I bought a 09 Hyundai Elantra. Austin was a professional salesman. No B.S. He let the car do most of the talking, which, lets be honest, is how it should be. I had a minor issue arise right after I got the car. He made sure it was taken care of, right away. 10 out of 10. Would recommend!

Where do they get the sales people from? Failed in every categories of a business whose living depends on the customera and sale but sounds like they dont wanna sell their cars. Learn to be a sales person more then just care about your commission. No respect at all. I would never buy anything even with a 50% off. Making me sound like I needed their car more then they need my money. Making sound like theyre the top dogs when it comes to selling cars. Sorry its just a car and they are millions just like that one you have sitting there for over 5 months.

Brought A car from here and the first week had a coolant leak, then took it to their shops to be fixed and it was half way fixed because oil started leaking mixed with coolant. This was all in a 2 weeks of purchase They sent me to 3 foreign car Specialist which they recommended and they couldn’t find the leak which was easily accessible from the BMW shop and I had to come out of my Pockets to pay. I guess Car King tried to fix the car but a 7500 car shouldn’t have problems Like This the first week of purchase. I’m currently seeking to get some kind of payment back. I will try to warn pple yearly on all my platforms to save them from waisting money and the run around. BEWARE!!!!!

Do not shop here I bought a car from here two days ago for 7000$ and was assured there was nothing wrong with the car after I made them fix the check engine light and the AC that wasn’t working during first test drive. The following day I showed up to purchase the car the check engine light was off and the AC was working alright. Again they assured me nothing else was wrong with the car. I drove the car home and as it was getting darker I could see the front passenger headlight didn’t work which they didn’t tell me about, a nail in the rear driver wheel, the front left tire rod is faulty, an AC leak they claimed they patched up and fixed and they didn’t, another leak in the lower oil gasket and I was told about none of those problems. This place buys cars makes them look nice and partially fixes them and sells them for way more than they are worth I would recommend this place to nobody. I hoped this help you stay away from these scammers

Terrible place to buy a car. The Owner is very rude and cocky. The SUV we bought right away needed brakes all the way around was close to $800. Then 3 different lights came on including check engine. We got the car through only 1 oil change and by the time the second one was due i put at least 12 quarts of oil in and the motor just kept eating and eating oil. Owned the car for only 5 months and the motor blew. Worst investment ever.

My friend recently purchased a car from Car King. She bought the vehicle for $5000, and 10 minutes after she left the lot, the oil pressure light came on. She went to Valvoline to get it checked, but when she left, the vehicle prompted her to shut off the car as the engine was overheating. When she returned to the lot on the SAME DAY, they told her that she could sell the car back to them for $800. They have not been helpful at all and have told her that they will not do anything for her besides allow her to sell it back for less than 1/5 of the price she purchased it for that same day. I am extremely disappointed in the staff at this dealership and how they treat customers during a time of financial instability due to COVID-19.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! Go to Lehner Auto...same prices but the cars are like new. The vehicles at Car King were the worst Ive seen or driven. I wouldnt put my worst enemy in one of their vehicles. Over-priced, poorly maintained and just all around junk. No techs or garage on-site, all vehicles are on fumes, all tires are low, brakes barely stopped, check engine lights on...just horrible in every way.

DO NOT buy a car from these people. I purchased a car that overheated 2 weeks into having it. I brought it to my trusting mechanic, he told me they had put stop leak in my radiator and it cracked all my gaskets. So 2 weeks into having the car I had to buy part of a new engine!!

I went to car king with a very bad credit score. Five other places turned me down for obvious reasons. Not bad credit but no established credit. They worked very very hard to get me into a vehicle. In very short time, they got me a very nice SUV. I had the vehicle for 3 years with no real problems. Now my credit score is awesome, and I got approved for my car that Ive wanted for a while. I was need of a new to me car- and after looking at different dealers ect I decided on car king. 3 min from my house, I wanted to do business local ectAustin was a great sales person, helped me purchase a 2008 Nissan Murano within my budget. I needed a larger vehicle, due to our family growing from a family of 4 to a family of 5.Great purchasing experience, followed pandemic guidelines, Austin was easy to get a hold of and followed up when he said was. However, the first month of owning the car- It left me stranded twice, once at work and once less than a mile away from home. (It wouldn’t start) Couple different issues ranging from a $1000 fix (estimate on paper from Nissan dealer) to minimal things like a gas cap.I purchased the 4K mile/ 4month warranty they offer because wife talked me into it, thank goodness she did because the car was in and out of the shop for 3 weeks out of the first month of ownership.Car King took care of everything, no charge to me, however, the driving of my wife’s SUV (our family car) and inconvenience of having my wife, our 2 kiddos and a newborn pick me up twice because Nissan wouldn’t start- is reason for the 4*BUY THE WARRANTY!

