Came in late last night with a messed up car and no experience dealing with a dealership before. Manual was more than accommodating, making sure I was getting what I wanted and took the time to answer my questions while explaining every option in full detail. He made several recommendations and seemed to actually care about what I wanted. I’m glad I ended up at this dealership over the many out there. Thank you again Manuel for making this process as simple as it can be. Also big thank you to the financier for explaining many things to me and providing relatable insight!
I needed a last minute appointment for a driveability concern around 3:30. Erin in the service department was so friendly and patient with my questions and looking up warranty information. They were able to have me do a drop off within the same hour and they shuttled me home despite being out of the shuttle zone. I did wait almost an hour for the shuttle, but was communicated with regarding thier customer volume ahead of time. I was expecting it to be looked at within 2 days due to high appointment volume the next day, but they were able to fit me in early the next morning. The fix was quick and my car was ready for pick up by 9:30AM. Overall very satisfied!

I drove up from Indiana to purchase a Nissan Pathfinder. It was the model I wanted and I felt comfortable making the 4 hour drive because I bought my first new car ever from Russ Darrow in 2005. I drove up from Indy to purchase a 2005 Special Edition Mazda 3. I had a great experience then and new this one with the Pathfinder would be similar which it was. Pricing was straight forward and the place was great to work with. If Im ever looking for a hard to find vehicle in the future I will be sure to check out Russ Darrow in the future.
I had a good experience at this location. Everyone was very nice and Brittany kept me updated on my vehicle.The one thing that I didn’t care for was no one was wearing masks. I’m a nurse and know how important it is to mask/distance and vaccinate so it’s sad to see so many that don’t want to follow the guidelines. If not for that I would give 5 stars
My wheel lock key was missing from my car and lose. It was not in my car when I looked for it. Horrible customer service! Gerald Nissan in IL would have given me better service than what this dealership has done!! I have never had an experience interaction with Nissan like this before. I am always given a email or text and paperwork detailing information/recommendations regarding my car!! I waited over five hours to hear back about the status of my car. It took a long time with an appointment to get a oil change and tire rotation. I was told by Travis, that Nissan dealership only have technicians and not certified mechanics for Nissan dealers. We inquired about other maintenance to be done other than a oil change and we never received a call regarding the issues or inspections. I called the dealership to find out if my car was ready for pickup after waiting for over 5 hours.

This experience could not have been better.Every...Single...Person at Russ Darrow that we interacted with was genuinely happy to help. Curtis was our salesman and he was kind, knowledgeable, and honest. His GM was amazing, their Receptionist is smiling and happy, financing answered all my stupid questions, Service department was happy to meet me and all were congratulating me on my new car. I own my own business and I am constantly shocked at how poor the customer service is at so many places these days. But not here. They exceeded every expectation. Businesses are run by people. And the people here are stellar. I cant stop telling everyone I know.

The mark up charged by dealers is very high, which Im usually OK with given their quality of work. I know, because we also use our neighborhood mechanic. Therefore, I see no reason to pass along credit card fees to the customers. If that is your company policy, thats fine. I will just be looking for a different dealership if the need arises.
The reps at the service dest wasnt warm and friendly. They were a little better upon picking up my vehicle. The cashiers were nice and apologetic.My car was ready a day before, and had I not call to check and see I wouldve never known it was complete. Noone called me to let me know that the work was complete.All in all my car us repaired and Im happy. They should work on their courtesy.

I brought my vehicle into this shop because I thought they would be fair but found out they are typical of dealers, I only needed my windshield wipers repaired and to check my heater. The first question should have been when did you purchase this vehicle?? This vehicle was purchased just 4 months ago from CarMAX. Why would they service a vehicle purchased recently just because they see 30,000 miles on odometer?? This vehicle didnt need work performed, I understand youre trying to make money but you shouldnt take advantage of a new vehicle owner. The only reason I will ever will do business with this dealer is if there is a recall. You are nothing but criminals. STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE - by the way this vehicle has a warranty despite what the service person told me. LIARS

Ron was our salesperson and after a previous bad experience at a Nissan dealership 2 nights before where we had to walk out after 2 hours, Ron was like a breath of fresh air. He also introduced us to Steve (GM or Sales GM) and we ended up getting $2,000 more for my trade. We ended up purchasing a 2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum.
The service rep. was nice enough, but I was unhappy with my overall experience. I had made an appointment several days prior using the web services and noted that I was having trouble with my key fob. I confirmed the appointment online. When I got there, I was asked if I’d brought both of the key fobs. No, I hadn’t; my husband keeps his. To check my key fob problem would make his not work and cost $150 to reprogram. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time — now I need to make another visit, time off work, etc. Also, I’d bought a maintenance plan with the car, but apparently it only covers oil changes and not all maintenance, so I was out $200 for the visit. Lastly, the dealership charges 3% to use a credit card on all service, so I had to use a debit card. I get that dealers don’t want people to put a whole car purchase on a credit card, but there should be a low-ish level (under $1,000, say) where credit cards are okay.

