Could not have been a smother deal buying my Harley from Southeast Sales in Milwaukee. I live in a small town in Arkansas and I recieved small town friendliness from a Big Town Dealership that treated me like one of the family. I highly recommend dealing with Southeast Sales Powersports. Thank You Hannah you are a great salesperson and a real treat to work with. Also, the shipping work out great and thanks for doing that too. Definately would do this again.
Everyone was very helpful. Unfortunately no large parking lot for a new rider to try a bike out in . The street was way to busy. But hey, I understand it is Milwaukee.
I wish I could add 5 more stars to this review. I purchased a great used bike from Southeast sales. The sales staff worked with me and we worked out a good deal for both of us. I took the bike home and was extremely pleased with the purchase. Heres where the extra stars and my expectations were really exceeded. As I was getting familiar with my bike, I noticed a minor concern with the bike (age related to the bike, nothing mechanical). I reached out to John at Southeast sales and he and his staff took care of me. In a world where customer service is greatly lacking, John and his staff have shown me that their dealership is different and cares for you and your purchase before, during and after the deal done. If you are looking to possibly make a purchase from Southeast sales I encourage you to stop down there and experience what I did for yourself. I came away with a fantastic bike and a new business that I can trust. Thanks again to John and all of the Southeast sales staff.
Great folks to deal with! They had the bike I had been looking all over for.Well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive from my home in Iowa. Very knowledgeable and honest staff. Clearly explained options for Kawasaki extended service plan, which I thought was a good deal.Loaded up my bike for me.In and out in about 30 minutes. Nothing but a great experience. Would do business with them again.
From an online search, I saw that they had the used bike i was looking for. After working with Hannah, I drove to Milwaukee to check it out. She called and texted me to tell me that the bike wasnt initially ready for me, as they were replacing the fork seals and the horn. Unfortunately, my ringer was on silent and I didnt get those messages until I arrived. Graciously, she let me into the warehouse for a look, and I could see it that they wanted it to be absolutely up to par before it was sold. A week later, Hannah called me and said it was ready. I returned, looked it over, and bought it at a fair price. So far so good! Kudos to the entire team at Southeast Sales for making the entire experience great.
I drove 6 hours one way to buy a 97 vulcan 800 from Southeast sales. I trailered it home and had a few problems with the bike once I got it on the road. Southeast sales really helped out and reimbursed me for the cost of the parts and labor to fix the issues. They really bent over backwards to make sure the bike was right and I was satisfied. Outstanding service from Garret, Hannah, and John at Southeast sales. If u have a bike shipped to you from them dont worry. If there are any problems they will make it right. Customer satisfaction and selling quality used motorcycles are their top priorities!!!
Hannah was very helpful, they gave me a great trade-in price for my bike as well! They also led me to 41 north after the sale because construction made it very confusing and I dont leave nearby. Fantastic!
Buying out of state sight unseen is always a gamble but they made it really easy for me. The sales lady Hannah was very knowledgeable on the bike and the finance manager torre was very quick to respond and help close the deal. Ordered my bike around 5/21and took delivery on 06/12. The bike is in great condition and exactly as described over the phone. After about 100 miles of riding I am very happy with the bike and it was exactly as described. The shipping company also did a great job and got the bike to me two days earlier than the estimated delivery date. All around easy and great experience.
From the first SMS to pick up my bike whole process was so clear and easy. All questions were addressed fast. The papers were ready when I arrived I spent 5 minutes signing and g2g.
They were great to deal with!Hannah took great care of my transaci.I had my paperwork done and the bike loaded in less then an hour.
I have bought a motorcycle and scooter here, had them both serviced there, and it was a good experience in both cases. I also sold the scooter back to them when my son had no use for it anymore, and feel like I got a reasonable price without the hassle of a private sale.
