They answered the phone before I left my car there so already that made me happy. There was someone to greet me when I drove up to leave my car there and it was serviced in a timely manner. They offered a shuttle service in case I needed it which was a huge plus. Overall, I had a great experience at this location.

It was a better process than I expected as a first time buyer from a dealership. Bert OgdenI’m very disappointed with your level of service. I have been calling this location 1-2 times a week to follow up on my new plates. Each time I’m told they are not in to leave my name, number and 6 digits of VIN#, so I do. I never receive a call back- ever!!! Today I went by to see if my plates had arrived, which they hadn’t. I was told to give the last 6 digits of the VIN #, so I did. I asked for some temporary tags since mine expired on Oct 13th. I was asked to wait to speak to the manager. After waiting an hour I left. The service here has been the same level ever since I bought my vehicle- poor! No one cares about ‘after the sale!’ I need someone to bring me my plates or temporary plates to my residence because I am NOT making another trip. My time is too valuable. I’m guessing losing one customer of the thousands you have probably is no big deal. I’ve been in retail for over 40 years and I would never allow this to happen in my store.
Horrible service from initial purchase to taking it in for service! Made an appointment for an oil change at 11AM. I went in 30 minutes before scheduled time, but when I got there I was told the they were full and were not going to take my daughters car. OK BUT..I have an appointment which I made online. His response was the online doesnt know how many cars are in front. WHAT!?! I get bothered because why even offer online appointments if this will be the case. So basically telling me that an online appointment are not respected. The other service office help says its a first come first serve basis because we close early on Saturday. OK I Repeat WHY OFFER ONLINE SERVICE APPOINTMENTS? They continue with we close early and offer no alternative and instead make you feel irrelevant. As a representative of Bert Ogden I expect a different response then Maam I dont think you are understanding What I am not understanding is why not train your employee to try to find a solution to obviously the companys error instead of just sitting behind the computer looking at the customer like the no sabo kid! They SHOULD HAVE HONORED my appointment or offered something to the customers convenience. ZERO professionalism and ZERO accountability.
Our sales representative (Alexis Herrera) along with the staff in the finance department worked diligently and professionally to assist with the purchase of our new vehicle. The purchase was quick and smooth, as we were provided with the best customer care, and our needs to suit our family were met. Purchased Vehicles here in the past and never left a review. The only reason I’m leaving one now is probably the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. Quick, Helpful and OH not to mention a great deal. Now obviously due to low used car inventory I was able to get way above my payoff amount with a vehicle I purchased a year ago which I should be upside down. Long story short they will get the deal done and if you want the best deal ask for ALBERTO MACHORRO.
Pete was great, but the price he provided vs the price that was given to us was $7k more. Go to Clark Knapp, they dont mess around. What they tell you is what youll be negotiating with. Unlike Ogden, they went up $7k so you can negotiate that mark up instead the one given. Shady business practice.
Salesman Jerry was great, assisted me in getting my first vehicle by credit and with a very low down payment and not so great credit history. We were very excited we had just gone in to buy a truck for my son a Chevy Silverado beautiful. And i asked the sales man what other vehicles do u sell? I asked any SUVs he said yes and showed me the trailblazer i fell in love with it. Over 10 yrs ago i had 1 but was too big. I went home thinking abt it so the day we picked up my sons truck started numbers for mine and a day later picked up mine. We were so blessed by God he gave us 2 new vehicles.

Took it in for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. I get told three TPMS are broken and the light on dashboard won’t turn off. That it was the fault of whoever installed new tires. And they could not help me, and they did not help me. Took my truck to the person who installed new tires and was able to fix the problem by hooking up an actual computer instead of a $15 tool at no charge. Went back to Bert Ogden Chevrolet to let them know the problem was fixed and how they wasted my time and gas. Was offered an I’m sorry. 🤷🏻♂️

Made an appointment for an oil change at 8 in the morning. I went at my scheduled time, but there were 2 men in front of me already there who didn’t have an appointment. They were being helped first. I made an appointment for a reason, and could not wait, I left. I called the service department and told them what was going on, the lady apologized and said they SHOULD HAVE HONORED my appointment time, and gave me another time slot for 11. I come in at 11, and this super rude lady with ZERO customer service skills, says they DO NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS. She was very rude, and should really be sent to some customer service trainings. I wish I had gotten her name. She was wearing a white collared shirt that said Cadillac on it, yet she was in the Chevy service side. Very disappointed as this was my first oil change here since purchasing my first new car. Very unhappy and disappointed with theun-professionalism and rudeness.* I would like to say Frank was very nice, after the fact.

