My brand new 2021 XC90 had a few scratches on the hood, called them, Lena picked up and told me to bring the car in. Came in 20 minutes later and they were all ready for me. Kip took a look and helped me polish it in 10 minutes at no charge.These guys have their stuff together, very professional, and fast. For contrast, I called another body shop recommended to me by the dealership just before calling them and was told an absolute load of nonsense. Very glad I gave these guys a call and will certainly be looking for Kip for future auto and paint repair needs!

My 2003 Cadillac CTS was hit in the parking lot at my work. It had scrapes and was dented in the left rear quarter panel and part of the rear bumper. I took it to another collision company and I inquired about the bumper since it had paint chipping off on the right side. I assumed since they would have to fix the left side they would have to repaint the whole bumper. They guy I spoke to told me that I would have to pay out of pocket for them repairing the right side. I left and went to Mission Viejo Auto Collision where I spoke to Kip. He explained the options and we went with replace and paint for the bumper. This was cheaper than repairing so better for the insurance company and no money out of my pocket. I recently purchased the vehicle and the right mirror was broken. I asked about the cost to repair and it was a lot. I bought the mirror online and brought it to them. They not only did an amazing job on repairing the quarter panel, the bumper was good as new and since they had the paint they painted the mirror AND installed it for me at no extra cost. I dont normally leave reviews, however I cannot remember the last time I went to get anything done where I was treated so well. I talk about them often and recommend them to anyone that needs paint or body work on their vehicle. Ask for Kip, he will make sure you are taken care of. Thanks Kip! Having to take your car in for collision repair always sucks. Mission Viejo Auto Collision makes the process as painless as possible and they do excellent work. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

I took my 2015 BMW 428i GC to this place because they had good reviews online. My car had been rear-ended and had a small damage to the rear bumper and rear-right fender.Im a super picky with details, and my car to me is like a member of my family, so I was worried I would get disappointed.My experience was really good. They sent me pictures of my car on the different repair stages, and finished in the time they had estimated. which is remarkable because it was raining in those days and the car needed to be painted. I know the effect of humidity in the painting process and I asked: they explained their paint chamber has a controlled environment.When I picked up the car, in thoroughly inspected it and was really surprised with the quality of the work. You cannot tell it had been in an (small) accident.They also provide a Guarantee for the life of the vehicle, that remains active even if you sell it.In my particular case, it was all paid by insurance, but I wanted to share: the initial estimate they had provided increased significantly (triple) after they started working on it. If you are paying with your own bucks, you might want to keep it in mind, although Im sure every shop does the same.

I brought my Mercedes E 350 in for service after a minor collision. The repair shop was one of several I chose from our State Farm Agent. First off, it took over 3 weeks to repair. My free car rental had expired by the time the car was ready. There were some minor spots on the area that needed to be touched up when I picked it up and they said to bring it back.As I left the lot, I drove about 1/8 mile onto Alicia when I ran out of gas. I called them and they brought a gas can and filled it and followed me to the nearest gas station. I was surprised that I was so low on gas and checked the mileage when I brought it in. There were 18 more miles on my speedometer from when I brought my car in. Why would they have to drive it when they were doing body work?!I also noticed my car was running really rough and my back speakers were blown out. I brought it back a few days later asking them to fix the spots and my back speakers. They had it another day and when I picked it up, the back speakers were still not working properly. My guess is someone took it out for a joyride blasting the radio and revving the engine. I called my service guy and told him the speakers were still broken and he said to bring it in again. I declined to go back after such poor service, someone driving my car without authorization and running it out of gas.I got a flat tire a few months later and found they took out my spare tire with a chrome rim and never put it back!! I had to tow my car to get a new tire put on. Horrible service from a company that has been in business so long and affiliated with the name of the city of Mission Viejo! Check your mileage, gas gage and spare tire when picking up your car from this shop!

I came in with my 2018 Nissan Kicks. It had a dent on the front quarter panel. Gentlement Kip surveyed the damage, took the key and asked me to wait. In about forty minutes, it was repaired like brand new. It would certainly cheer up my daughter whose birthday is up coming in a few days. They insisted not to accept a payment. Definitely nice and decent people.

It’s never a great day when you have to visit an auto collision shop but if you do have go this is the place. Sadly I’ve had a few dings over the last few years and today I found myself back at their shop. From Lena’s friendly greeting to Kip’s helpful advice and the behind scenes magic performed by Arturo and Angel they are amazing. They will always be my go to shop for life’s little accidents. I was rear-ended and took my Hummer H3 to my mechanic right afterward to ask him what I should do. He told me that I should take it to MV Auto Collision since they do great work. It turns out they were who the insurance company authorized to take care of it.I was very well treated by Kip who explained everything and really helped me out with his professionalism and know-how, as well as just being nice at a difficult time. A real gentleman with apparently endless patience.I also dealt with Lena at the front desk who is surprisingly knowledgeable about every aspect of the process, and she told me pretty much what to expect with a great fund of good will. She also called me with updates. She is very nice as well and helped make the whole incident less traumatic.Both Kip and Lena are always in good humor and they both had me feeling like a long-time valued customer, and therefore took a lot of stress out of the process. Everyone there seemed very kind, which I appreciated.I would recommend them to anyone and I will only use Mission Viejo Auto Collision.

I have used them on three different occasions to help with body repair from accidents there we were involved in. All done through insurance and they are very familiar with the process of going through insurance and all the steps that need to be done first in order to get the car into the shop for a full evaluation.Their front office staff is both knowledgeable as well as very friendly. They observed all Covid protocols. They also communicated with me completely throughout the process and delivered our vehicle on the day it was promised - completely washed with a rear bumper that looked brand new.As long as I live locally, they will always be my go to body shop if one is ever needed again. Once you found a business you thoroughly trust and can relate with it is a no brainer to continue to work with them!