I heard about the shop from friends, Ive been to this shop almost three times now. Every time that I go to the shop. Not one person comes up to talk to me. Im always ready to buy but no one comes to offer their service and when I ask a question they seem like theyre not interested at all. Horrible customer service skills at this shop. I will keep my business at Fuel Powersports. I hoped that I could use this place because they are right down the street for me but I am willing to go to Westbend for good service.
So easy to work with. Communication is fantastic. Got a great price on a new bike, and top $ for my trade. Wouldnt hesitate to do business here again.
Best deals ever, saved over $700 on a $3500 scooter. Great sales and service, treated me like family. Very honest people. Will definitely go back again and again. Thanks Hannah Lange.
Looked at the Kawasaki W800 yesterday and had a great experience. When my wife and I walked in and began walking around, Torre came out of his office in maybe 20 seconds and asked how he could help and then directed us to the W800.Torre pulled the bike out and answered questions I had regarding. Very pleasant experience, no pressure to purchase or any of the other buy right now type of experiences you normally face. I greatly appreciated that and it made me comfortable and felt I could take my time.Torre also asked if I would be interested in looking at any other retro looking bikes to provide options and check the boxes. I explained I was in the process looking at different types of motorcycle manufacturers before making my decision. He respected that and again didnt try to push a sale.I went out and looked at the other options. Two things, the first being that the customer service at Southeast Sales was superior and the Kawasaki is my choice after exploring the other options and experiencing other dealerships. I will be purchasing the Kawasaki W800 from Southeast Sales Powersports.
Great place bought my forever bike here. Efficient smart people P.S Thanks Hanna for all the back and fourth on the paper work
I have been dealing with Hannah. I put a deposit down on a bike that I like. Ill be seeing it and hopefully taking it home in a few days. So far, thumbs up. Hannah has called back every single time and followed through with everything that was discussed. Ill add to this review after I see the bike.
The entire process was quick, painless, and easy. They have a great selection of bikes and are willing to go out of their way to help you. This is where you need to purchase your next, or first, motorcycle.
We stopped in late on Saturday, having already been at 3 other dealerships. Even though they were swamped (being 2 people short) John was able to pull out the bike we wanted to look at. Joe in service went for a ride along test drive and explained all of the bike accessories. We loved the bike. Bought it on the spot. We were in and out in well under 2 hours. Southeast Sales is our new go to place for motor sports.
This place is great for serving of motorcycles atv and dirt bikes. The staff is very knowledgeable. Great place to buy new or used motorcycle too. This is the only place I go for motorcycles and parts.
I bought a BMW sight unseen that I found on cycle trader from John. The bike is awesome. The price was great! My interactions with John were positive. Thats about it for good, for me. Id imagine locally, this is an awesome shop, however, I bought in Washington state. Delivery was free but took two months and was a hassle of its own (just look up Haulbikes). Titling and licensing was just completed today, 5/17/21, when original purchase occurred late December of 2020. Paperwork was a mess. Bike had changed hands in KY, signed for by a POA. I had to request more paperwork, and originals of docs, numerous times. Odometer disclosures were invalid, one was missing, and documents that needed a notary werent notarized, and I wasnt even given POA paperwork originally. It was an adventure fraught with frustration. If you buy a bike here from out of state, do your due diligence to make sure all paperwork is contained, and that hopefully it didnt change hands previously without all of the correct documentation being completed. Im just so glad this chapter is closed and the motorcycle is finally licensed and titled in my state.
Love everyone at Southeast Sales. Bought my 2109 Versys from them. They have also done service/warranty work. Ive ordered parts and even a helmet through them. Fair pricing, friendly people and great service, whats not to love?
I am not an avid buyer here cause I am a Harley gal BUT customer service is great. They dont really budge on price from what I seen. While I was there they let a sale go for what I thought was a great offer. BUT keep in mind when shopping dont wait until peak season, try when the season about to end for the best price. Goodluck.
Called about an out of stock bike. A week later when they received them, they immediately called me back.Prepped for pickup same day, even though I had to drive 4 states over. Very friendly staff. Bike was ready to ride when I got there. Transaction took 15 minutes. And they didnt have a rona markup like all the other dealers in the area.
