Nice staff, quick but please PLEASE.. only use them for oil changes,brakes, and tires. If the check engine light turns on take it to a mechanic or the dealership. I shouldve known better but oh well I learned, other then that they are pretty good

BAD experience my son is 10moth old seen by Dr SAMINA @10 am and its 2pm now & my babys medication has NOT being send to his pharmacy very BAD patient care .WILL CHANGE PRIMERY DRMy babys health care is priority to me and if he sees his Dr. He should NOT be waiting that long for him to start his medication..VERY UPSET PARENT 😡

This Employee went above and beyond than he was supposed to do in Mission, TX. I purchased 4 tires with same company but in different city a couple of years ago. That employee in that other city, entered a different name, make and model, not my own vehicle, in the invoice for said tires purchased. So, this employee search and search and came across my purchased tires and I was able to replace my damaged tire. So, this employee deserves a pat on the back for solving the mystery invoice and he saved me hundreds. Excellent job Santiago Cazares in Pueblo Tires.

Was very disappointed. I went in for a wheel alignment and it turns out I had to pay almost $700 for other thingsSo they wont align my wheels.. I respectfully Decline and they still charged me $35.. They never told me in the beginning that there was a service charge.

Stopped by to buy 4 new tires for a trailer. Everything worked out ok.

Friendly personnel that gets the Job done faster and gets you going so that you dont have to wait a long time to get your vehicle unlike other places that you may need to wait an Hr or so before the job is done.

I once had a 5 🌟 review on here, but not anymore! Our last oil change we waited WELL over an hour for the car to be ready. When it was ready I waited over 15 minutes for someone to ring me up. A couple weeks later we realized we had an oil leak when the car started to smell and smoke. Took it to a mechanic because we didnt think it could possibly have anything to do with Pueblo. WRONG!! The mechanic said the filter wasnt put in correctly. So we had to go buy oil and pay the mechanic for cleaning everything. Then today I was changing my brakes and noticed that my tires seemed low. Well they were, which tells me they didnt check them when I got my oil changed. I started going to Pueblo because its conveniently close and with the discount on Wednesday its easier on the wallet. However, as it stands I will not be returning. Shame too because Im due for 4 tires but Ill be going elsewhere.

I went to this establishment approximately three weeks ago spent over $900 there for tires and an alignment and it was done on time. today I need oil change and one of my headlight was out I went and purchased headlights at AutoZone and ask them could they change the oil and replace the headlights after a long wait of him trying to calculate he tells me it’ll be $137 I asked him why is it so much he says it’s gonna take an hour to replace the headlight. my truck is an 05 Ford F150 I’ve change the headlights before however I am not at home I am currently traveling for business it’s a simple as loosening a screw taking the old bulb out and putting the new bulb in I am extremely disappointed and will never go back there again even for tire service

They sucked they missed a major item with my front end and it cost me 350 on top of the 500 they charge me to fix my van

These fellas have always been helpful, just to air up my vehicle tires free of charged. They saved my Christmas holiday travels. Able to be approved for in store credit. 4 Tires, mounted, balanced, front end aligned plus I noted my rear brakes were near to sensor and spongy when braking. They added the rear brakes, turned rotors at the last minute before closing. I was grateful and the cost was beyond reasonable,

Ive been going to Pueblo for years for buying tires. They take good care of maintaining my tires and make me feel safe on the road.

Some weeks ago I spent 3k there on brakes and tires the guy at the front desk was very courteous and professional so I went back this weekend on the Mission location and there was another guy named Sergio who was rude and lazy about mounting some tires on my dads truck. I had some semi new tires to mount and he said they couldn’t mount used tires that it was company policy . I came to the one in McAllen and they didn’t say much but give me and hour and a half and will get it done.

Bad service, have had tires for only 3 months and they are already warped. Had to spend $500 else where cuz they would not trade my tires but when I left l had warranty. They are just a joke. Rude and slow service. Glad for the people that did get attended well but my personal opinion I will never recommend them to anyone. You have people answering questions and complains that are literally not mechanics. Once you show them that you know what you are talking about they start stuttering. This is Pueblo tires and Mission. .

Im sad today with a nail in my tire but Happy its covered at no charge and now repaired. The only issue is documenting I had a repair and service for a flat tire. In todays world, if its not recorded it Never happened!! I requested a service record and received a blank sheet. So how does the business record this service? Hmm.

Great service, great prices

I thought they were a decent until my most recent experience. They sold me tires that 6 months later they no longer carried in stock. My wife had a blowout just months after purchasing all 4 tires with the additional B.S. hazzard warranty. I had to pay the difference to replace that blown tire with a different tire. Another 7 months and now another blowout, and this time I had to pay $155.00 for another tire! Ridiculous!!! Sounds like highway robbery to me...

Im so glad I came here. Cheaper than another more local business where I was lied to about the service needed on my vehicle. The employees here were honest and hardworking. I highly recommend this place. Prices are reasonable (from what I can tell) and they dont try to rip you off. Coming from someone who knows very little about car maintenance, Im fortunate I was told the truth. Give it a chance if youre considering getting work done on your car.

I visited Pueblo Tires to get a vehicles tires and brakes checked out. It took them less than 15min from my handing them the keys to tell me everything was is in very good shape and there was no charge! You know an auto business is trustworthy when they tell you that your vehicle is in good shape instead of trying to sell some unnecessary services.

Worst experience ever. Will never return.Very inexperienced mechanic. They sang a pretty song but couldnt deliver.Too much to say here but trust me. Dont go. And if you hear good reviews about another mechanic.... Go there. Very negligent. Lack of communication. And just not the place to go when you need a variety of things on your car done.

I bought 2 tires and alignment. The first time the technician didn’t even do my alignment right I told the I need the my camber and caster adjusted he didn’t do that or fix the toe. I paid for all that. Then I took my car back for a recheck they kept it all day and they just moved the toe and left the camber and caster the same. Their service sucks

I was very impressed with the service at this store, after a tire purchase a few years ago, that I have since only purchased tires exclusively here. The staff is always polite, honest and attentive to your issues. I strongly recommend this store to anyone looking for tires or maintenance.

Great prices and quality on tires and an excellent costumer service

Went in to get new tires for my 1999 Ford F-150, they set me up the Falken ATW3 . The tire runs great and the salesperson was completely right the tire runs smooth and quiet on the highway. They provided great customer service and I was in and out in about an hour. I would definitely recommend!!!

On a Saturday morning they only have one technician on opening up the store sat for 4 hours the previous week and I got turned away they couldnt get to me who ever the manager is at this store is needs to be fired he has no idea how to run a business

Worst customer experience. I asked for a particular color of wheel and was told it was to expensive for me. They assumed after knowing me for about 30 seconds. Still couldnt tell me what wheels would fit my vehicle.