I was told by a technician that the work needed on my vehicle was not a cause for concern as of right now but I am currently stuck on the side of the road. Brittani ensured me that I would be ok to drive my car and the tech noticed no hurry to get it fixed until I could bring it in when the dealer had openings the following week

Took my car in for an oil change and it took nearly 4 hours due to a part they broke. No communication between how the part would be getting to them and ended up not even being the right size. I was over an hour late to work because I expected it to only take 30 min or so and I figured I would stop in before my shift. Started leaking oil 3 days later. Never going back!
The used vehicle I bought needed a heater core which should have been discovered by their motor repair technicians yet I wasnt told $600 added to total price of vehicle the day after buying the car
Today the folks at Russ Darrow Nissan really impressed me. I purchased a car from them two months ago and this week I discovered a nail in the tire of the car. With kindness and care, they repaired the tire at no charge! I am so grateful and you all should know how great the team is there.
I took my vehicle in to get it serviced and left out with it having missing & broken parts. They didnt think I would find out because I guess theyre so use to getting away with this. I took my car back so they can replace my car with the parts they stole. Thankfully they did it at no cost, but there was not one apology from them. Within the 4 weeks of going back and forth to the dealership, they kept adding more things my car needs to get. Including another alignment that I recieved a week before. They also overcharged me for parts I didnt even need. Swindlers. I do like to give a special thanks to Charles (Sadly he wasnt my service advisor during this time. He was the main reason Id always came to this place), Steve for being very friendly, and Paul for responding & helping me out with my issue.

I bought my first car from this dealership and feel robbed everytime I go in for something! They poorly explain service charges and take advantage of first time car buyers! Beware of these warranties that dont cover anything when the time comes to take your car in!
I came here last weekend while looking for a vehicle. I told the sales rep that I was looking to stay under $300/month for my monthly payments. I was told by the sales rep that there was nothing available for me to even look at because my price range was too low. So I left right away after only talking to him for 2 minutes. I ended up getting a new car... literally new... at Wilde Toyota that fit my monthly price range perfectly. I’m not sure if the sales rep at Nissan thought that I didn’t have credit, but it was very awkward.

Sold me a vehicle that cant pass emissions. Dealership didnt catch that in the inspection even though the check engine light came on immediately after I purchased the vehicle. They wont do anything to resolve the issue.

Start with the good, the salesman was really pleasant and knowledgeable. The finance guy was great and appreciated his sense of humor. We have been a two car purchase (Lease) with them for 6 years. They informed me that they got a new system that had incorrect information in it. Based off of that information we were given a price well over what we payed the last time. After recovering the receipt of what we payed the last time we were able to negotiate the price that was more in the ballpark of what we were looking for but still higher than what we’ve paid in the past. Mind you we received very similar cars as our previous lease. Overall it was a disappointing experience with flawed or malfunctioning software. We ended up leaving with 2 vehicles after close to 7 hours at the dealership. I will most likely go to another dealership next time as I never feel like a “valued” returning customer.

Fast and great service! I told the Service Advisor about an issue I had with blinking internal lights and was ready to pay a Diagnostic fee, but they checked the battery and found that needed replacing so they took off the Diagnostic fee and charged me for the battery and installation. No more blinking lights!
Would give an absolute zero if I could. Our 2013 Toyota RAV4 was bought here and immediately issues started flying in; all revolving our TPMS sensors and tires. We went there 5 times (within less than 2 months) and finally spoke with Steve (The GM), who was COMPLETELY full of himself and a absolute JOKE of a GM. We finally took our car to Monroe to get it looked at, when we found out that the TPMS sensor on the car was CORRODED!!! They completely looked through that 5 TIMES, even though they PROMISED they replaced it.Let me remind you that we’ve only had this car for less than 2 months, yet, it feels like we’ve serviced this car as if we’ve had it for years.What a joke of a dealership and a joke of management. If you’re looking at cars, PLEASE don’t go here. You’re only wasting your time and money.
I dont know if one star gives this dealership justice. I am a straight shooter guy and it takes a lot to get me upset and really try to understand reasoning from all areas before justifying being upset. I was given a pretty good deal on a New 2020 Nissan Frontier 4x4, enough that I was willing to drive 3.5 hours to the dealership. When I was 15 minutes away from the dealership I get a call from someone and they are like hey are you on your way, I was like heck yeah I am almost there. They told me ok well our general manager wants to speak to you real quick. At this point im thinking wow he wants to give me the red carpet treatment because I drove 3.5 hours to get there, nope he wanted to tell me that he just sold the vehicle that I made a deal with him the day before. Not just that but there was a big sign in the window texted to me with my name in it saying sold. Someone had to willingly go in and take the sign out with my name and sell it to someone else. When I got there I was upset but when I got there he was going to give me the same price for a 2021 Midnight edition 4x4 Frontier, so I relaxed a little bit because that was a pretty good deal and the dealership would have taken a hit for it. My heart told me not to give them business for the integrity issue alone but I went ahead and gave the truck a test drive....sure enough the truck started smoking in the engine compartment and blowing smoke through the AC vents and plummeted out when I opened the hood for the first time after the drive. Then instead of saying maybe saying oh wow I will have our service department ( you know nissan techs) look it over he just gaffed it off that its what all vehicles do until you break them in 1000 miles. Then he has the audacity to say this is a once in a lifetime deal I wont give this deal after today. Ok my man I am not driving back 3.5 hours anyway

