I stopped in a while back. Jordan was working and was very helpful. I bought my phone the day before in Maple Grove from a female salesperson who was less than helpful! It was so nice to have a salesperson answer all your questions and be pleasant!! And not in a hurry to get you out the door.Thank you Jordan!!

Came in a few nights ago to activate a new Pixel 4a, but ended up having some issues due to being a Sprint customer transferring over to T-Mobile. Evan was super kind and knowledgeable, and explained the situation in a way that was easy to understand. He helped get as much of the phone set up as possible, but the SIM card was having difficulties due to the Sprint/T-Mobile merge. In the end I ended up needing to go to a different location that had the ability to access the old Sprint network, but Evan spent time trying to help figure it out and was only limited by the stores computer system in the end. He figured out what the issue was and provided a solution (and I did end up getting the phone activated!)The customer service was amazing and Im super grateful for Evans time and help!!

Stopped there tonight after trying to stop at the ridgedale location which had their doors locked at 7:15. The store at 101 & hwy 7 in Minnetonka was great! They apologized for the other store having their doors locked too early and were very nice and helpful. I will be stopping at this store from now on. Thank you for the great service!

I went there yesterday, I had a good experience. Blake was super helpful and we had a good conversation! I felt comfortable with him as well as Abdul! No one is perfect so thats why I cant rate a 5. I didnt have any complaints until the very end and they didnt know why I couldnt download any apps but Blake finally figured it out! Thanks Blake for being awesome.

Loved our experience with a rep by the name of Michael! Hes VERY friendly and easy going. He helped us, even though he knew he wasnt getting the commission. Really awesome attitude and amazing team player! 👍👍👍👍👍 I REALLY wish theres a way for these reps to get split commissions when theyre helping each other, especially in our case! We were there for 5 hours (to port 5 lines)! But majority of our time spent there was with Mike. Alex was the rep we initiated our sale with, but Mike still wanted to help out vs to keeping us waiting for Alex to finish up with his transaction with another family.

Long wait times and overall terrible customer service. Ive been a customer for almost a decade now, and every time I come to this location its been horrible. I called the store at 1PM to verify that they had stock of my phone and they told me theyd have them at 4PM, great! I had them hold one for me and when I got there my phone still hadnt arrived. So I went back home for another hour until they called me. When I got there the second time, they denied me of a trade in because the casing on my phone had a tiny crack and didnt even try to accommodate me with another solution/offer.I later went to the T-Mobile store at Ridgedale and they were fine with my old phone gave me the trade-in offer. Having worked phone sales before, the staff here are inexperienced and it shows. The staff seem like they dont want to be there; I saw the rep that helped me lose two phone sales in the span of 2 hours. When I went to the Ridgedale location, the two reps actually greeted me and created a wonderful guest experience. If youre planning on getting a new phone or have questions on your phone, youre better off at a different location.

The T-Mobile Minnetonka location is well run. The staff are helpful. Just best to go when it is a not very busy as they want to make sure they do their best for each customer

Today I had to bite my tongue a few times at the T-Mobile store here in scenic Minnetonka, MN, because I did not want to re-ignite the controversy surrounding myself & the other members of my family that share my plan & the immense amount of scrutiny changing to T-Mobile from Verizon a few months ago caused.Luckily, the dudes at the store seemed to be knowledgable about how to handle my accounts migration; especially in regards to the privacy & security I have in terms of interoperability with my OpenBSD ( secure ) systems.I do wifi broadcast beacon feed management for a privately held locally owned & operated company, so security is a concern. I was pleased at how knowledgable & flexible the T-Mobile employees were at this location, & they did not interfere with the conversations I had with my father, who was with me, & we were able to select a new phone in an expedient manner without the distractions we endured when we were with Verizon.All in all, it was good to find out that the T-Mobile employees at the closest ( Minnetonka ) store are competent & reasonably honest, as they answered all my questions & even migrated most of my data in a quick & expedient manner.

The staff is inexperienced and often dont have answers to questions. On top of that, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Im a pretty easy going person, but in this case, I ended up filing a complaint with corporate.

Ive bought a few phones from this store, but this was the worst experience yet. they didnt have my phones or cases in stock, it took all day to get them.

Brennan got me in and out in no time. Manager Mike cut through the red tape and got the thing done when corporate TMobile failed me. Highly recommend this location.

Every time I come to this store its a 90-minute ordeal. Theres 1 or 2 associates, and theyre always setting up someones phone (which takes 30 minutes these days) or dealing with someones weird problem. Im not waiting in line for 30-60 minutes to make a simple transaction. Have one associate deal with the more involved stuff so other people can get in and out.

Ive had to visit here a couple times and each time the wait is very short. The staff seem knowledgeable and a couple appear to be geeks about new gadgets, so conversations are great.

Really bad customer service, bad communication skills, no technical knowledge about the phones they are selling at all. These stores shouldnt even exist. Makes no sense.

I always have to wait WAY too long to get service here and the staff often tries to give out old info about how to charge cell batteries.

Almost always busy so sometimes have to wait. The service does usually make up for it though

This store is horrible they are always trying to shove products in your face when you walk in and one time I walked in and I thought I was at halal market on lake street they were swearing and acting very unprofessional.