Worst service I have ever received. It took their service department to figure out what coverage I had on my tires. I was called three times and told I did not have coverage but I had months before and they assured me I had coverage. Finally, the service department found my warranty information and told me that it would have to be taken somewhere else to have the tire serviced. I ended up having to take the vehicle myself and then I had to wait a few days until the tire came in to get it serviced. On top of all that, I had a pair of Koozies that I had recently purchased in the cup holder and one of them was missing when I bought my vehicle home. Not happy about my experience with their service department at all. Even the information I asked for was not given to me correctly. Incompetent and not trustworthy.
I was able to set up an appointment the day before and it was a fast service as I did not have to wait too much time in the lobby. They were friendly and were able to let me know about one of my tires that needed to be replaced for my safety and I was really happy about that. After having a very disappointing experience at Fiesta Chevrolet in Edinburg we wanted to stay within the Bert Ogden family so we headed to Bert Ogden in Mission where Daniel, Hector and Jan were amazing and actually treated us like family. Right from the beginning, Norman was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about all the questions we had. He took the vehicle to our house to see it first, then decided we wanted to buy it. He personally delivered it home after the purchase, and the entire team was very professional. Highly recommend!!!
I had to go through 4 different salesmen and talk to a manager to be able to get the help I was looking for. I wish that they would look past that I am a woman who knows what she needs and wants. Also dont like that I have to pull my credit so many times and get approved for a vehicle before test driving it or even seeing it. Also I dont like that they get frustrated because you do not settle for what they offer.
In our initial conversation, we were told by service department staff that we should bring our vehicle in at 2:00 pm, because there was only one technician available to change the oil in our XT6 Cadillac. We agreed to this in order to help you with the limited staff. We drop off our vehicle about 3:00 pm hoping this would be more helpful and allow more time for the under staff, service technician to catch up with his work load. We were met by Dominic a staff member who said he would check on the vehicle status on extended warranty. He did not notify us that we no longer have service warranty. Had he done this we could have made a choice of whether we wanted to have the oil change and tire rotation since we are now responsible for the cost of the service. When the vehicle identification number was scan this information should have been available immediately and then the customer could have made an informed decision whether to choose service with Bert Ogden Cadillac or not. Dominic was professional, kind, but was unable to inform us immediately about the service warranty which shows a lack of your internal services to be accurate. Due to your lack of staffing the wait was long and we still didn’t received our complimentary car wash because lack of staff. Your Cadillac full service dealership and your staff of experts fall short of a top quality Cadillac dealership.
I made an appointment at 12pm days ahead of time to have my wifes vehicle serviced. And when I got there, they were not able to find my appointment. And they said the would look at the car the next day. I asked the man then what is the point of an appointment. And he looked like he wanted to say there is no point, but instead he said so I can have a spot.Aside from that waist of time, the staff was professional and friendly. But they need to do a better job with their service center. They did not tell me ahead of time they would be keeping my wifes car multiple days, so I didnt plan a ride back home. I ended up having to pay for a lyft back home.They are friendly and profession but they lack structure in their industry.
I showed up without an appointment and still was taken care of. The best part was that I got a call on each part of the process to know where my vehicle was.
I bought a Cadillac late May. The brakes are squeaking and the steering wheel is too. I took it in last week to be repaired. Upon taking it home the brakes are still squeezing and the steering wheel is worse! When I signed off in the papers I noticed the “fixed” the brakes and 2 recalls, but nothing was listed pertaining the brakes, when questioned he didn’t know what to say. Needless to say, nothing was fixed. I emailed the Mission, Tx Bert Ogden General Manager and have received no reply. Horrible!
I was extremely pleased with the service and help I received at Bert Ogden Cadillac dealership. I went to get my vehicle checked out after I noticed a strange noise and with making. Upon arrival I was greeted by Dominic who immediately helped us and assured us they would diagnose the vehicle and check what the problem was. Having to head to Austin that same week I was worried about the time it would take to get my vehicle serviced, Dominic assured me they would do their best to have my vehicle ready in time for my trip...and true to his word the vehicle was fixed and ready to go THE NEXT DAY! Thank you so much Dominic for helping us, informing us about the issue the vehicle was having, and being extreme communicative during the process!

