For being a pharmacy, my husband who is chemically sensitive just got sick going into the store to get a pill cutter because of the scented holiday products out on display. It was hard to tell that it was there due to being a responsible human and wearing a mask and by the time he could tell it was getting into his system, it was too late. Please remove scented pine cones, witches brooms and other chemical laden things to allow for equal access to the store. Sadly, we know have to find another store that wont carry those items. We chose CVS because they dont sell cigarettes. The scented pine products are also terrible for people. Please dont sell them in the store. Thanks.

Decided to stop in to grab a few items. Walgreens across the street, the parking lot tends to get a bit rowdy at night! Considering that CVS is a block away from me, I live on Prospect, it seemed like an easier option!First, Items were not in the correct place, therefore prices were incorrect. Second, the self checkout is terrible, it weighs items after the scan, and if it doesnt read, the voice prompt will continue to say, Place Item in Bag; loudly.. Which alerts staff nearby and they think you stole. Thirdly, The staff are paranoid, and showcase behavior that any Black will steal! I do understand what it means to be on alert, because Brady St., has changed over the years! Yet, the energy at this CVS is horrible.At this point, at other stores Ive started to take a staff member around with me to avoid all the unnecessary profiling and negativity. I honestly recommend any person of color to do this if youre going to shop at this CVS location.I honestly will not shop in store anymore. This was the last straw! I did try!

Theres price gouging -- and then theres CVS Price Gouging. Needed one item today -- and only bought it here because the Walgreens across the street was out of that item. But the price here was -- easily -- twice what youd pay for it anywhere else.This is likely to be a problem for some time, however -- and not just with CVS. Other Big Box stores are likely to raise prices -- sometimes by a lot -- and then claim its due to inflationary pressures, not corporate greed. In the case of CVS, however, its definitely the latter.And this is just the start of a long list of issues with this store, in particular. The store manager actually seems to be a good guy; and there is one very good clerk -- but beyond them, most of what passes for service has been, and still is, awful. The selection can be hit and miss; and lately, accurate signage has been a problem.This store should be your last resort -- not your first.

Horrible customer service. Understaffed and long wait times in the pharmacy. In store not better, went to check out and sat there waiting for a cashier to come from the back of the store to check me out

Employees are usually very friendly at this location and ive also enjoyed going here more often than the Walgreens across the street because some stuff is on sale for less here. Win win.

I was able to get a friend to come and pick me up and take me to this cvs pharmacy. We got there right before the pharmacy closed but the pharmacist still filled my prescriptions. Thank you

CVS pharmacist was amazingly helpful in clearing up “authorization” issue for my Rx. He had to stay hours beyond his normal quitting time to do this. I am extremely grateful.

Worst CVS I’ve ever been to. Never have anything in stock-even basic antibiotics and the pharmacy staff are RUDE

Most awful Pharmacy Ive ever seen kept charging me copays on Prescriptions when I dont have copays!! And insisted I was wrong. Also rude workers

They force you to use the self checkout, which is soooo un-user friendly, even if you don’t want to use it they force you, and then 2 people end up having to help everyone at this check out anyway cause it doesn’t work!! They allow people to steal from here and don’t care. When we had the mask mandate, rude people wouldn’t wear it, with nothing said from staff. One cashier I had forgot to give me my second bag of items, twice!!! The freezer is always having issues and seems to defrost and then refreeze, the food in there always looks horrible. I’ve been going to Walgreens

Never have they had my prescription ready on time. I’ve called in 3 hours in advance and even days in advance to have my refill ready and they can’t ever seem to be able to complete their jobs on time. This location does not give a care for their customers well being or anyone else’s time. Us milwaukee folks have other things to do besides sit at your pharmacy waiting 20 minutes for a prescription that should have been complete hours before, it’s wack. GO TO WALGREENS ON BRADY STREET OR ON OAKLAND AVENUE FOR YOUR NEEDS. They fulfill orders on time, no problem.

