Went this morning to get my car tires checked. I needed 2 new tires. Which I purchased. The sales man Javier H. was nice n courteous and helpful. He inspected the tires which I needed. Really happy with this store Discount Tires. In Mission Tx. I really recommend this place for anyone buying tires. 👍

The gentlemen at this location are eager to help and dedicated to their job. I had bought 4 new tires at the other location in Mcallen, Tx. I had a dent on a rim and did not let me know upon installation of new tires. I had a jumpy ride and took my truck back and resolved nothing. I drove it several days decided to take it to this location ( Mission, Tx ) and they discovered I had 3 defective tires out of the 4 !! They ordered 3 new ones to replace the faulty ones. The tech they use clearly must have notified the Mcallen Shop of defective tires and though still installed them. This Mission shop saw it and acted on it replacing them by next day no cost. Awesome Location !

Customer service is exceptional, Rosendo was attentive and the crew in the garage should get a raise or at least a bonus. I was told 45 minutes and I was out in less than 30 minutes those guys were moving like a Nascar crew. Finally, i wish there were types of discounts for anyone that buys a set of 4 tires, also very professional and this is why I always return to discount tire. Day of service 06/30/20 at 1:00p.m.

My mom went to get new tires. Took advantage her age and charged her EXPENSES and SERVICES that where not NECESSARY. called them and said the computer made a mistake and still didn’t made a refund. Save yourself a headache and money DONT BUY.

Went on a Saturday to switch my tires to get even tire wear, but they did a mistake and install them the same as it was, so went back and got it fixed up with no problem they acknowledged their problem and gave my money back and even got a brand new tire free. Left very satisfied and happy.

I came in with a flat tire on black Friday. Even though they were extremely busy, they took me in. Fixed my flat at no charge.This is why Ive bought 3 sets of tires from them, always reasonably priced and very helpful.

Service is great! Exchange the tire at no cost after a couple of weeks due to Honda sensors being faulty and turning on the TPMS. So happy that they were able to exchange!

-Atmosphere: it was clean and the people were polite.-Timing of Service: I went in for 2 new tires. I had an appointment and I took about 2 hrs. I was a bit surprised that it took so long, but there were a lot of customers on a Friday. I did receive a text when it was done, so that was nice.-Quality of Service: I would recommend going here because they have great prices, friendly staff and if you have any problems they will make sure to fix where they messed up etc.-Something that I was a little surprised was not mentioned to me is their online rebates. I am always looking for a good deal so I looked on their website and they have various rebates. I was able to get $40 in a MasterCard via mail. I already received it. It was prompt. It is under the “promotions” tab in their website.Overall: I highly recommended this place, just always make sure they do everything that you asked for and double check.

Bought Chrome Fuel wheels for my daughters pickup truck at the Edinburg store. Two weeks later the wheels are destroyed by pitting of the chrome. They said its the area environment. Thats a crock of bull. Everyone at the store is very nice and atentive but that didnt fix the problem with the wheels. Never again if you sell a product you should stand 100% behind it or get out of business. Wheels arent cheap.

Ive been a customer of Discount Tire for many years and have always been treated well. Today I came in because of a screw on my tire and Joe took care of it free of charge. The current truck I am driving does not have tires that I purchased here ( they were already on the 2015 truck I purchased). Joe was friendly and courteous. My wife purchased some tires from another store (rhymes with Firesteam) and just wasnt the same experience. Discount Tire just has that friendly small town hospitality. I am a customer for life. I highly recommend this place. Dont even bother looking anywhere else their prices are the best and their service is the best. Today I called about five other tire places and some are rip-offs and some are just lying to you saying that they have the tire and when you show up they dont have it. Like I said dont waste your time with other places these guys are obviously way better

René Villegas, sales person was disrespectful. We asked he adress us in Spanish which he did not, just because I understood English. My husband asked that they be careful with his rims, only because when they changed the tires on my car last July, they had been scratched when the new tires we put on. Rene told the guy who would do the change, in a sarcastic way and in English, making a face, to do NoT touch the rims.René did not notice I saw him. We had been polite with him. The other sales man that was there cut in to let us know about some rebates when Rene was showing us some tires available for purchase. It was noticeable that he was there just to sell and not help out the client. He acted like he could not speak Spanish, when I have heard him talk Spanish before. Regardless of me answering and talking to him in Spanish, he insisted by replying in English. My husband did not give in to buying the rim-tire package because he didnt fully understand what he was being told. And then after that is when Rene decided to sarcastically say to not touch his rims. I let him know that it was disrespectful and that he needed to choose his words better. Instead of saying do not touch, he should have said be careful.It was the worst experience we had at discount tire. He didnt even offer us any water. The other salesman was more of making our experience have a positive turnaround....but as for Rene Villegas, he only cares for his sales and not for the customers best interest. Had to wait one day but got the tires I was looking for. Good fast tire service. Had tires installed 30-40 minutes air sensors reset and good to go.

The store manager and team here have a great work ethic and customer service. They went the extra mile for my car, and I’m happy to be one of their customers! Would recommend to others in my Mission community!

Waited about 10 mintues for someone to help me with a free air check so I can see when I needed new tread. I saw a gentleman on phone walking around and not really being helpful.
