This was my first ever visit to a Mercedes-benz service center, and I can honestly say I was a bit nervous and didn’t know what to expect. The service manager greeted me initially and checked my car in. They listened to the issue that I expressed patiently which I appreciated. I felt like they were very straight forward with me about the services they would do to the car and how long it would take. When I came back to pick up the vehicle everyone was very polite and pleasant. I’m not sure what a better experience would be like! Well done!!
The service at this dealership was excellent and what one comes to expect from Merceds Benz. My service technician, Pete, was knowledgeable and concerned about the issues with my vehicle. But he made sure the issues were resolved correctly and expeditiously. I was back on the road as quickly as possible.
Very disappointed. We negotiated and came to a purchase solution on an Audi R8 2012. I told the salesman I would call back in the AM to finish the deal being that it was late in the day and a holiday. Me and Rob was good on the total cost etc. I called back today and was told that car was sold to someone that test drove it yesterday, later this afternoon I called back to confirm if by chance the car was set aside for me based off our agreement, only to learn it was sold to a sales manager. Very disappointed. We were not given a courtesy call or nothing. In my 30+ years of government service, I have never witnesses such behavior towards customers. Very disappointed !!!!
It was not explained to me what they did the car, the things I requested was not done, some thing else was done. The service representative kept waiting in the waiting area, and never showed up and then asked to pay and look for the car in the parking area. You would expect a better service from Mercedes Benz.

My vehicle has now been repaired. Waited for parts coming out of Texas for over 1 1/2 weeks. Dealership provided me with a loaner and I appreciate it. I believe that the dealership personal needs additional training. Communication skills are a key to our Success, will they fail? Or will they install a constant improvement policy? Selling vehicles is a priority, but servicing them and getting repeat business multiple times is more important from the clients. Thank you.

On Monday 7/26/2021 our Mercedes Benz broke down with family and kids in car on I-94 near kenosha. We had the vehicle towed to the nearest Mercedes Benz dealership in Milwaukee at International Autos Group in West Allis, WI. The car reached the shop around 3p. We spoke with service rep Peter. He told us that the shop was backed up but he would get the car in the shop for a diagnostic report so we could know what happened with it. Asking if they provide loaner vehicles while we wait without our way of getting around we were told only 2014 or newer model customers were provided loaners. We stayed overnight in the area waiting to hear on the car. Basically, the car showed up to International Autos Group on Monday 7/26/2021 and was picked up by another tow company the following monday 8/02/2021 an entire week later because the car never made it into the shop to get diagnosed. Yet the entire week the service rep Peter ensured me each day it was in the shop being looked at to find out they never even looked at. By Friday, 7/30/21 I called in the morning to speak with a Supervisor who also was named Peter. He apologized not knowing why a diagnostic would be taking so long and looked into it. He got back to me right away around 9a and told me the car would be in the shop today and I could expect to hear from him by 1p. At 1:30p, still no call. I went to the shop and waited in the service area to speak with Supervisor Peter to get an update. While waiting I was sitting with another service rep. This rep was friendly and understanding that I need my car and wanted an update for it. He joked that Service rep Peter has a one track mind and if he was handling the repair it would have been done much sooner. After about 15 mins, Peter the supervisor came out to speak with me to tell me that they are very busy and still hadnt gotten the car in the shop. He was frustrated with me for being impatient because he told me he would call me at 1p and its not only 1:30p. I tried explaining that I have a family and we need our car. We cant keep waiting around, we could have taken the car somewhere else all of this time. I was told by the Supervisor Peter that this wasnt working out and I had 24 hours to get the car off the lot. On monday, 8/02 the car was towed to Zimbrick Mercedes in Madison. We were provided a brand new car as a loaner no charge. We had a full diagnostic report the next day, tuesday 8/03/21. Highly recommend Zimbrick in Madison. Tim took care of us in Madison. Both Peters of International Autos Group in West Allis provided very poor service to me and my family.

Im not your typical Mercedes Benz owner, nor do I have a boatload of money to spend at a dealership. With that in mind, I can honestly say my experiences at Mercedes-Benz of Milwaukee have been fantastic. Peter Markut in the service department is fantastic. Hes professional, personable, and customer service driven. He actually drives the same older model C-280 I do and understands how to balance safety with costs consciousness.