Attempted a bait and switch on me. Went to see a truck that had been on the website for three weeks. Surprise, surprise - when I got there the truck was in service and not available. Of course they tried to interest me in some others. I left and went to another dealership. And the less said about their mask policy the better.
The service was excellent. In all honesty, I didn’t think I was going to walk out of the dealership with the truck I wanted. I didn’t think they could match the numbers I had in mind. But Kristian Alvarado made it happen with his manager. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I had scheduled a maintenance checkup with an oil change and left it for a noise checkup under the dashboard. A gushing sound could be heard and the tech told me nothing could be heard. I then told them to check again because noise could be heard. Had to leave my car overnight. Then I get a notification that my tire pressure was low so I call the techs so they can check out tires. They then told me that I had to pay $20 for a patch. I told them I was not going to pay for it since I had not been driving my car around and they were since they had it for a day and a half. One of the employees then tells me they were not going to patch it up. I asked for a supervisor and then was told they would do it. I also found out they didn’t do the 24000 mile maintenance and tires were not rotated. Very disappointed with their customer service especially with the one employee who was arguing with me.

Took our car in to the body shop for a quote on Tuesday. They were to call us back that afternoon. Of course they didn’t. Nor the next day. So I called Thursday and they took my info saying they’d call me back. They didn’t. Nor the next day. Now it’s Saturday. We still need our car fixed. Very poor customer service. I don’t recommend unless you don’t care about competent customer service.
Decided to stop by, I was looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle. Very glad I did. I was looking for a used car, Gilberto Zamora was very patient and understood my needs. They were able to find something within my budget without a problem problem. And it was a brand new one!!

DECEIVING, MISLEADING & FALSE STATEMENTS** 0 Stars ** We originally were speaking to a Delilah Fuentes on the Internet and after they received my daughters credit application and payoff they told her the Manager said everything looked very good and for her to go over. The advertisement said $0 Down and $1500 on top of KBB value, So we get to the dealership and total chaos, i could not find Delilah and some other sales man talks to us. They never gave us a price, everything was about where do you want your payment to be. We had a price in mind however where we wanted to be. When the came back with the trade in amount I said No thank you and walked up to leave, but I could not leave because they had our keys at the back. He goes back and returns with another offer and said we could do it with a different new vehicle 2020 Trax $15,774 with the rebates and it was at around our price that we had in mind including the trade in with the negative equity. ($22,500) It was around 7:00 pm late and we just wanted it done. We finally go to the finance department and i requested that she have 72 months /100,000 mile extended warranty and they said, dont worry it can be changed to that for the same price. I still had $22,500 in my mind. Anna Garcia continued to print the paperwork and had me change the insurance while she finished. It took me a while to change the insurance with the representative and she quickly told my daughter with a learning disability to sign in the spots she pointed too. She had no clue what she was signing, with her learning disability she has to be explained thoroughly, i was still on the phone with progressive, but Anna never said the total amount, in my head i still had the original agreed price. Anna was doing every so quickly and i was still on the phone when she gave my daughter the envelope. It was almost 8pm when i was finally able to hang up with the insurance and go outside to the car. We go outside and it is not even the car they showed my daughter, its the basic car, then we get in the car with my daughter and see this brand new vehicle with the windshield chipped. How can we take a brand new vehicle with a chipped window? Of course i still had not seen the price, had i known that I would have stormed back inside and taken our old vehicle. It was late we were an hour away from home and we just wanted to leave. So, I told the sales person that i needed it fixed asap, i went inside and told Anna about it and she took a picture of it as well. Next day i realize its not only the windshield, its rust on the inside of the doors, and the quality of the vehicle is not worth the price. And that is when i see the total price and also they added $3000 of warranty on top and $1500 of tire insurance which we never asked for, all of this when they said it was included in the original price. I know they need the sales with COVID but taking advantage of people with disabilities will come back and haunt them. Just wait and see.

SERVICE DEPT: Today I went in with my 2021 Tahoe I just purchased in July for a typical Oil Change. I left trembling in complete fear and an anxiety that I am stilll trying to control at the end of the day. I waited for about 11/2 for the service to be completed which was fine - I didnt have an appt so I didnt complain or try to rush the lady helping me. She came out inspected my car when it was done and said the guy put todays date and mileage on the oil sticker and she went in and had to replace it. I drove off the lot onto the frontage road. Luckily, I was already hitting 20-25 MPH on the frontage road when my Tahoe began to shake vigorously like an earthquake so I veered away from the ramp back onto the frontage road. My steering wheel vibrated and shook so hard that it scared me so I had to stop the car. I got down and looked at the tires but of course I didnt notice anything. Never experiencing that feeling I thought maybe the tires had too much air so I started to roll again and it was fine until again I hit about 20MPH. I went around the entire block going 5-10 MPH until i made it back to the dealership in extreme anxiety. I got off the vehicle and another service man came out and noticed I was shaken up so I explained what had happen and he said just from looking at the back tire that the tire were loose. I came in and although they clearly knew they messed up there was no urgency to help. Finally, I went to sales and reached out to Cipi when everyone started moving. Cipi and John were super helpful and took care of me and tried to help me relax. The thought of loose wheels flying into the air on the expressway and bouncing into other vehicles, causing significant damage and injuries kept going thru my mind. I became extemely rattled while I was there and I really couldnt help myself. It was such a horrible experience and I hope this never happens to anyone else.
Our over all experience with sales and finance was extremely pleasant. Our salesperson, Mr. Pete Lopez was very patient and did an awesome job of helping us get what we wanted. The whole team here did an excellent job of making our experience of acquiring a Camaro for our son a great one. We walk away with the car we wanted and we will be back in the future.

