I had a ring already that I wanted to make a little more unique to really knock her socks off. Sarah was able to help me swap out some of the side stones from diamonds to yellow sapphires. It was a wonderful experience and well definitely be returning for any of our future jewelry needs!

So incredibly pleased with everything! We were on a very tight time crunch due to another jewelry store cancelling our order, and I reached out to several custom jewelry stores to find someone to help me. Commers was by far the best in customer service, the nicest (didnt make us feel like our detailed request was ridiculous), and the fastest! Our rings are one of a kind. I had a custom mens wedding band made by Sara that utilized gold from my fathers and grandfathers rings. I tried to explain exactly what I wanted, but Sara helped me along, she seemed to have a better sense of what I wanted than I did. They were fast, about half the cost of the other custom jeweler that quoted it, and the ring ended up absolutely perfect, better than I had imagined. Sara was so awesome to work with! I had gotten a very expensive and disappointing quote from another jeweler to fix a ring my husband gave to me 30 years ago! A friend of mine had used Commers and loved them, so she gave me a referral. Sara fixed my ring and made it beautiful and sturdy again for way less than the other place. Service was excellent! The turnaround time was only a couple days, which was also awesome! I plan to be a long time customer of Commers and will refer all my family and friends!

I have never had any custom jewelry made before and contacted several different companies in my area that all made me uncomfortable since I had no experience with any kind of big jewelry purchase. I wanted something special for our non-traditional wedding rings. I found Commers Custom Jewelers webpage (“Studio C” at the time) and sent her an email, even knowing that she was across the county, I gave it a shot. She was perfect from the first phone call! We talked mostly over email (since I’m in Texas and she’s up in Minnesota), but it felt like we regularly met for coffee or something. We exchanged sketches and she helped me with advice on what would work for what I wanted and what might cause future problems. She was exactly what I needed. She was patient, friendly, sweet, very artistic, and responsive. I couldn’t believe I got so lucky to find her. Simply incredible customer service and work. Had to get my engagement and wedding ring resized after a broken finger left it much larger. Sarah couldnt have been nicer and when I got it back it was still too small because I had them sodered together so Sarah was nice enough to resize a 2nd time and not charge additional labor.
