Great service! They came on time and were friendly and polite. It was about $100 cheaper than the other place I called had quoted me so I had my doubts but they did a great job!

Super fast and great price. I got a response on a Sunday and had an appointment for the next day. I was told it would be done in a little under an hour so I set a timer for 45 minutes, but it still had a minute left when they said it was done. Great service.

Not a great experience. Got my name wrong, gave me the wrong time of arrival, took way too long (over 2 hours) Ive had it done in an hour before, thus me having to reschedule my appointments for the day. The only upsides are that the price was reasonable and they got me in pretty quick

Excellent service from this company. Jaimie the receptionist was incredibly friendly and strongly advocated for me while on the phone with the insurance company during a mix up, and John was incredibly conscientious with his work on replacing my windshield. Ideal was amazing! They have a large window of when you need to be available but they got here right when they said they would. Even though it was 90+ degrease I sat outside with Caleb the whole time and chatted. Great guys with great services, plus their fast and very reasonably priced. I will going to them from here on out for my glass needs.

Ive had multiple repairs done by iDeal and have had great experiences each time. Carl and team are extremely helpful and responsive; if any follow-up was needed they helped me get everything resolved. I needed a window-chip repair recently and they got me setup with an appointment later that week, getting me scheduled before the claim even went through insurance. iDeal will always be my first call for auto glass!

After some negative experiences with Safelite auto glass (and finding out that it would take them an extra week to get to my vehicle), I decided to use my State Farm insurance to go with these guys. Glad I did - appointment was scheduled on Friday and the rear windshield was replaced on Monday. Highly recommended.

They just got done changing the glass on my 80s Mercedes - super nice guys, werent in a rush and were thorough, Im super happy with their work! They even tried pulling good glass from one of my parts cars to save me money. I need another windshield changed soon and will call them to do the work.

Just got a windshield replaced by iDeal Auto Glass - it was a fast install (30 min), they came out to my house, and I literally saved about $300 as opposed to going with someone else. I would highly recommend iDeal. Hopefully I never need to replace any other windshields, but at least I know who to call if it ever happens again. A+

I dont think Ive ever written a review online before, but I had such a good experience with iDeal that I felt compelled to say something. iDeal is professionally staffed - reasonably priced - efficient, timely, and flexible. I received an immediate quote on my first phone call for a rock chip on my front windshield. $50 for the repair and they came to me and fixed it while I was at work.iDeal ended up fixing FOUR chips in my windshield (I was going to let 3 of the chips go because they were small), all for the price of one, and finished the job in less than 10 minutes. My windshield looks great.Great value and great service. I highly recommend.

Awesome job in a pinch. I needed one put in after another shop left me without a windshield, lots of rust. iDeal had a guy out the next day, I met him during my lunch break, handed him the money and left before he even started on the car. When I got back, the new windshield was in just in time before the snow started falling. A spot we both thought for sure would have an air leak due to almost no rim to glue it too is completely sealed up, dude worked some kind of magic. iDeal has all my future business.

Carl came highly recommended from other members of my car club. He understood as an enthusiast I wanted an OEM quality job, so he went out of his way to get the OEM glass. He kept in communication while we were waiting for the glass to come in and was able to do it at my location while I was working. He even relayed the hardwire for my radar detector that I had routed along the A pillar and headliner so I wouldnt have to retuck it. Everything looks great.

Ideal auto glass. Awesome guys... had em replace a window that got busted out in a friends last week. First couple I called were ass holes cuz I didnt have the vin... cmon its a surprise for a friend and theres only 1 window for 2 model years. Others way too expensive (safelite wanted $250 more!) Refreshing when I got ahold of the guy at ideal (owner answers). Found the part after hours, called me back, and went and fixed it next day discreet... she didnt even know till she was on her way to work. Thanks for helping a brother out!