This place is a ripoff. They quoted me a warranty on a Honda MC at $600 for 3 years, Highway bars were said to cost $1000, an alarm system was quoted at $1000 and I was told that their used bikes don’t have alarms.I was told I needed 1100cc bike because a 650 cc was too small for the interstate. The used Honda’s were old like a 2005 and a 2098 and they wanted $3000 and $5000.I will go to Japan and buy a Honda before I would trust these lowlifes.
Amazing dealership with really good pricing, stuff will seek to meet your needs and help you as much as they can. Really nice people, definitely gonna stick with them for a while. If you are not sure which dealer i highly recommend them
Purchased the Kawasaki W800. Great experience. Great atmosphere and customer service was excellent. Went and purchased some accessories for the new bike, and Kevin in the parts department was very helpful. Thank you! Thanks, Torre!
Wanted to find out information on a bike that wasnt through safety yet and couldnt get basic information. I gave salesperson over 1 day to find answers, never called me back, so I called again to ask some basic questions and still got I dont have a answer! GRR how about putting some effort in earning my money
Very friendly people and easy to work with. Very good customer service
Great staff! Thanks so much!
Beat deal I could find locally. Was in and out the door within a half hour. Happy and impressed with the service.
I bought a sport bike out of state (Idaho), came like advertised. Looks, sounds, and rides like a dream. Will definitely check in again when im ready for a 1000cc
Great spot to buy a bike or get it serviced.
Me and a close friend were looking to buy two motorcycles. We both have great credit scores and money to put down, we spent two days at another dealer getting yanked around and we had an awful experience. Before we finished the deal there someone told us to call Southeast to see if they could help us out. We ended up pulling out deposits from the other dealer and going to southeast. Torrie had us out the door in an hour and even loaded up the bikes in our truck for us. It was an amazing experience at southeast, I’d recommend anyone to go to them!
Nothing but GREAT!!!!! The sales people were friendly and helpful. My wife got her bike and shes smiling from ear to ear. Thank You.
Infuriating customer service issue today. I called a few weeks ago to explain that I was having an inoperative VTX 1800 shipped to Milwaukee from Denver this week (along with two cars being hauled in the same enclosed trailer). The bike has been in storage for two years and shouldnt be started or ridden without some maintenance being done. The service rep I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what work would need to be done and also explained that the shop is very busy and probably couldn’t do the work until September. I asked whether it would be a problem to have the bike delivered now (since I am already hauling the cars this week) and then pick it up from them after they’d had an opportunity to do the work (I can’t ride it in the interim anyway). The service rep said that it wouldn’t be a problem. Fast forward to today: The hauler picked up the bike yesterday in Denver and tried to deliver it to Southeast today. Southeast called me and said they were not expecting the bike and it would be weeks before they could do the work and that I would have to pay a $25/day storage fee to hold the bike in the interim. Wow. I expressed frustration that I hadn’t been told of the storage fees before having the bike hauled up from Denver. Response: We would never have agreed to hold the bike for that long without storage fees (in other words, he called me a liar). Two lessons here for Southeast: (1) Don’t call the customer a liar unless you know what you are talking about. (2) Don’t hold a customer over a barrel for a storage fee just because you think theyre in a bind. That’s just sleazy. Luckily for me, the hauler was still there, so I had the bike delivered elsewhere. Needless to say, I won’t be coming to Southeast for service or when it’s time to upgrade to an F6B.
I was in the market for a 2018 Goldwing tour and had been shopping several dealers in the northern Illinois / southern Wisconsin area. John was very quick to answer my online quote request and just as quick with my follow up questions around details of their pricing structure. After working through 7-8 locations, Southeast by far had the best price, great service when I showed up and no issues in working through a deal. Looking forward to picking up my bike here later in the week. Thanks for all the help John!
The best 👌 place good people good prices
It was towards the end if the day. Customer service was good. I got to sit on a few motorcycle and able to get my question questions answered.