Ive purchase or leased four Mercedes and one Porsche from Ivory Dabney at International of Waukesha since 2003. I felt I was treated very fairly and her knowledge of her products was excellent. There service department is excellent, there service managers go out of there way to help with even the smallest of issues. We just recently moved to Milwaukee Wisconsin and we are so fortunate to have found Mercedes-Benz of Milwaukee as the experience of buying certified used Mercedes GL 450. We first were introduced to the floor manager who showed us the cars we were interested in and helped us to get the SUV we were interested in. The condition of the cars and the fair prices let us to buy it immediately without having to look any further. Finance was also awesome and we really appreciate their help in getting the good rates as we needed to close the deal that night pretty fast. We would not hesitate to send any friends or family to this dealership in the future to buy their Mercedes.

Negative - owed the car for 2 months now. They didn’t disclose the car had been smoked in when I asked. They sprayed the car with something to cover it up. A few weeks later after I bought the car it wore off and the car reeks now. Slimy I even had a car inspection done and they didn’t pick up on the smoke. The area with the scratch they said would buff right out. Well after 2 touch less car washes it Is clearly visible.Positive. They had the paperwork ready, didn’t try to sell me any of the prepaid maintenance packages. They filled the gas tank.THIS REVIEW IS FOR INTERNATIONAL BMW NOT MERCEDES.

Bait and switch. I made an appointment for a transmission flush. They quote me a price of $650 on 2 different occasions in writing. After the car is in their shop, they call and tell me that the price will be over $900. They had all the details of my car like the VIN so they knew exactly what the cost of the service should be. Needless to say, I did not have them perform the work and I will go to another dealer for service.

My first time to visit IAG after 10 months living in milwaukee. I moved from Savannah ga to milwaukee wi last Nov 2019. My car is due for service and choose this dealership since the location is nearby where I lived. I met mr. Peter Markut, the service mgr who was nice, friendly and very accommodating directing me towards the door to get my vehicle checked in. I had an excellent experience at IAG. Mr. Peter Markut is very honest dealing with his client. I learned from him that I have a prepaid warranty back in Georgia that I dont know for all those past years Im paying the services rendered due each time I visited them. I feel bad with the MB auto service in Ga for overlooking my warranty. The service mgr dept headed by Mr. Peter Markut was amazing that I dont have to pay for the services rendered today because of the prepaid warranty I have with my car. Mr. Peter Markut did a great job. I highly recommend IAG for your future service.

I would like to say that my experience with this place has just been horrible on multiple occasions. First, I ordered a part to put on my vehicle from the parts department, and they gave me the wrong part. I had to get 500 dollars worth of work for a 5 dollar part and a 130 dollar tow. I purchase a new vehicle I here a bad grinding noise I call to make an appointment and its almost a month to get a loaner and get my vehicle in. So I had to take it early because the grinding noise was unbearable. They fix my vehicle and then send it back without even cleaning all the built up brake dust. I ask them why didnt you get all the brake dust build up, they were like we tried. You would think you pay all this money for a BMW that the service would be better. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again.
Wait list for vehicle service is anywhere from 2.5 weeks - 1 month out for a simple oil change. If you have an urgent service emergency, you can forget it.Ive brought my vehicle in for a random rattle and after 4 tries, they still couldnt locate the source. After researching reviews online of my vehicle type & year, I found the source myself: the sunroof. Being a Mini dealership, they should have seen this condition many times over due to how many reviews I found online, yet they had no clue.Chicagos Mini dealership is far better, both with customer service, price and service availability.

Gave me a car until they took care of the problem... and they took care of it very quickly and let me keep the car until I could bring it back..... service department was very goodjust a suggestion the mint on the pillow would be nice if they washed and vacuumed the car... I took my car to Pulera in Kenosha to get my bumper fixed and they washed it vacuumed and left a cookie and a shopping bag on the sit💝💝💝When you walk into the show room It’s a Mercedes-Benz dealership....someone should great you ... instead of trying to find someone to help you and when you do they don’t get up out of there sit say hello can I help... or even walk you over to where you should be going.... That’s customer service I guess....they must be busy with the COVID-19

International Autos is the only dealership I use for my vehicle purchase. I’ve bought at least a dozen cars in the past 10 years. Now, Despite having moved from Milwaukee 3 years ago, I still do business with them. I don’t even bother comparison shopping because I know I’m getting the best deal. The showroom is very clean. Not that many clients in the showroom. Did not get greeted when we walked in or even get acknowledged when walking into this location. Free water and drinks in waiting area. Being greeted in any establishment makes someone feel welcomed. They need to work on that.

