So awesome! I crashed in Moab and my brand new Ripley went off of a 150 foot cliff. They managed the entire crash replacement policy process working with Ibis and got me a new frame within a couple weeks. Great service! Great guys! And ready to help in a crisis!

Recently bought a used full-suspension from Hellgate, and from the time I stepped in the door, they have been awesome. They let me take the bike out for actual rides on the trail. When I mentioned the rear derailleur wasnt shifting properly, there was a new one on the bike when I came back to buy it. No extra charge. Great people. Great deal. Great service.

I took my 20 year old mountain bike here for a tune up, and I can tell you this was by far the best tune up and service I have ever had! My bike has never run this smoothly before, even though it has been tuned up every year from different bike shops in town! The owners do the work themselves on the bikes. They are very knowledgeable, competent, nice and have good prices. Kevin was great! I highly recommend this shop and will be using it for all my biking needs in the future! This is a small shop and they are busy so you need plan ahead and schedule your tune up in advance. The other plus...you get greeted by Grover, the sweet dog, when you come into the shop!!

I have been riding my bike across the country east to west. I have been to numerous bike shops along the way. This has been the best shop. Their mechanics’ expertise saved my butt from catastrophe down the road. Very reasonable prices as well. Wished I lived in Missoula so this could be my local bike shop.
