Neat corner store with items you would never imagine. You really need to take the time to just look around the isles. I was in a hurry so I need to go back & have a fun time just seeing all the cool stuff. Plus, I have a friend who just brags about the place...so, if she says its cool.....it Is cool... 😎

This place is probably honestly my absolute favorite spot to go its right in the neighborhood for me, within walking distance of almost all major bus lines. And the guys that work there are awesome at what they do. Theyre extremely helpful friendly and courteous. The selection there is incredible as well for a convenience store or corner store for that matter theyve got almost literally everything you could need and the even cooler part about that is that if they dont have it they will order it in for you. Definitely 10 out of 10 hands down would highly recommend this place to anybody that is in the neighborhood or even anywhere in Milwaukee to pay a visit to.

The employees are awesome, good selection of stuff. All you could ask for in a corner store. They also sell pepper spray but you cant try it out, you gotta buy it first.

Best corner store in Riverwest. I just wish employees would wear masks properly. Last few times I have been in the store, every employee has had their mask below their noses, or completely off.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been shopping at Sunrise for over ten years . When I moved to Seattle and then came back five years later, all the same folks still ran the shop and most of them remembered me. Always friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed and safe when shopping at Sunrise. Totally get my vote. In fact, Sunrise Food for President!!!!

Sunrise has a surprisingly great selection of beer at better prices than most local liquor stores. They also have obscure groceries and things you wouldnt expect. The guys that run the place are great.

They have everything! The food is overpriced for what it is, but if you are missing one egg for a recipe, you sure will be thankful you can walk down the street and grab one. In that situation i never would mind overpaying. All nice staff. Never had a bad experience.

Solid. As a non-drinker, I can only attest to the regular groceries, and they have plenty of them. Plenty of the basics like milk and cereal and plenty of smaller items, like headphones and batteries. They make the most of the room they have, and they keep it well air conditioned when need be.

Close by and convenient if you need something in a pinch. The owners keep it clean and well lit.

If they dont have it at Sunrise, you dont need it. I used to live a block away and really miss this place. Whenever Im in the neighborhood I always make an excuse to stop. The guys behind the counter still remember me and are as friendly as ever.
