We have had our Mercedes C 240 serviced with Nick for many years. He goes above and beyond for his customers. His pricing and transparency are a breath of fresh air compared to the Mercedes dealership. I would highly recommend Nick because of his customer service, pricing, and great competency.

Ok I know I know I know giving five stars ⭐️ Is a bit ambitious for a first visit but my first experience was a 5 star experience this guy seems very cool, down to earth and easy to talk to,,, felt really comfortable as if I knew him for years. I went in first a service A and guess what!!!! That’s what I left out with !! Lol 😂 no upselling ok I got two recommendations but definitely didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell anything which made this a very awesome experience especially being a women . I went to fletcher Jones and they tried to rip me off then I went to Mercedes Benz of laguna they too were crooks I had to get Mercedes Corp involved so I had my reservations because of my past experience with what I thought would be a well established and reputable Corp. I can say so far this has been an awesome experience and look forward to referring him and continuing getting my car serviced here … stay tuned … let’s hope this experience is not short lived 😉