I can’t say enough about Southeast Sales Powersports in Milwaukee! John was very responsive with my online inquiry, he reached out to me and answered all my questions and even went above and beyond after I called and we had additional conversations over the phone. He was so thorough and quick with everything that he was able to successfully find the exact bike I was looking for in less than 24 hours, provided an amazing UNBEATABLE price and had me on the road with my new bike the very next morning!! Spectacular service and great selection! John is great and I will not hesitate to not only return for future business, but also would send friends and family his way in a heartbeat!! Thanks for everything John!! I love my new Ninja...although it was a cold ride home today, not sure you could have helped with that though lol :)
Purchased a new 2020 Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX SE+ from Torre over at southeast sales. After agreeing on price they shipped bike through third party and arrived at my house roughly 3 weeks later. There were multiple hiccups through-out the purchase/delivery, with the bike being delivered with minor cosmetic damage; however, Torre and the staff over at southeast sales took care of everything and well exceeded my expectations. Anything can happen during the sale and transfer of a bike and its important to buy from a company that will stand behind what they sell and fix the issues. This is exactly what happened with Southeast Sales and Id thoroughly recommend buying through them just based on what I have experienced. If theyre willing to commit to doing what is right for a customer that is 800 miles away, who they never met face to face, and who they might never have to deal with again there is no doubt theyd put that level of professionalism and care into their local customers as well. 10/10 business, would consider all future purchases from them.
Bought a Kawasaki Mule from John tonight. Haven’t taken possession of it yet but seeing how John and his staff are, I’m willing to bet that it’ll be a great experience. John was upfront, knowledgeable but, most importantly, looked you in the eye when you talked to him. He made you feel comfortable being in his shop and not feel like you were bothering him. (As some other places did). My wife and I wanted to try a Mule out before purchase, John had Victor, an equally good guy, bring us out to their test track. An awesome experience all the way around! Thanks!
Drove from out of state to look at a bike. Overheard the manager telling another customer how badly they needed to get rid of bikes due to high inventory. Sat down to talk money and the staff immediately became pushy and rude. Asked to speak with the manager several times and was told he was busy changing a tire. When he finally came out he was even more rude than his salesman. To make the whole thing worse, the salesman showed me a credit application they had received on the bike. They showed a customer’s private personal and financial information, without my asking, as a way to pressure me into buying a bike! Who does that? Ended up buying a way nicer bike at a competing dealership. Clearly Southeast Sales doesn’t care about people’s privacy or making sales. Their loss!
I contacted Southeast on a Z125 they allegedly had for sale. Filled out a credit all online, they ran my credit and never called me. Not the biggest deal in the world so I emailed them. They contacted me and again ran my credit. Never heard back from them.A day later I contacted another dealership and they ran my credit and I had my bike that day. Very unprofessional to run my credit and never even get back to me. Not sure if theyre just putting pictures online of bikes the dont have to gauge interest, but I definitely wont be inquiring on another purchase here.Edit to the response from the owner: Trust me big guy, had you called me, I wouldve big the bike from you. Period. It all worked out for me in the end. Just an annoyance to have two unnecessary inquiries on my credit from your dealership. Have a good one!
Great people to work with. John, the owner gave me a great deal on 2 new motorcycles. Will definitely go back.
Fantastic service and they can get what you need or help you find it I personally got my bike here love this place
Purchased my first new bike from John and his staff recently after doing extensive research on bikes, dealers, etc. I decided on a 2019 Kawasaki Voyager and read good things about Southeast Sales. I love the bike, and John and his staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional all the way! I highly recommend them to everyone. It was well worth the 3 hour drive for me.
What the heck! These guys are awesome.... I bought a 14 Harley Ultra Limited! The bike was clean and ready to go when I got there. I will admit I was leery of about buying a Harley from a non Harley dealer. However, Torre and the staff were friendly and were not pretending to know what they were doing. Great staff! I am more impressed with what happened after the sale. Two days after picking up the bike the battery suddenly started acting up. I bought a new battery and called torre right away. I was expecting some BS...NOPE. To my absolutely bewildered amazement, after some brief investigating, he credited my cc for the amount I paid. These people are getting after it! Congrats for a job well done! Happy dude here.....
