I had a great experience at CPR this weekend. My cell phone occasionally gets lint or gunk in the charging slot. In the past I have taken it to Verizon and they have cleaned it for me. This time they told me they couldnt do it and suggested CPR. CPR was on it and did it thoroughly and right away, and did not charge me. I truly appreciate their service and would definitely go back to them for other services in the future.

My Surface Pro screen was cracked and I needed to replace it. CPR in Minnetonka performed the challenging task to perfection and it took them less than a week. I was impressed with their service and Ill definitely come to them first for any mobile or tablet repairs.

Took my iPad to Apple and they said they could not repair it- The charger inlet was broken… So they told me I needed a whole new computer for $400- I took my computer to CPR and they replaced the charger inlet for $130- The work was fast quality and inexpensive- well done CPR thank you!

Got my charging port fixed super quickly and worked great. I was having trouble with the audio jack too and they just cleaned it out which fixed that without any additional cost.

I couldnt believe how quickly he diagnosed the problem in one day. I previously brought my I pad air 2 in to a local ipad fixing location actually they were only couple of blocks away from CPR. They kept it for up to six weeks promising me they were closer to getting the problem solved. Im glad i went to CPR

The screen on my laptop cracked ( 15 pound weight thanks to a kiddo). I am glad that I did not have to pay extra for a diagnosis, but was quoted the price of fixing it. It was exactly what I thought it was going to be and was a fair price. The screen was replaced super quick!

This place is great! I had dropped my phone in the lake and rice didnt do the trick. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable and was great at communicating pricing and the details of potential repair. I dropped my phone off and he left it in the dehumidifier overnight and it ended up working, and he refused to take any payment! 10/10 would recommend!

I called the store about my broken Dell laptop screen a couple days ago, and they ordered a replacement screen for me. Once the new screen arrived, they were able to fix it within the day. Jesses service was decent and fast!

Dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Took it here to get fixed and was very happy. The female clerk that helped us was very friendly and told us to make sure that insurance covered them before we had it fixed. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would go there again.

CPR has always been great. This time we brought out baby monitor made by Motorola, and had the same charging port as my phone which they recently fixed... Sure enough they did an awesome job repairing the baby monitor! Works good as new. The key was asking them... And they did it quick and for far less than replacement!

Although we werent able to save the phone, Jesse was super helpful and tried what he could to save a phone that was 99% never going to be saved. Didnt charge me unless it would have been successful. Thats a super cool dude right there!

Phone went in the lake w me in scene is wish I had on video netting a big bass for my 5 year old son. Anyway, took it in, they kept over night, said he couldnt get it to turn on and didnt charge me. Cant be more results-driven and straight forward than that.

They replaced a battery in my IPhone after I was told elsewhere that my phone’s battery couldn’t be replaced because of the slight bend in the IPhone 6splus’s frame. Couldn’t be happier with the extremely fast repair and great customer service. Would definitely recommend

Lobby was empty when I arrived, but you could hear voices in the back room. Stood in lobby for over a minute before someone came out. They replaced my screen protector, which took 20-30 minutes in a back room out of sight of the customer. The employee handed me the phone and returned to the back room. The new screen protector was visibily crooked, which prevented it from fitting properly in the case and overlapped the front camera slightly. As there was no way to get the employees attention (both in back), I had to call them on my phone to follow up. I was told the fit was because of my case (not true). I asked her to fix the issue. 10 minutes later, my phone was ready with a correctly positioned screen protector.At no point during my time in the store was I made to feel welcome. Both employees acted as though I was a nuisance from the time they grudgingly greeted me. I saw similar attitudes displayed towards a customer entering shortly after me.I went to this shop wanting to support a small business, which the sticker on their door encourages. I had to pay a $10 install fee at CPR as opposed to a $6 charge to receive the item via mail directly from the manufacturer, so this experience cost me more of my time and money.

Great service. I had a cracked iPhone 7 that needed repair for a trade in. They took care of the issue quickly and I was able to get the trade done.

I break my phones a lot, and I always bring them to CPR. This time my phone got run over by a car, and within 45 minutes it was as good as new. I love the lifetime warranty on repairs, and the stores don’t even try to push back when you try to claim it! I’ve never had a bad experience.

I stopped for a second opinion after the Apple store said my lightening port was bad and that I would have to replace my phone. The employee took a look, said it was probably just lint, and went in back to clean it up. In 2 minutes he fixed the problem. He could have said I needed to leave it and theyd get to it. He could have charged me $20 or $30 for a service consult, but he didnt. He just fixed it and said youre welcome. Really excellent service and I appreciate their honesty. My charging port was acting up so I called and asked for an estimate for a port replacement which was $15 less than other iPhone repair shops. When I stopped by, Hannah looked at my phone and said upon inspection, I had a fair amount of lint that was causing the problem, which she removed. I want to thank CPR and Hannah for her kindness. I had my hesitations about going to a cell phone repair center after the screen on my iPhone was smashed. I stopped in at get an estimate. It was repairable, and same day even!I stopped into Apple just to get a second opinion. It was an hour just talk to someone, on top of waiting for the repair. Plus Apple was 30% more that CPR would be.I went back to CPR. I was still able to get it back that day. Now the phone is good as new. Very satisfied.

We visited this store last week. Jesse helped us by putting a new battery in an iPhone 6 Plus. After 7 years, it wasnt holding a charge. We left the phone there and returned about 20 minutes later. My husband was elated, to say the least!

Walked in with iPhone 6 whose battery was clearly running on empty. Touch screen was also becoming less responsive. Person who greeted me was very nice, offered to put in fresh battery and diagnosed the screen issue as a problem with the glass protector. He offered a different type of glass protector. Battery and new glass protector were both installed within a half hour. I walked away very happy.I would have given you 5 stars but the new battery, while better than the one I walked in with, still only lasts for about 10 hours. I wish the service person had given me a heads up that replacement batteries are not as robust as the new batteries that come with the phone.

Unbelievably prompt and helpful service at the Ridgedale location. My phone had some pretty bad spider webbing on the screen after being dropped. I heard about CPR on KFAN so I decided to give it a shot. I am glad I did - CPR fixed my phone within one hour and I was on my way. My phone truly looks and feels brand new again!

I have a phone where the screen isnt kept in stock at most places which means it takes a few days to order so the repair can be done. Many CPR stores didnt have it either, but yours did and got it done quickly which definitely made my life easier.

I went to the Apple store first to get the battery replaced on iPhone. Apple store said there was water damage on the phone and they wouldn’t repair it. They would trade it in on a new phone for $300. I came to cell phone repair and they fixed the phone with a new battery for $59. My phone works perfectly. Cell phone repair also stated the water damage strips did not indicate water damage. Apple store liars!

Its now been two weeks I have not gotten my phone screen or a call back from any employees giving me an update I could never really recommend this business to anybody who is not my enemy.I was thereI was there February 7th after 11 a.m. the screen that was to be ordered was for a revvl plus

Ive given this shop several chances but I cant recommend them. My battery replacement took a week longer to get then I was told, and when it came in, I was given the hours to have it replaced but when I went during those hours, the one guy that could do the repair wasnt in, like he said he would be. Wasted trip.Once the replacement was made, my phone became extremely chunky... Nothing worked right. They did no diagnosis at all. The guy who gave it to me said they did based the problem and it was my battery. Clearly not true because if they had checked it, they wouldve seen how bad it is.So I took it back today and was told that no one there knew androids well enuf to even look at it... Literally! He never even touched my phone. I was told that Id have to wait two days before the guy who could look at it was in. Not good enough.Find another place to work on your phone. CPR is very disappointing.
