Used them for over 15 years and been very satisfied. SAdly, I think they closed shop sometime early Spring 2021. Sad to see them go.

Never met people so generous with their time as the people working here. I originally went in to ask what they thought could be wrong with my Beetle based on a certain code and symptoms. I did not have my car with me at the time but Richard spoke to me about 30 minutes about my car and offered me to bring my car in and do a computer reading on it free of charge. Past forward three weeks it turned out that my Beetle had transmission problems so I was looking at other Beetles as I love those cars. I was feeling very confused as a shady small dealer tried to sell me a $8000 dollar Beetle with several issues that was revealed at a dealership diagnostic and that he brushed off as normal for a car that age. I had already put a $500 deposit but I had a very bad feeling about it. The only people I felt could perhaps guide me was the guys at this place so I drove down there in despair. Tim the manager had already closed the business but saw me outside and came out and took over 20 minutes to talk me through the issues and made me realize that I should avoid this shady dealer. I have yet to do any service with these guys but I definitely will in the future. I am however beyond grateful for how much time they have given me and helped me without asking for anything in return! There should be more businesses like them!

When I went to Autobahn West today, Ray greeted me with professionalism and courtesy. He immediately looked at the problem I was experiencing with my automobile and within 10 minutes it was fixed. Daniel, the technician, advised me to replace the part he fixed, due to the age of my car. I will never go anywhere else to have my car worked on. I have never been this happy with any other repair shop. I wish I had known about this place many years ago when I first bought my car.They are honest and fair... imagine that. Thank you Autobahn West. I highly recommend this professional establishment!

John and Brandon are really great guys. I wrench on my own cars but when I need to take my Porsche in, I only trust them. They do honest and reasonably-priced work. In talking to them about technical details, I can tell that they know what theyre doing. Oh, I used to take my BMW E30 to them too. Great guys. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give Brandon 100 stars! Ive owned/driven BMWs since I was 16 and have been bringing my cars to Brandon for at least a decade and I have never trusted anyone more than I do him. Hes an expert with German made cars and Ive never once had a negative experience. Hes very kind, thoughtful, thorough and genuine, but most importantly, hes honest. If your vehicle has an issue that is concerning, hell explain it to you and if your vehicle is doing well, hell send you on your way. We all know the stereotypes given to car dealerships and mechanic shops, but you dont have to worry about any of that when you put your vehicle in Brandons hands, hell make sure that you and your family are taken care of and safe on the road. Last month I came here for brake repair, and they ended up taking care of all of the concerns with my car. They made sure my car was examined and ready at the time it was promised. The guys here are top of the line, from the service to cleanliness of the shop, very nice waiting area as well. Honest, fast, and great prices as well! If you need a car mechanic, go see these guys.

After going to Autobahn to get my vehicle repaired I will never go back to a auto dealer and get charged an arm and leg for repairs. All of the mechanics are very knowledgeable on German cars and know what they are doing. Most of all they are very honest and do a very good job. Brandon knows his stuff and has been a great help during my visits to hes auto shop. If you have a German car that needs repairs or just an oil change I highly recommend coming here!

Brandon and team are fantastic. They are helpful and honest in their approach to business and servicing cars. For the past 5 years Autobahn West has services my cars with attention to detail and fairly conservative when it comes to itemizing issues in terms of cost and priority. Even though I live over one hour away I will still make the drive to have them do the work. Great guys all around!

I live in San Diego and when my M3 needs some good attention this is my first choice in auto repair. You know Brandon and his team are the best for me to get my car 75 miles away for repair. I came upon Autobahn West several years ago when my car suddenly needed attention while traveling in Orange County. Their shop did a great job them and many times since. Its always been worth my extra time and effort knowing my car will get repaired right. TB.

Brandon is the man. Always honest and will work with you on coming to a good deal. Quality of work is probably better than going to your local dealership. He knows his stuff and will not try to sell you on anything your car does not need! Try him out.

Five stars all the way. I bought a used Mercedes E350, and wanted it checked out. Brandon got me in the next day, and was very thorough.He ran diagnostics, did a visual check, and a even test drove it.It came back clean. In the future of I need service, Ill be calling these guys.

I ha to bring my Mercedes in for the replacement of the 2 rear shocks. I had already been quoted a price which was reasonable and I knew the work would be excellent. During the day of the repair I received a call from Brandon at Autobahn to let me that since the repair was going so smoothly the price was actually going to be LOWER that quoted. I saved money and as expected received my car back with no issues. Now that is not only great service its also a sign of a fair and very ethical business. Bravo as this is too few and far between nowadays.

I was visiting the OC when my E90 broke down, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. After a tow truck and a (semi-frantic) phone call, Brandon made the time to spend several hours on a Saturday afternoon to replace my starter and got me back home in the same afternoon. Ive never experienced such exceptional customer service, and for excellent, very fair prices. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a mechanic willing to go the extra mile - he made an stressful experience much easier to handle, and my car is running beautifully.

Autobahn fixed my husbands car and now the car run great. The vehicle had check engine light on, and we had to replace the breaks. The price was fair, and Brandon was very friendly and helpful.

These guys really know their cars and are about as straight forward as you can get. Brandon is one of the friendliest people to deal with I have ever known when it comes to auto repairs or anything auto related really. He is straight forward, tells it how it is and explains everything and anything you want to know. He never stutters or has those pauses of Damn, he caught me. when talking about pricing and will gladly tell you to have someone else take a look at it if you dont want to just take their word for it. They care about their customers and he remembers who I am every time I call.We have a 2004 325i BMW and he stayed on the phone with me for close to a half an hour one day talking to me and explaining how almost everything is made of plastic when it comes to BMWs and thats why replacements need to be made, etc... So nice. He has offered to take me back to work personally even though they dont have any sort of shuttle service that they offer.I have talked with one of the other mechanics there too and he is a really nice guy as well that is a little bit more reserved but knows his German cars.Anyways, the guys rating of 0/3 because they forgot to tighten the cap is a little ridiculous. Autobahn is professional, courteous, honest and straight forward. No B.S. and no run around. Awesome guys I have used for the past 3 years and who I got referred to by a co-worker who used them for 4.Send me an email if you want to know anything about them. And no, I dont work for or have anything to do with them other than being a very satisfied customer.

Has gotten too expensive and they cant keep the same Manager, found a place that discounts and has certified techs in Fountain Valley.