The easiest car purchase ever! Its the first time in my life that I was offered a fair price for our trade-in. The salesman was very knowledgeable with no pressure tactics. Mark made every effort to make sure we walked out of there happy. Everyone at the IA center from BMW to Audi were friendly and accommodating. We got a great 2014 Mercedes and my wife is ecstatic! We traveled to West Allis from Janesville and feel it was totally worth the trip.
Today, my family and I got a rude treatment at the Mercedes dealer. We just hesitated between the two models, and finally I told the sales that we only want to test drive c300. The answer to the sale is that he didnt have time to take us to test all the models. What does it mean? ? ? ? Are you doing business and treating guests? We look at the car with a happy mood, what is the treatment like this?
Excellent experience purchasing MINI Certified 2014 Countryman! Garland, Rory and all the staff really made this a smooth transaction as we transitioned from a base model MINI Coupe into the All4 Turbo. In our world, the only MINI is the 6-speed stick and they had it. Rory even threw in a few surprise goodies to ensure the smiles on our face remained long after we drove off into the sunset!

BEWARE!! BEWARE!! Do NOT bring your vehicle here!! Check out B.B.B on their service department . I wish I would had. I found out that the bad reviews are ACTUALLY TRUE!! I went for a small leak that I knew where it was coming and they fixed that but after picking up the car my check engine light came on and my car also smelled like burning oil. I checked under my car and now was leaking from areas in the motor that weren’t leaking before. I called and now I needed another gasket that was more expensive then the one I needed fixed and the check engine light was do to a O2 sensor that they must have hit with something in order for it to go bad and wanted to charge me $700 to repair. I repaired the sensor myself for $100 and noticed that it had been tempered with because there is no way where the sensor is positioned in my exhaust system that it would be damaged the way it was. It seems to be hit a couple times by something to cause it to fail. To add to this I had them fix the other gasket that they said was failing after and when I picked up again still smelled like burning oil. Now it was supposedly another $2000 oil pan gasket which they confirmed was leaking. I went home and cleaned all oil out of my engine because they didn’t and since then NO oil smell and NO oil leak from oil pan which they supposedly confirmed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This was 4 weeks of headache and stress dealing with these crooks. PLEASE TAKE THIS ADVICE!!
My daughter and I visited and we where treated very nice. My daughter is a 9 year old with Asperger Autism. She is in love with car and not just any car. She is in love with the Mini Cooper s or the countrymen coop. The gentleman that treated us was very nice to my daughter and very patient to answer all of my daughters questions. Purchased a used vehicle that was used for a trade in at the end of July. When I purchased the vehicle it took a while for the paperwork to be processed seeing it was the end of the month and trying to make an appointment with sales manager was hard to do. I was advised of this by the sales representative and so I went home and came back to finish the paperwork. Five days later the check engine light came on and I brought it into Auto Zone; it tested as being the catalytic converter. I reached out to the company the same day and mentioned I was a bit disappointed the light came on so soon after purchase. I was asked if I purchased a warranty plan but was never asked if I wanted to purchase one at the time of sale. I was told to talk to the manager of the service department to see what they could do. I left messages and then called again and spoke with the manager who told me he would get back to me. I waited another week and left more messages, finally I went in and talked with the sales manager who told me they would work with me if the light came back on with in a reasonable amount of time and signed and dated the paper. The light came back on again 2 months and 7 days later for the same problem. When I called the company they said the sales department could not help me because too much time went by but the service department could maybe help. They called back and said the total price would be just over $1,650 which included the $400 labor discount they claimed they were giving me because of the catalytic converter issue. I shopped around and that price is super expensive. I was able to call another place and they quoted me the same price without including a $400 discount. I am sad they were not able to work with me and provide a cost effective solution seeing the issue originally 5 days after purchase and at the time they were willing to work with me. I thought they would have worked with me a bit more because in the end the only cost to them would have been the pieces, which I offered to cover full price. At Auto Zone I was quoted between about $400-$600 for the pieces. I will not do business with them again and am now spreading the word to others.
I wish I can separate service and sales. It was a pleasure to buy a car, but it was always some issues with service. In addition to oil change etc I have visited IA MB service (on 108 St.) center 3 times and every time was problematic. For instance, you can bring your car and when you show up to pick it up, you can find it at the same place in the same condition since they simply forgot about it... Last time (James Burrow was MB staff) I had an issue with check engine and 2-3 days after I brought a car I was told that I have another code. How it is possible that you cannot tell me about this when I bring the car? When I asked to fix another issue, I was told that it was OK, but no one even looked for it. When I complained about this to manager (Peter), he promised me to check this and call me back (twice) but did not call me back... I hope that representatives of Mercedes-Benz read these reviews, this since it is probably the last time when I bought MB. I will go with another make rather than deal with such service.
Awful. Buyer beware. Will never go back. I would rate negative stars if possible. Poor communication. We negotiated a 1.49% APR financing rate only to have it changed to 1.9% when we took delivery several days later and were told they could not honor the 1.49%. They did attempt to remedy this by reducing the sales price somewhat. We were then sold an extended maintenance agreement under the impression that it could be cancelled and our financing terms would revert to the way they were prior to the maintenance agreement. We cancelled the agreement, but the cost of the maintenance agreement remained an amount financed and the monthly payments are now over $56 more per month than originally negotiated. The financial implications of the maintenance agreement were not clearly disclosed to us. It also took several requests to even get a complete copy of our sales contract. Never again. Next time, Ill drive past this dealer to get to the next one.
I found a nice used Nissan Xterra for my son (his first car). The sales people were great. We got a nice car for a fair price. We experienced an unforeseen mechanical issue the day after we bought it. They fixed it immediately and stood by their word. I found them honest and upfront. I would recommend this dealership highly. Its nice to know theres a car dealership in this area that you can trust.
My car was not done the day I dropped it off and the service area did not call me to tell me that the car was not done so I had to drive back the next day. This not the expected service that I would expect from a Mercedes dealership.