Been messing with dealers coast to coast for decades... decided to go to the wing from bmw...john had a good website deal on a zero miles 16 abs... called to confirm the otd deal... drove there and had a look... john is 100% pro... best dealer experience ever...had a mark on bag lid... said new one on the way from honda... after 1400 miles had wobble and scallaped front tire...said he would get a new tire on there... rolled in at 3000 miles for new tire... new bag lid... and did my 4000 mile oil change all together...the buy was 100% pro and the service has been 100% pro to this point... once again... best dealer expierence ever...
The service dept doesnt think your time is valuable... I made a appointment to have a days work done on my bike. I drove there in the rain, found a ride so I could leave it there for the day. They called me back after having the bike 4 hours and said they could get all this done today and Id have to make another appointment... the whole reason why I took it there was for the plugs to be swapped and while it was in there, might as well do other stuff. So they wanted to do all the easy stuff that day and make me bring it back for the real work and the reason of the appointment... its not easy to get a bike dropped off for them to work on all day and its just sad I waited 2 weeks for this kind of service...They could really care less because there is nowhere else to go these days. Guess I have to try cedar creek or something.
Knew I wanted a Honda 150 and I got a great deal on it. Test drove 2 different model years before I decided on the one I really liked. We also jumped on a Gold Wing with an automatic transmission. I was really impressed with it and what a nice smooth ride we had! Its not a large store though it has lots of bikes but not tons of extra merchandise. The staff is very helpful. Getting ready to bring it in for a tune-up so you have to make an appointment.
Just purchased an awesome Honda CB motorcycle from this dealer. I worked with the owner John, who was everything that most salespeople aren’t...very straightforward, knowledgeable, responsive and ready to bang out a deal. I got a great bike at a fair price (with no hidden fees)! Thanks.
Purchased a motorcycle here. Good service & price!
Thank you to John at South East sales and everyone who helped us with our motorcycle purchase. We appreciate the opportunity to do business with you. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great service getting new tires put on. I am pleased with the people and service at Southeast Sales.
Great experience purchasing a CRF250L. John and his team were amazing. Great price, customer service and communication. They were also able to register and tax my vehicle for Illinois which saved me some hassle. I’d definitely recommend Southeast Sales to anyone. Thanks guys.
I could not be more happy with the staff and the dealership. The salesman who helped me with the deal got me the best deal in the area. The young lady who helped me with the financing got me a better deal than the bank she had originally quoted me. The young man behind the parts counter has gotten me the best deals anywhere and provides me with free shipping. Unlike most things in life, Id rather buy all my parts from the dealership than the aftermarket stores.
We purchased our Kawasaki Z125 here! Great staff and sales team. They were quick on trading in an older bike and on getting the paperwork situated. Mike made the transaction as smooth as possible. The shop guys are knowledgeable and Chris is awesome for recommending mods. Pictured is my new ride from these guys before we do some minor mods.
WORST customer service. I called and had questions about one of their bikes. I’m currently looking at the same exact bike elsewhere with 300 more miles and it’s $1300 cheaper in price. I called to see if they would price match, and again I would still be spending $17,200. They transferred me to the owner which I explained everything, and he hung up the phone as I was speaking. I gave a return call to speak to someone else, and they basically told me to take my business to someone else as they wouldn’t match price because they have people traveling to get their deals. You would think that they would want to earn someone’s business instead of overcharging and being rude. I buy 3 bikes a year( with vlogs to go with each) and have a well known following with the online community which I will make sure to spread the word on this terrible experience. I’m sure they will have something to say in the reply to this post but I’m here to shed the light on this terrible situation.
