The older lady in pharmacy was and always is very rude to me idk if she thinks Im a kid but I dont like being talked at very rude

I understand that COVID-19 is real but so are other medical issues with ppl... you are literally put on hold because of this...smmfh

The customer service here is consistently good ....otherwise...This is one of those Walgreens that needs to be avoided.It is constantly understaffed and nearly everything you can imagine is locked away. When you mix the two, your shopping experience becomes prolonged and uncomfortable.The hours are also inconsistent. I have gone on multiple occasions and been turned away with 10-15 minutes remaining BEFORE closing time. If you have any bags coming in, you will be instructed to put them behind one of the registers where anyone can take your items.Shopping here has become a dreaded chore and it’s a shame that our neighborhood pharmacy/store has become such a let down.

This Walgreens is incapable of doing the smallest things! Like answering the phone.... if you need more staff, the hire it! Customer service is poor!! They act like they’re doing you a favor for being there and doing THEIR JOB!! If you’re unable, then go home where you belong!! Lazy, entitled attitudes!!! If you want good customer service and a staff that actually knows what the hell theyre doing, find a different pharmacy!!!

I used to work at this location in the 90s with Cyril Nwonye as Manager. It brought back memories to be back inside. The customer service was quite pleasant! I was in and out with no problems. Thank God!

Pharmacy is horrible. Doesn’t matter if you go inside store or use drive thru. Very slow

The pharmacy has the most inadequate, rude pharmacy technicians at this location. Instead of admitting a mistake on her end, one tech argued with me about how shes been doing this work for 20 yrs.. Blah..blah..blah.. 20 yrs? Who cares? Not I.. She should be a pharmacist by now, instead of answering phones & taking payments.. My familys prescriptions were all transferred to Walmart( cheaper copay & faster service.) This location gets a F for the fu**ery👎👎👎