First of all, we’ve been very dedicated to bringing both of our vehicles to you for years. The service Dept staff is very friendly and good at communicating but this time was the last time we will bring either of our cars to your dealership for service. First the price of service is higher than we could pay at other repair facilities, but we trusted you guys so we were ok with the little extra for the piece of mind. But now that you’ve decided to add 3.5% to the bill when we pay with our credit card, we’ll that’s ridiculous and we won’t pay that. Like repairs aren’t enough of a hardship and not everyone has the money to pay upfront for some car repairs, and then you feel it’s ok to add a fee onto the hardship is just uncalled for. Also, my husband had an oil change and he knew there was a tear in his windshield wiper which wasn’t addressed at all and they didn’t put an updated sticker in his window for when to come back. Things have definitely changed there and not for the better. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere going forward.

I have an older Nissan vehicle and he always ensures the best service and advice. Took my 2016 Nissan Altima here to get it checked for a recall on the rear passenger doors, they went inside the rear doors and later told me everything was good to go, I realized a few days later that one of my rear passenger doors does not open from the inside now. Was also told that there would be a car wash included with the recall inspection but never got one.
Be carful, know what they are going to charge you for when you negotiate for a car. at the end of the deal they threw in a $500 car paint/window protection(that they said is already on the car), after we already agreed on the price of the car and the trade in.They also use small talk as a way to get information so they can throw it back at you or manipulate you/keep you off base when trying to decide if this car is for you.Josh was a rude supervisor, as I was surprised about the extra $500, he then was dismissive and rude to me when I shared my frustration at their sales tactic. He did end up lowering it to 300 but I walked away due to his rudeness.

This was one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had. We made the drive from Green Bay to Milwaukee for our vehicle and it was well worth the visit. My car’s battery had completely died and they connected me to a tow company quickly and within a few hours I was back on the road with a newly charged battery. The communication and explanation of the situation were clear in all the steps and was handled professionally. A bad situation made good.

Normally, I would recommend this service but my most recent experience was below expectations. I had it in for an oil change and faulty turn signal. They quoted me $24 to fix it the first time but claimed they could not find anything wrong and only charged me for the oil change. On the drive home I found it to still be faulty. It was later in the day and I could not take it back that same day. I take it in a couple weeks later and they tried to charge me $159 to look at the turn signal. They wouldnt budge and insisted its $159 to look at it and said it would be an hour. After 90 minutes I check to see what is going on. They cant find the paper work for my vehicle and it was done 30 minutes earlier. Oh and the charge was $160 something. Normally I would drive out of there happy and not feeling taken advantage of. At this point I likely wont go back.

Long story short--I brought my Nissan in due to my air conditioning not working. I was told that in order to fix it they would have to take my front bumper and head lights off to reattach the AC Sensor due to it being cut and this would cost $800. They also told me if I wanted the AC Sensor to also be replaced it would cost $3000. I denied service at this time. So fast forward a couple days later, I had my dad look at my car and showed him my original AC Sensor piece. He fixed it within 10 minutes WITHOUT having to remove my bumper or head lights, and spent $3 on connectors and electric tape, where Nissan would have charged me $800. Also, prior to going to take my car to Nissan, I just put freon in my car, thinking that was why the AC was not working. When my dad fixed it, I had absolutely no freon, so Nissan also emptied my coolant. Also...I previously completed a review PER NISSANS REQUEST and they never posted it to google like I had requested nor reached out to me to follow up on my service, just contacted me because they want me to buy a new car....

Customer service is definitely EXCELLENT!!We had a problem with a used car. GM Eric listened to me and took care of that problem immediately. Troy helped us lease a brand new car. He was very helpful and professional. The process was easy and everyone was very respectful to us. We are now happy with our 2020 Nissan Sentra and very pleased with the service received. People in Service department are also very friendly and clear explaining everything related to the vehicle. I will recommend this place to everyone looking to buy a new or used car.
My experience here was absolutely amazing! Going to a dealership can be overwhelming, but Joseph was very welcoming. All of my questions were answered and I never felt pressured into making a decision. It was a very relaxed and homey environment and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Covid time. Very few masks. No real concern for my concerns. Took forever shoveling the extended warranty down my throat. Black Friday deals the same as the week before and less expensive the following Monday. I will not repeat business nor recommend.

I texted the “advisor” a couple of times when I didn’t hear the car had been finished after a few hours, and there was no response.The details matter, y’all.I’d give them another try, for sure.
