Very friendly but super unprofessional. They tend to try and make you buy even if you say no. So many times we said no we do not want to buy but they kept insisting we buy from them. They even wanted to buy our vehicle too. We will not come again to this place.

Salesman juan and store manager are liars and cheaters do not go there you will be sorry you went

Had a very bad experience. They were basically forcing me to buy the cars they wanted to sell not the car I wanted to buy. Very deceitful lying people working there and that includes the management. Im never again stopping there I rather keep calling lift and Uber than buy a vehicle there!!!!

This place has the worst customer service, it took at least ten minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was there in the building when there was absolutely no customers there. I was told I got approved for car, cash in hand to give down. Said they were getting the car ready and was waiting all day all for nothing ! I waited days to hear back and nothing, I had to call myself. They are liars. If I could give zero stars I would ! Glad I went to another dealership where they actually helped me into a new car ! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Had a real bad experience with salesman Juan Lugo. I dont recommend him to no one he was trying to sell me a completely different vehicle and not the vehicle I wanted. I spoke to a different salesman lady that was there and salesman Juan Lugo got offended and Mad to the point that was talking down the female salesman by saying that she was new and she does not know what she was doing. All this was on 08/31/19 on a Saturday night that the female salesman started to help us out then out of no where the manager come out and talk to the female salesman like if he was getting after her. A minute late after she had talk to the manager she comes to tell us that it was to late and that if she or back again Juan Lugo could call us on Monday 09/02/19 to finish the paperwork process but no call was done. I believe the female salesman try helping us and was doing the paperwork to a point that Juan Lugo and the manager got against her and stop the process just because I went from salesman Juan Lugo to the female salesman. Never again would I go or recommend Charlie Clark mission with Juan lugo. They lost a buyer and two vehicles that could of been sold that day.

I have a credit rating over six fifty and the very un educated sales people still were asking for a 5000 down payment its a rip off I wonder if mr Clark knows what this people are doing I mean 5000 down and 500 a month on a small nissan four clylinder thats out range and the bad thing I try 3 times and the 3 times they ask for the same amount in three different locations I never going and guess what I got me a 2019 Ford F150 brand spack new how about that .

We arrived and looked at several vehicles. The manager got upset when we mentioned that we wanted to go look at another dealership. The oldest guy that works there is rude. They wont tell you the final price or warranty until the closing. We asked several times about vehicle warranty and gaves us the run around.Went to the restroom that is dirty and disgusting. They should clean their break room and restrooms. We left this dirty place and bought a 2018 vechile with competitor. Dont Waste Your Time Here. Charlie if you can read this. Please shut it down.

Hi to everybody... my husband went to nissan in mcallen and they told him that to give him a car he would need my help from my credit and he would be driving a new car home and with no down payment. then we went and tooked my information and they came up with asking for more information. its being alot of times that ive being going their because they call me to go and get the car. and when im their they ask for more and more information. my husband has a prety good job and i get the ssi from my chilldren . i need a new car where i can drive my children and because they have special needs. but these company has a bunch of employees that are not serious like the dealer. this is terrible they like to play with the customers . they think that because we are not rich persons we cant afford a car with them, its a rediculous dealer...
