tea but theyre not having it this year.

Always great service! They know me well. However, pour over are slow. Especially if mobile ordered. So very prepared to wait and let them know you are there for it when you arrive.

I ordered the new toasted coconut iced brew and got a classic iced coffee with cream and coconut syrup, not good. If your not offering the new drinks, just say so. Also ordered a drink with almond milk and it was chunky...I asked when they handed it to me if this was the right drink and was told yes and that there were many cars behind me. I get being busy, but this does not sit well at all. Wont be back.

When I first moved here 7 yrs. ago this Starbucks was dreadfully slow, even the drive through was slow. Big improvement over the years and now I go there to satisfy my addiction once or twice a week. In and out pretty quickly. People are friendly and they get my drink right 99% of the time. (I dont drink coffee so once in a while they just automatically add it in; thats understandable.) Hubby complains they occasionally short him on his lattes. Sometimes its not a full cup, other times they short him on the amount of espresso in his drink. For the amount you pay for a designer drink it shouldnt be short.

Chai tea latte. Cant go wrong. I went from being a Starbucks hater to being a Starbucks lover! Haha, my accountant is not happy i have a coffee budget, however. 🤗🤭

Dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. Restroom sinks and floor are dirty, there is no toilet paper, garbage and crumbs on the floor/tables/counter tops/windowsills.Two employees currently making drinks, one counting tips, and two others pointing at baked goods and wandering around... none of them seem to know what a broom is and there has not been a rush here in the last hour I have been here.Music is loud enough to make talking difficult, and AC is low enough it doesnt counter the heat from the windows.This place used to be much better and seems to have really gone down hill. I would suggest you try a different Starbucks until these guys get it back together.Update: So there are 3 employees standing around chatting while one of them counts the tips (again), but there is a new employee without an apron that has begun to clean the restrooms, empty the trash, and is using a broom on the restrooms also! The manager needs to pop in and fire a few people while giving the two that are actually working a raise.Of course there are a few employees on the back also, but I have only seen 7 at one time so far. Though I am assuming the gal without an apron who is cleaning is actually an employee and not just another customer.P.S. the bacon and guyere egg bites are yummy!