Great store - great prices - great service.Southeast Sales is like that great motorcycle store you grew up with as a kid. These guys are real motorcycle enthusiasts who arent snooty - like many of the competitors. And Southeast Sales seasoned mechanics can be trusted with your prized possessions. I felt very satisfied with the quality service and the quick turn-around.
Turns out I knew someone who was a friend of Terry and his wife. Our mutual friend referred me to SE because I couldnt afford a Harley Touring bike and none of the Harley Dealers would negotiate with me. I went to SE and had a nice talk with Terry explaining my desires and my physical limitations. He was very patient, understanding, and informative. He also helped me get the financing at a great rate. My bike was in the shop being taken out of its crate as I watched. Two days later i had my bike. Unlike the Harley, no recalls or problems. I take it in twice a year for a checkup and otherwise just put gas in it. Oddly enough, people think its a Harley! The shop guys have always treated me exceedingly well and have made sure my bike is always in top shape when I get it back. I am literally trusting these guys with my life and since 2009 have not been disappointed. Terry is retired now so I dont see him there. From my experience, these folks are a great team and care about their customers. In spite of being a very critical person about businesses and how they treat people, I have no problem giving these guys a thumb up!
Had a great buying experience here! Great, informative staff that helped us a lot. They have prices that can’t be beat. I highly recommend this store!!
Joe answered my questions and showed me several different motorcycles. He also gave me his opinion on the ride quality of the bikes he has ridden. He was attentive without being too aggressive. I will be going back.
Very awesome place. Straight forward salesman no pushing sales at all. And very helpful drove an hr just because of all the great reviews.
Best price in the entire Midwest! Best of all, the customer service was excellent! The staff stayed after hours to allow me to pickup my new.... and they even helped me get it all strapped in to take home! Next time I need anything I will make the drive! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Nice job and thanks again for the great price and service! - Wade
Bought a Honda pioneer and they didnt have it ready when we came in after being told it wold be ready for pickup (waste of 45 minutes). handed us the keys and didnt show us anything about it. newly installed roof had 3 holes in the wrong spot. prices were great no added on BS fees.
Great purchasing experience! No one could compete with their prices! I called several dealers with 150miles of me and not one of them could give me an out the door price or answer any of my questions on the spot like they could. Worth the 80mile drive! Highly recommended.
Fantastic staff.Purchase of my New Rancher was quick and painless. They sold me a 2018 Rancher for way less than I was quoted for a 17 same options at CC Motorsports.Easy to work with the sales staff and will definitely be back to purchase a Rubicon soon. They also have a full service and parts department.
This is the absolute worst motorcycle dealer in Milwaukee. They highlight these exceptionally low prices and then have many add-ons that dramatically increase the price. The manager was rude upon asking for clarification and told me to take my business elsewhere. So I did... and so should you. *And do the companies response below, I would encourage you to ignore and they absolutely did this. The initial manager could not be bothered to even come out of his office upon request to explain. Good thing their are other more reputable shops.
Prices were great and no add on fees that other dealers would charge. Was a little delay in getting the unit ready, but not bad overall. Only thing I think they could do to improve is to include a full tank of gas with a purchase of brand new vehicle.Update found several components not tighten down and had issues second drive out with it. Had to fix self. Whoever did the work on this did not do a good job. Also back door they hammered to try to get the doors not to scrape when open and closing.
I just bought a Honda Ruckus at this dealership on 06/16/16. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and 2 salespeople offered to help me. They were friendly and very low-pressure. I arrived at 11am and was back home at 1pm, with my new scoot they had delivered. Very easy transaction, friendly and smart staff. Have recommended them to friends already.
Just bought my first bike from these guys and it was a great experience. They were straight forward and did what other dealers told me was impossible by getting my hard to find bike fast and at a price nobody else could dare to beat. Next time I will go to them first.
