Unprofessional and over priced. Mounted the license plate at wrong place and charged me for it. Quoted me 4 to 5 hrs labour and Charged me 1245$ for installing turnsignal, mirrors and plate. Jst bcoz i am new to usa and doesn’t speak fluent english he thought that i lack technical knowledge. Went to another repair shop to get the plate fixed and to change turn signals bcoz i didn’t like the look the guy qouted me 400$ flat for the same job.

Great experience at PL. Paul completely serviced my 2004 HD Heritage Softail. He was very thorough and went through it front to back. Clearly explained all he did, and even cleaned the brake lines without an extra charge. Great customer service. Treated me well and with respect. Highly recommended.

Paul is the man. Stayed and chatted with him for like 20 mins after he mount and balanced my rear tire.

While on a trip to the U.P. I had my rear tire start to come apart. He had plenty of options for tires stocked in his shop and had us back on the road only a couple hours after calling him. All of this was on a Sunday! Do not underestimate this place.
