We stopped into Filigree on a whim to check out wedding bands and Catherine immediately welcomed us and spent considerable time with us to share their collection. We immediately connected with her, which made it a comfortable and low-pressure experience. We shopped around at a few other stores and then returned to Filigree because our experience was so positive and the prices were reasonable. We didn’t buy an engagement ring because we eloped, but they do have lovely engagement rings as well and we would highly recommend Filigree for wedding rings and other jewelry!

We first discovered Filigree in fall of 2018 when we were searching for our engagement ring. The staff was knowledgeable, personable, and made the entire experience fun and pressure-free. Weve since purchased our engagement ring, a wedding band, and also worked with them on a custom necklace extension. Each experience somehow proving even more enjoyable, pleasant, and fun than the previous. Filigree validated that working with them was one of our best wedding planning decisions we made after a diamond came loose from a setting 2 days (!!) before our wedding. I called them (in a bit of a frenzy), and their staff was able to quickly problem solve and reassured me that all would be fine. Their dont worry, weve got this, go enjoy your wedding preparations attitude was exactly what I needed to hear on the eve of our festivities. As promised, they were able to turn my restored ring around in 24 hours, right in time for our Friday evening reception. We would hands down recommend Filigree to anyone looking for unique, vintage, and/or custom jewelry pieces. Not only is their collection vast and impressive, their service is top-notch!

Went here for my sisters engagement ring. It was refreshing to walk into a jewelry store and not feel out of place as middle class family.The owners were incredibly friendly as well as their cute dog. I knew they were genuine and kind-hearted when they told us to keep a family ring because it would be worth more to us than the money it would bring in.Additionally, the prices were reasonable and to have rings with history behind them adds more value in my mind. Would definitely come back or recommend to others.

Sharon at Filigree Jewelers was really great in trying to help me find a vintage setting. Im looking to reset the diamond from my engagement ring and I am struggling to find the right setting. Sharon really listened to what I was wanting in a new setting. She then presented me with a number of great options. Her follow through was really great and she was very kind. We ended up designing a custom ring with the help of their team, and enjoyed the process. No pressure, just an honest, friendly group of people who loves what they do.

Searched and found the perfect ring online. I was hopeful to get something local so I could look at it, but this ring was almost across the country. I decided to order it anyway since I was running out of time. After my order, I called to follow-up as the ring size shown was not the same as I ordered. They explain how they will size it for me and even though I was nervous that I might not get it on time, they assured Id get it before Christmas. I checked in with them a few times and they were quick to respond and filled me in on the progress and once it was shipped, they sent me the tracking order...and sure enough, I got it today... a few days before Christmas. We had the most incredible experience with Filigree and Catherine. It was my mother in laws 70th birthday and we wanted to make something special since we could not be together. She designed a custom bracelet for us that overdelivered in its beauty and value. Their customer service and patience were impeccable and we cannot thank her enough! My girlfriend and I made plans to go to Filligree a few minutes before 5:30PM (because we had checked their hours and noticed they close at 6PM) on a Thursday. After leaving work at 5 and fighting traffic to get there, we arrived there a few minutes before 5:30PM and were let into the store. Two employees asked how they could help us and we told them what we are looking for, only to be told that they are closing at 5:30. I mentioned that we noticed online that their hours were until 6PM. The gentleman said to the other employee that they thought they changed that. There was no offer to help us, only that they are open on Saturday if we couldnt make it during the week. We left frustrated and decided to check Google maps and their website, which both show 6pm as the closing time. It would have been nice for them to acknowledge that the closing time was not in fact changed to 6pm and offer to help us, but instead we were told that they would be closing. Needless to say, they wont be earning any business or referrals from us. Make sure you call them an ask hours before you go because they may change unbeknownst to you upon arrival.

We had a good initial meeting, but our experience with Filigree since then has been very disappointing. Communication has been incredibly poor.I certainly hope our experience improves with our ongoing engagement ring and wedding band work with them.I’m surprised as we heard such good things about Filigree. At this point in time, I would not recommend working with Filigree.

Filigree is truly a neighborhood gem. Having never been to Filigree before (nor having shopped for a ring elsewhere) my fiancé and I were excited to explore the vintage ring selection, looking for an engagement ring that was both unique and timeliness. The vintage ring selection at Filigree floored me. I could have chosen from tens of dream rings but eventually chose the perfect ring for me. Catherine and Brent are incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. We ended up customizing the stone in our engagement ring, and their expertise in sourcing and crafting the perfect ring was great. I was recommended by a friend to have my engagement ring resized by Filigree Jewelers. Catherine was very helpful during my initial visit. When my ring was delayed, Catherine offered to drop it off at my office (on her day off) so I could have it as soon as possible. No matter your budget or style, it’s easy to find a piece to love and there is never any pressure. I recommend giving yourself plenty of time to browse and visit with staff as they’ve got hundreds of pieces and enjoy sharing their knowledge and provenance of various pieces. I thoroughly enjoy curating my collection and almost exclusively shop at Filigree. However, on the odd piece that I find elsewhere, I always bring other items in to have Catherine, Brent, or Sharon inspect and ensure the quality and price point. I couldn’t trust an entire team more and couldn’t recommend a business any more than I do this one. They’re quite simply the best!**(full disclosure, I’m a VERY particular buyer!)

My fiance was so excited to get me a ring he saw there, he got it months before proposing, when I took it to a jeweler locally to ask how to take care of it, I was shown that most of the prongs were worn away to varying degrees and the ring needed almost 300$ worth of repairs (which was not mentioned in its description), have not been contacted back since we reached out about a week ago.EDIT: they contacted us back, but it got lost in my fiances junk mail, they offered to repair the damaged prongs at no cost, which is very much appreciated

Just wanted to say thank you and amazing customer service even though I wasn’t a customer! My friend was getting married the next day and needed her ring cleaned last minute I googled jewelers near me and found them. Not only did they clean her ring and mine but they put her ring in a little bag for me so I could keep better track of it. While I was waiting I had the chance to look at their beautiful rings everything was vintage or vintage inspired with a great story behind it. I didn’t have time to check out the “regular” non engagement/wedding jewelry downstairs but plan to be back next time I need anything. What a great find and unexpected experience. Hearing the stories of ring makers and the vintage ring boxes was fun too. Thank you again for getting me out of a pinch with the bride!

Brent, Susan, and PeggySue are the real deal. I bought a watch from PeggySue, had it serviced by Brent, and have met and talked over the phone with Susan. Each interaction with the team at Filigree has left me feeling comfortable and confident with buying from them. You can buy jewelry anywhere, but I know first hand that you do NOT get Filigree’s amazing customer service anywhere else.

Can everyone just stop for a second and go visit them! When my husband and I were looking for my engagement (yes we picked it out together) and weddign ring, Filigree had the best options in the cities! I randomly came across them on etsy and was isntantly hooked. I found my engagement ring on their site and made an appoiment to go see it in person. We first met Catherine, she is amazing. So nice, even though we were not 100% because we had a couple of other places to stop, they let us put it on hold! OMG so glad they did because someone tried to call in and buy it several times! When i was looking for my wedding band again they went above and beyond answering all our questions. Iwas having trouble finding one i really liked. Their assistant suggested ( so sorry forgot his name but was also lovely) Brent could do some engraving of a design to make it exactly what i wanted.