I recently had a new rear bumper replaced on my 2012 M3 at Mission Viejo Auto Collision. The bumper was painted and replaced in less than 2 days which I thought was remarkable but, the work was even more impressive. The car looked brand new and no one could ever tell there was a new rear bumper placed on it. All the service representatives were very helpful and friendly. You can tell they take great pride in their service there and making it right for their customers. I was very pleasantly surprised at the care and service I received at MVAC. Customer service was remarkable. As soon as I walked through the door, staff (Lena), came across as genuinely interested in how MVAC could meet my repair needs. The first was rather extensive damage and required hours getting issues resolved with my insurance company. Kip handled it professionally and without whining, keeping me updated every step of the way.The second was replacing a windshield that was shattered. Kip could have given me a number and moved on. Instead he contacted United Auto Glass and met me there. Despite being told by several glass companies it was dealer only, Kip through United Auto Glass found the proper part. What made it even sweeter the dealer quoted a price, depending upon VIN, between $600 to $800 plus labor. I left with a bill of $298 out the door.Accidents do unfortunately happen. When Im impacted Im heading back to Mission Viejo Auto Collision. Thank you! I was so pleased I brought the guys cinnamon rolls.

AMAZING shop with amazing people, I scraped up my front bumper on my garage wall, every place was quoting me from 675-975. This place took my car in the back, cleaned if up, buffed it all out the whole 9 yards for free and it came back looking 95% perfect. They saved me a ton of money, if you need work done dont look anywhere else!

My bumper was badly scratched and they buffed it for free and got most of the scratches out! They were really nice and it was a great experience!

Needed a brand new bumper on my 2005 Mercedes SL 500 from a metal sheet hitting it on the freeway. From the minute I called them for a quote until the time I picked up my car from being repaired was complete smooth sailing. They are awesome. Every employee was beyond friendly, helpful, and accommodating. When I went back to pick up my car I was impressed with how quickly they got the job done (4 days with ordering the new bumper). Let me tell you this place is so wonderful that you almost want to have collision work to do. They are fast, efficient, pleasant and affordable. Going there turned a dreaded experience into an easy and totally acceptable one. Everyone there is on it. They started my car within hours of dropping it off, had a van to take me home immediately and kept me posted each day on the progress. All the people there seem to care about the customer and how they do their job!

My trunk on my silver metallic 2002 BMW 330Ci was starting to have issues where the clear coat was failing after 15 years. They were able to match the paint extremely closely to the point that you cannot tell the trunk has been repainted. Im very impressed with there performance and great customer service.

Was able to schedule an appt same day and get in - huge for me! The staff was friendly, the waiting area was unbelievable - computer, TV, comfortable sofas, many beverages including alcohol. It took a little longer than I had expected for a stage 1, an hour and a half, but it didnt really bother me since I was hanging out in that fabulous waiting room. The price was pretty reasonable, especially for the city. The outcome was great! And just 20 min from PAC heights. Would definitely go back here.

I can see why these guys have such great reviews. I had a small job that I needed some help with. I spoke with James, he quoted me a very fair price over the phone, they were able to fit me in the same day (even though they were clearly very busy when I got there), and then they ended up giving me an even lower price when it came time to pay. The work they did was excellent and they communicated well every step of the way. Even though it was a small job, they gave me excellent customer service. Plus there was just a positive vibe in the office - it seemed like their team was really experienced and engaged in what theyre doing. Hopefully I wont need their services, but if I do, Ill be back!

My experience was phenominal everybody including the receptionists and James who helped me were professional, super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond with the body work. There was no paint discoloration or anything and with the detailing of both the interior and exterior of my car, I picked it up looking like it was a brand new car. I went in to get an estimate on my car, which had suffered an attack from a key. It cost a reasonable price for what it was, but I declined the service, due to funds. Decided to use this shop based on their good reviews. My vehicle was in a head on collision with a motorcyclist that hit it. The vehicle is a 2006 BMW M6. As soon as I got into the vehicle during pick up The parking control system was showing a malfunction. It was later discovered that the technician, upon reinstalling the bumper, damaged the wiring loom for the front left ultrasonic sensor. On top of that issue, the oil cooler had a leak and I notified the Service manager that it was not due to the coolers o ring, it was cracked from the accident. The shop went ahead and replace the O-ring and a few days later the vehicle is leaking profusely worse than before. Not only did the shop take an extra week to complete the vehicle I now have to deal with these other issues . I am taking it to a BMW specialist to deal with these issues. Five stars guys!

SHADY BUISNESS... I took my car to MVAC on Jan 4th to refinish the hood, it stayed there the whole week and they finished it on the 10th. When I picked up my car, it was raining and I met with Frank, the owner, who was hovering around me which gave me a bad vibe. The next day when I looked at the car in daylight it has a long vertical scratch engraved into the windshield and a dent on the chrome trim on the center console in the car (my car is a new Dodge Challenger w/ 12,000 miles in pristine condition). This place says they do quality work and that everything is guaranteed but they’ll damage other things and pretend they didn’t do it when they know they did! (explains the weird hovering from Frank when I picked up the car). Frank told me he is not fixing anything and to “go sue me” and if he sees my car there he’s going to have it towed... I went there once and did nothing to warrant his hostile attitude towards me. So basically they fix one thing and break another. ***BAD BUSINESS ETHICS, DISRESPECTFUL, AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!*** Your money is better spent elsewhere.
