I came there to have my wifes 15th Anniversary ring repaired. Ryan explained in detail everything we could expect about our repair. Her ring had lost 1 diamond and we had fractures to the gold band. Ryan and his goldsmith decided that the best way to fix my wifes ring was by laser. My wife was astonished how beautiful the ring came out. They resized and replaced the missing diamond. It is over two years ago since I had worked with Ryan at MSP Jewelers on getting a beautiful engagement ring manufactured. It was such a good process and satisfying result that my wife and I went back for our wedding bands. And even so good, that after a long time of procrastination, we are writing this review, because it is well deserved.When I started looking into engagement rings, I looked at 30 different jeweler websites in the area, limited the selection to 10, visited 8 in person spending one hour on average at each place talking with the sales person, getting advice and taking pictures of rings I liked. Ryan and MSP jewelers were the only place that checked all my boxes. In my price range, uniquely made and customizable, working closely together with the jeweler and a comfortable atmosphere, and, of course, satisfying and quality results. I made an appointment and sat down with Ryan to talk about all of my thoughts and ideas, and he gave me insight into his point of view. I showed him tons of pictures of rings and what elements I liked from each of them. We bounced ideas back and forth. Then, they created a 3D model that we further discussed in detail and adjusted. As a graphic designer, i am quite picky and even more happy that I got a customized unique ring not from the shelf. My wife and I are still taking pictures of our rings and come back for a cleaning here and there. She cant think of better rings, so good job and thanks!

My vintage jade necklace (a wedding gift) broke at an event, sending beads rolling in all directions. MSP took the sad handful I was able to save, managed to source exact matching beads, and restrung the necklace. The outcome was a piece actually more beautiful than the original. And all at an extremely fair price. They were a delight to work with throughout. I could not recommend them more.

They replaced the battery in my dudes watch for free, and let him know the process and cost of fixing the wind up mechanism in his pocket watch (sadly, much more than he can afford at this time).My dude had come across a pair of stud earrings that he hoped were diamonds, and the jewelers explained how they could tell that the earrings were unfortunately cubic zirconia (sp?) rather than the real thing.Even though he got only 1/3 answers he wanted to hear, he was 100% satisfied with the customer service he received and recommends this jeweler as top notch, super cool professionals.

Can’t recommend this place enough! My grandma gave me and my fiancé a ring of hers when we got engaged and we decided to use the stone, but wanted a new band/setting. Ryan was so helpful. We met to talk about what my vision was, he then created a couple of different renderings so that I could see what the different options looked like. This place is awesome!! I went in and they resized two of my watches for free. It only took them a day. I went and picked them up the next day and they were the perfect size for my wrists. I also had another watch that I brought with me that was missing the pin for one of the straps and the second hand on it wasnt working and he took it in the back and came back with it and it was working perfectly and he had put a new pin in it and he did it all for free. He also said when I came back the next day he would show me some necklaces and when I came back the next day he had a necklace that fit me perfectly and I bought it right there on the spot! These guys are awesome, friendly, and it was just an overall awesome experience!! I will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends about this place!!!!!

Best customer experience I have ever had. It felt like a family in MSP Jewelers, Ryan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and client oriented. I went over there to get a a couple links out of my watch and ended up talking to him for about 30 minutes. MSP Jewlers is a fantastic company, impeccable people, and quality oriented as well.

Tony and Ryan were great to work with for selecting and creating a new engagement ring. I went from having zero knowledge about diamonds or rings to being able to discuss the 4Cs, etc. They helped me select a diamond, created a placeholder ring so I could engage underwater and then went back for a closed-door session to allow my new fiancé to completely create the ring of her dreams. I would recommend MSP Jewelers to anyone wanting engagement rings, wedding bands or any other jewelery. I will be back for sure.

We absolutely love R&M diamonds. The owners are there everytime and always so personable. Our only regret is that we didnt know about the when my engagement ring was purchased so we were only able to purchase our wedding bands from them. Definitely recommend!

Ryan and Michiah are simply the best! Using their neat customizable software, they were able to design my dream ring from scratch. Never any pressure to settle, they were always patient and willing to make changes/ prototypes along the way to ensure it was nothing short of perfect. They offer expert advice, reasonable prices and high quality stones all in a cozy Uptown setting. They are willing to go the extra mile and make you feel like your business matters. When my anniversary ring was done, they put it in a pretty light up box and even tracked down a wedding photo for the occasion. I was touched and it made the process extra special. My fiancé and I will NEVER shop at another Jewelers again after our experience with Ryan and Tony at MSP Jewelers. After my fiancé purchased my engagement ring through them, we worked with them on creating custom wedding bands. We wanted to incorporate diamonds from my mothers jewelry and his grandmothers jewelry for my band and mold his dad and grandpas wedding bands together to create his.They were up to the challenge, worked with us through multiple renderings of the rings, and the finished product is truly amazing and incredibly special given the source of the bands!