I cant say I relate to the negative reviews about the pharmacy at this location at all. This is by far the best pharmacy Ive ever used and the people running it are extremely helpful. I have anywhere from 5-7 prescriptions to fill a month so I find myself here a lot, and after going to a few different CVSs throughout the years this is the first one to help me get all them on the same cycle so I could avoid going in every week to pick up 1 or 2 more and constantly making trips into their store. The pharmacists really do learn customers names, they have called me by name a few times and I have heard them do it with other people as well. At first it kinda freaked me out but Ive come to realize that these people really do care about the people they serve. This was also the first CVS Ive been to that told me about the rewards system for prescriptions... Ive been using CVS for close to 4 years now and Ive even asked other locations about this and they were totally clueless. They have been so helpful in many ways in the time Ive been coming here - going above and beyond... even on the days when I have problems with my prescriptions and am totally annoyed they still do what they can to help me out with a smile. The only reason I am giving this store a 4 is because the dip exiting the parking lot is pretty bad... would be great if they fixed it.EDIT: They repaved the parking lot... 5 stars

Do Not Over Pay! They charge an extremely absobadent cost for TB testing nearly $75 for a simple test. In westallis the same test costs $15 - $25 for both injection and read of the test. On the cvs site it said $40 got to the clinic payed $35 for the injection then a ridiculous $40 for them to read the test 3 days later. THIS IS A SIMPLE PROCEDURE MANY CLINICS CHARGE LESS DONT BE SCAMED BY THERE 40% LESS THEN URGENT CARE CLAIM.

Good pharmacy and helpful staff. Generally convenient hours and good selection of personal care and food items. Nice bonus program too!

Nice place to shop. I have never had any problems with customer service. They are friendly and willing to help. The store is always clean and most of the time well stocked.

I almost didnt go to this pharmacy because of the negative reviews... but after calling ahead and finding out they had the medication I needed, I chanced it!! Im so glad I did! They were incredibly helpful and SO nice to me and stayed on top of everything & called me when my prescription was ready for pick up. Awesome!! So nice to know I dont have to leave my neighborhood to find a good pharmacy! Thank you!

One of the smaller CVS stores but they probably have what you need there. This location has a pharmacy but I believe they close the pharmacy at night. Like the Wal-Greens it is opened 24/7 with few exceptions. Really good place to pick up food with good prices.

The pharmacy here is a complete joke- do yourself a huge favor and walk across the street to Walgreens. The most incompetent, rude negative service I have ever experienced at a CVS before. Every single time I go in the staff has contradicted themselves in terms of whats allowed and whats not. The pharmacist, a younger gentleman with spiked hair, is horrendously rude and talks down to customers. Every time I have gone in he has treated me like Im a criminal- refusing to sell me allergy medication despite having a valid state ID, scrutinizing my written prescriptions as being fake, he has even called my doctors office and purported that I was abusing my medication by not taking it as instructed- despite the fact of a re-written dosage change! One time they refused to fill a medication of mine because it was a day over the intended fill date. THEN, after a month of going without the medication, I return to the pharmacy to fill the re-written prescription- the SAME guy asks me So you didnt fill that prescription at a different pharmacy yet, correct? ...how the hell was I supposed to fill it at a different pharmacy when YOU were the one who told me its against the law to fill the prescription a day after the intended fill date. You mean to tell me I could have filled it at a different pharmacy and not have gone a month without it? The pharmacy is a complete joke, as well as the customer service. Have fun waiting for literally 20 minutes to be checked out, as a line of 30 people attempt to get ushered out by a single incompetent cashier- who, by the way, is clearly too lazy to even pick up the intercom and call for an additional checker. I hope this location gets close- itll do a huge favor to the surrounding residents.

Im here all of the time. I prefer coming at night because the afternoons tend to be extremely busy, and the morning staff are kinda chilly and not at all as awesome as the night staff. Their beauty department and photo services are the bomb. I was pretty optimistic when I had a prescription transferred over (after all, I love it here), but the pharmacist was a condescending a$$ and I will absolutely not use their pharmacy again--theres something terrible about a professional being rude about your pre-written questions when youre voiceless due to throat surgery. Will still go for general supplies though, theyre good to regular customers, I really like the vibe of the place and theyve got the nicest kitchen stuff.

I stopped by here on the way home to pick up soda and snacks. Ended up getting stuck at the beauty department, they had amazing sales on some top brand names I couldnt help myself!Staff is always friendly. The store is pretty big and could probably be utilized better, just sayin.

Dont go to this CVS. Last night I was treated like an criminal. Their manager started yelling at me accusing me of stuff that I didnt do. He went as far as to claim that he saw me on the security cameras. Well, after my final purchase at this location ever, lets just say that the staff dont always walk through the store for shoplifting. Nor does the guard keep an constant watch for loiterers. The manager did call me and apologize. Well, after this incident I wont go in there anymore. I will be at Walgreens or Dollar Tree

Worst drive through I have ever been to. The drive through lanes are downright tiny.. dangerously so... and you cant hear a word the pharmacy staff are saying because the speakers are atrocious.