My First out of state purchase and it couldnt have gone smoother. Thanks Alex, Mike & John for the great experience. They had the make, model and color I was after. Met my price and shipped it to my door.Wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again/
Repaired my z125 quickly, also showed me how to adjust chain. Super friendly
My experience couldnt have been better. A dealer that doesnt advertise a super low price only to tack on all kinds of extra charges. Best prices around. No fake pushy sales force following you around trying to meet their sales numbers.
Terrific staff! John has always taken good care of my friends and I.
Purchased my sixth moto from Southeast sales in June. Staff is always professional; everyone is welcome in the store. They are the best to deal with, always upfront with the fine details, no BS. The kind of shop that feels like a community. A+
Need a motorcycle and live around the north side of Milwaukee?? This place has a large selection of new and used bikes. Prices were good for both. They have many brands not just a couple!! They have a gear and service departments.
Always friendly staff to help you
I cannot believe how great the customer service is - even before I was an actual customer they were honest upfront and extremely accommodating. They were so good that I chose to drive to Milwaukee and buy my bike from them instead of here in Chicago. They reply to both email requests and phone calls very quickly and, as a female rider, I have been taken seriously and treated with respect - no mansplaining whatsoever here! Ill be a customer for life
I drove 500 miles round trip to purchase a 2018 KLR. No games, just the best straight forward prices anywhere. Friendly too. I will definitely buy here again.
Its a good place to get some face time,,, not really looking to negotiate at all and its literally like trying to pull teeth after you buy your product to get any help my bike had a cracked Fender under the license plate he couldnt see it until you took the license applied for off I bought my bike my bike in April and I just got the new Fender in June and they never called me to tell me it was in I had to constantly check up with them I would only go back to Alex to buy a bike but I dont know if its worth the hassle
Asked for super low online best price as advertised 3 times and never got a straight answer, have cash waiting and still never told me the price of motorcycle! Time wasters
Friendly sales and service staff, and they have a nice selection of new and used bikes.
Honesty goes a long way ! I appreciate the fact that the CEO is going put of his way and past my standars as a motorcycle shop ! Huge thank you and I will be returning for all my services here.
I bought a new motorcycle from them and there was 0 BS during the process. Everything went smoothly, I was in and out of the dealership in literally 15 minutes with a new bike.
Love this place very friendly and awesome employees...very fast on paperwork and lots of different bike to choose from....I would recommend whoever wants bike this is your first and last stop.....
Great service, appreciate how my bike drives like new after Southeast does their safety check.
Great dealer with great service. Highly recommend them. Would buy from them again
Ive bought a lot of parts and had some service done for my 89 Kawasaki Ninja for 4 years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Im the kind of guy that takes off my forks and and tires and gives it to them for fork seals and tire mounting. Their turn around time is quick (same day sometime) and their shop labor cost is cheap. Their parts people know their stuff and are very helpful when you need it.
Nice place
I called around looking for the best price on a new scooter. Southeast was my first call, and they quoted a walk-out-the-door price and offered to give me the detailed breakdown (there are ALOT of fees/taxes/license stuff to account for). On the phone. No begging necessary, and no heavy sales pitch offered.Every other place I called would either not offer any prices at all, or theyd stick on extra fees the next time I called to confirm, or theyd offer to match, and then not come even close. And theyd be all sales person-y, asking what Im going to use it for, stating all the details I already knew and didnt as about, repeating my name alot, etc etc to get me to talk or come in. How annoying & frustrating. In the end Southeast had the best deal by $100-$275 on a new scooter - and it was the same consistent price they quoted each time I called. Next time I wont waste my time shopping around.Picking up the bike was quick and easy, and the sales person was knowledgeable about the scooter (something most other places were not) and ran though the features and details in the matter of minutes. My only complaint was that when we came in they were busy and it was hard to catch our sales person. But we didnt have to wait too long. All and all Im very very happy with my purchase, and recommend them.
They Sale bikes they don’t service but insures you that the bikes are in great working conditions. Seems fishy to me!!!How would they know? Oh yea, someone told them.
I love going to Southeast Sales and look at all the cool Motorsports equipment they have there and a good prices great place to shop
