This speedway cranks it out. For the size of the lot you can get in and out fairly quick. They always have hot fresh food feeding what seems to be every city worker in the area. Local legend Charley is usually there scratching away at 2 dollar crosswords, ask to see his sugar dance, it never disappoints.

Speedway really is the best gas station around. Sooo many munchies options 😋

The service is just horrible there during the afternoon. More so from 2 employees! Who are rude and unprofessional! I will just take a little longer drive and go to another gas station for my gas and coffee.If you don’t like your job then go find a new one. Or if you have a problem with someone’s gender or race then don’t be in retail. Both women are the rudest retail employees I have ever Encountered.

Always crowded With people pumping gas and stopping in to grab Coffee, soft drinks, Hot pizza,hotdogs,candy, and some limited grocery items.

With this Speedway location being located directly on the corner ( right at the intersection of E. Oklahoma Avenue & S. Howell Avenue ), it is very easy to pull in and out of. And that makes for a quick and simple stop here. I love that it is so easy to just get your gas at the pump, or to get your grocery items from inside, and go on with your day!

I love this place. its 24hr service its clean the neighborbood in this area is safe and theres tons of food and beverage options. they also offer some stationary products you might need in a pinch.

Bathrooms are always clean. Hot food is always fresh and coffee is delicious.

I love their speedy rewards. I buy a lot of coffee and cappuccino and after a few you get one free with a lot of other merchandise. Plus you get reward points to get other rewards like gift cards and 10 cents off each gallon. Love speedway. Would stop at any speedway then any other gas station.

Convenient location. Even with a statewide mandatory mask order, and a previously ordered citywide mandatory mask policy, clerks restocking shelves right next to me had no masks.

Got all my things from here and at good prices but has somethings a little odd, a lot of police around the area, which made me a little uncomfortable.

Everything thing you need for convenience

This is a very convenient convenient store! The #1 reason I like it is the easy in and out access. The atmosphere inside is always nice and friendly and most of the time Im greeted with a hello or a how are you doing today. Great place to stop for all your snacks and soda before you go to the park across the street.

One staff member refuses to wear a mask on the job even though signs are posted around the store saying it is required due to the government mandate. I have seen her on several occasions not wearing a mask on her shifts. It puts customers at risk and also put employees at risk. Not to mention is illegal.

Theyre okay. Not horrible, but not great. I stop here late nights while Lyft driving and the restrooms are rarely attended to, the ready-to-food looks like its been there for days and the staff almost ignore customers instead of stopping what theyre doing to check people out. But if you need gas - theyll be open with reasonable prices.

Horrible customer service. I (used) go in there everyday. I stopped to get a pack of cigarettes for a friend on my way to work. I clearly said the names of the brands. Of course, i get to work, look in the bag and theyre wrong. No big deal, mistakes are made. I called right away and they were super rude and could care less that their employee made a mistake and refused to exchange them for the correct brand. Same price, there is nothing i could possibly benefit from exchanging them, they wont lose any money. Something so easy and they are rude about it. Time to find a new place to go to daily.

Please wear a mask even if youre at a gas station.

The store on Oklahoma Ave and Howell Ave is just what it is. Its a small neighborhood gas station that cant make up its mind if they want to screw you on gas prices or poor management leading to long wait time in line to check out!!!! EXPLAIN THAT ONE SPEEDWAY ?????

The store itself is okay got to know the workers quite well living in this area for 2 years but now that I moved to Bayview and come back to the area realized its the neighborhood that makes this gas station a dump the Southside literally is turning into a garbage dump I dont know how people are awake at 4 in the morning staggering around Speedway with no money asking people for money cigarettes or anything they pretty much own because they dont work and cant get their own stuff or they have such a bad drug habit they cant get in somewhere and get help that they all stayed here around the speedway as far as the actual place goes love the gas station hate the neighborhood..... Which is sad cuz it used to be an amazing Hispanic community until certain people started moving to thid area making it a dump. Sad.....

Im unable to tell the difference from auto fuel at one place or another. So ! Its about everything else, and Speedway has more of everything else, than anybody else. It doesnt matter what your addiction is. And, its has a clean and friendly atmosphere...hot dogs to die for, chewing gum, donuts, smokings, coffee, cola, etc. you name it....Speedway has your fix...Ive even gotten so distracted buying everthing else, Ive forgotten to purchase the gas. Which was, what I, came for in the first place...What ever the craving, this place is amazing, and they sell the gas that your car is addicted to also...That to me, is a trifecta of wonderful...Im sure it will be on the road to, Oh Well, I should have known I was going there, too...Dont forget to thumbs up if you like this review

Clean bathroom nice employees

This place has 4 employees on the floor, one register working and 6 people in line. Not an unusual occurrence, unfortunately.

Large restroom facilities, excellent flavored coffee choices including a dark roast that is my favorite coffee ( my wife & I go out of the way for their coffee), over the top FREE rewards club, weekly reward card discounts & sales. Only complaint is not enough employees to check out customers. And the employees that are not working register always seem to wait for check out line get at minimum 4 ppl deep before checking others out. This causes unnecessary congestion & long waits.

Its a pretty dumpy Speedway, but i visit often. You see a lot of really strange people at this store. Youd think you were in the hood if you judged the neighborhood by this stores clientele.