We have never had a bad experience with the service department. They always are truthful and honest about the service they deliver in a timely manner.

I took my stepsons new car for its first oil change on July 17th .Once there, I was told rudely by a service writer that more than 13 months had passed by so the oil change was no longer free. I was unaware that the policy had changed from 2 years to now 1 year. I told the service writer that we had purchased the car on July 3 of 2020 but that it wasn’t in stock so we didn’t actually get the car until about two weeks later and since it was now just July 17th 2021, the dealers should honor the free oil change. She told me that there was nothing she could do about it and she didn’t try to help me at all. I had purchased vehicles at Bert Ogden before and never had any of these kinds of issues. Not sure if I will go back again.
Had no desire to help me figure out my issue with my light so I could pass inspection and then giggled when I was told it would cost a pretty penny to find the issue and fix it. Laughed at me again when apologizing for the inconvenience

Worst experience ever! Had my car towed by onstar to this dealership because it was the closest . We received confirmation that the car was delivered and we even had an appointment set you by the dealership. Due to it being the weekend we called them Monday and we were told that someone from service would call us back. 2days passed continued calling with no response. So we were finally able to go to the dealership due to not having a car. 12 days later! When we arrived we finally meet Frank! In service! He immediately told us oh! Yeah youve been calling asking about the volt right? We said yes. He then tells us as he sits back in his chair and continually keeps drinking out of his cup. He say sorry boss your cars NOT HERE!Wth? So he tells us we are welcome to look around the lot to see it we see the car! Wow! Reminder 12 day we had been calling and this guy Frank couldnt call us back! So we walk out as we are calling the towing company and we are walking to see if the car is there . Towing company confirmed it was delivered there at the same time we find the car about 500 yard from where Franks office is! REALLY ! HE COULDNT GET OFF HIS CHAIR AND WALK OUTSIDE TO SEE IF OUR CAR WAS THERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! And of course everyone passes the blame! Now my car is sitting there because they let the battery die out because it stood there 12 days! And apparently no one knew! Unexceptional!
These people were truly a saving grace for my husband and I. We had just made a 6 hour drive to come visit some family and our engine started over heating. Luckily for us it was just the water pump. And even though they were fully booked for the day, they still got us in and we’re able to fix up French fry (the car) so that we could be on our way home the next morning. So thank you to Ms.Chyna, Matt, and the mechanic that did a great job. You guys really saved us some Uber money. Lol

I worked there for almost 30 minutes and I had no salesman whatsoever get near me. I had quite a few questions about sales and the trucks that I was interested in, and again nobody no salesman approached me today. Im pretty sure I was there for over 45 minutes and nobody got near me, but I was able to sit down and at least 10 vehicles five of them which I was interested in and again no sales person got near me
Great trustworthy mechanics @ Bert Ogden are why I get service there. The last service in question I made an appointment, I was late and the service department graciously allowed me to complete anyway. BUT SOMEBODY DID NOT HAVE MY OIL FILTER THERE ON THAT APPOINTMENT! How can you not make sure to have the necessary parts on the day of appointment especially if made well in advance. I WAITED THREE HOURS FOR AN OIL & FILTER CHANGE! I may well look for a “Jiffylube” type to do my oil changes in the future or simply do it myself making less of a chance being in the dealership for future purchases. Your choice.

I took my truck three weeks ago, I sit a loaner car 2 weeks later. I dont have my truck still. I contacted GM and they opened up a case. Today they called me because the dealer told them they already gave me back the vehicle which is false. This is the second bert ogden I take it to and both have been a nightmare..... thank you for the automatic response that no one cares about. Ive been calling and no one seems to help. They are tired of me calling for three weeks. They didnt care for two weeks u didnt have a vehicle and that I need it to go to dialysis at 5 in the morning 3 days a week. They dont care I dont have my truck for 3 weeks and they dont care I havent missed a single payment but Im not driving it. I dont get updated just the run around. I will be contacting a lawyer about the lemon law.

There are very nice and professional on how to treat a customer. The sales man Jhonatan was very nice and explain every option on the new truck, I recommend him his one off the best sales man we had in a long time.