Called to get info on my brakes and guy on the phone refused to tell me what my brakes were called. Pretty sure the guys name was Kevin and the guy talked to me like I was an idiot. Offered to give him my VIN and everything and the guy said all he could do is tell me how much money it would cost. GREAAAAAT customer service!!!
Took my car in today at the Mercedes service and found very friendly and helpful people there. Thank you James for your help

I have been a customer of this store for 15 years and will continue to be for life. If you are looking for a Mercedes in the Milwaukee area, I would highly recommend you stop in and give International Mercedes a chance.
Absolute joke of a parts department. I know your not that busy Ive been to that dump many times and the phone is ringing and nobodys around... Ill take my business to North Shore. You made the decision easy even though your a quarter mile from me.
I wish I could give this place Zero stars, but it wont let me. We purchased a vehicle here and less than a week later, it died in the middle of the street. We contacted them and the assistant manager assured us it would be taken care of; no cost to us. After I dropped my vehicle off for service (and driving back and forth to Sheboygan three times.) The general manager called me and basically told me to F off. I had a signed service form stating that I would owe $0! I ended up with a bill for over $1800! To add insult to injury, the service center called me and stated that my brake pads were dangerously worn and were actually damaging other components. They stated that it would not be safe for me to drive the vehicle home like this. When I asked them if they felt that I could have worn down the brakes that much in the few days I had the vehicle, the service manager simply said No. Now I have an extra $500 to pay for a vehicle that they either did not do a proper safety check on, or simply lied about the vehicle being in safe working order when they put it on their lot. Even the assistant service manager in Sheboygan was appalled at the way we were being treated by International Autos in West Allis. Unfortunately, I found out later that this place seems to have a reputation for terrible customer service. I will NEVER, EVER let anyone I know purchase a vehicle from, or take their vehicle to International Autos in West Allis. They are the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Ever.
This is the most horrible customer experience I have had till date. I bought my Mini a few months back. The sales manager who helped me was amazing. No complaints there. But there is another guy called Mol in the finance department who was in charge of the maintenance contract. 1. He not only signed me up for a contract without giving me proper details but 2. After I cancelled the contract, I have not received the refund for about 6 months now. He cuts my calls, and when he picks up, says the cheque will be here tomorrow or next week. This has been going for 6 months. Not only have I paid additional interest to the financing company because I did not receive the refund but I have not protection for the tires as well. I plan on taking legal action.

I brought my car in for an oil change. They forgot to replace a gasket. Four days later I noticed that there was a huge pool of oil everywhere that my car parks. My garage, spot at work etc. I check my oil and the car is empty. I am of course concerned. My car has only 20K miles. Im worried about engine damage. IA looks it over and tells me that it is fine. I ask them to stand behind their mistake and if it is truly fine to extend my warranty on the engine. They will not. I spoke with the manufacturer and they spoke to IA on my behalf and still nothing. I understand that mistakes happen but you need to stand behind them.