Well, the Car King does have cars for sale. They appear clean BUT the Car Kings idea of low mileage is over 100,00. I took my friend there to look at a 2009 and 2011 Buick Enclave and they both had well over 150,000 on them. He had them both priced at 7,999 and she offered him 6,000 cash on the spot and he wouldnt even negotiate down $100. I didnt see a single car that didnt have exempt written on the cars disclosure forms. She didnt buy from there and I wouldnt waste my time.

This lot is unprofessional and uncooperative. They sale over priced vehicles. I know someone personally who purchased a $9000 vehicle who had problem after problem with the vehicle. They make excuses and are never willing to fix an issue. They are scammers and a horrible company to purchase a vehicle. They won’t fix an issue and they will quickly blame the buyer. Horrible customer service. People be aware and do your research.

Lessons learned in life. I needed to get a vehicle right away, and did some online searching for what would be best in the price range I was going for. I came across a car here, and it seemed like it would be a good fit. I read the online reviews, and was pleased with what I read, and the fact they have been in business so long. I was a little skeptical because they do not do any work on site or checking of things. I knew from the test drive it would need an alignment. Not a huge deal. Well, I took it to a car place to be fixed, and they couldnt do the alignment because it needs a ball joint, and the suspension is bad all around. And this is a reputable mechanic in my town. Next time I buy a car, I will make sure to take it to a mechanic first, and possibly spend extra money to get a warranty as they had offered.

I went to here at look at cars. They were all over priced. Come to find out I know a few people who recently got cars from here and all had major problems go wrong within a week or two. So glad I dodged a bullet. They have Austin lying to customers telling them the cars are good and all been checked out. They send you to there mechanic who still over charges you and Car King won’t pay even after having a vehicle for a week or two. He makes excuses and once called out he tries to use the car salesmen act. Worst place by far. Please do your research before purchasing a vehicle from here!

I bought a 2011 Ford Fiesta SSE that stated it had 113,000 miles on 7/23/2020. Not even a full week later the car was lagging and I was told to bring it back up to them. Austin said it was a minor fix. He said it only needed an oxygen sensor and refered me to their mechanic (The Mechanic). After they took a look at it they said the clutch was slipping thats why the engine light was coming on and it would cost $2,300 and it was too difficult for them to fix and suggested I take it to the Ford dealership. After calling Austin back and leaving messages I still havent heard anything after a month. I took the car to my mechanic and was told he has received two other cars from Car King recently with major issues. They have cars with great exteriors but they fix them up just enough to drive them off the lot.

They have a LOT of nice cars/trucks but they all seem to have very high mileage. 100,000+ 🤔

We went August 1st to car shop. Found a vehicle we wanted (2004 honda pilot) and applied for financing, was told we would hear from the bank on Monday.Monday came and went, we heard nothing. I called Tuesday and they said I should hear from the bank within the day. Again nothing. I called Thursday and asked what was going on with financing and was told they had not heard back from the bank, things were taking longer with covid. I asked about the vehicle as it was no longer listed on their site and thats the one we were financing for.Its been sold.If you arent going to hold a vehicle for someone financing whats the point? If there was a fee to hold the vehicle they never said a word. The vehicle was sold out from under us while we waited.

Austin was patient with me as I am a bit indecisive. No complaints from me at all. Glad I came to Car King and will be returning next time I buy a car.

Almost all of there cars are over priced. If you want to buy a car from this place just know your ganna pay for it. Most of there cars have a ton of miles. They also don’t budge on there price at all so expect to pay the over priced payment. Very rude over the phone as well.

We bought a vehicle from car kind back in 2018 about 2 months after buying it we got stop by another vehicle to say our back tires were leaning on took it to them and was told it was normal we end up having to take it to the Nissan dealer ship which after $1300 later was told the truck was not road worthy due to the frame was totally rusted out as was told by the manager of the shop that the dealership we bought the truck from should of Seen the problem and never should of had the truck on the lot so not only being out a car but had a loan to pay so basically was paying for a car that was not road worthy after not even having it for.a year. So if you are looking for a car DONT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM.

I bought a car here well over a year ago for my girlfriend and feel bad because I forgot all of the names of the people who assisted in the process and from the new salesperson, to the manager, to the mechanic, and the finance woman, ALL were fantastic. I paid cash for it and it was close to $6000 and there were a couple of small issues that were taken care of immediately. I read someones review on here who complained that they often take cars offsite to another mechanic to look at. They did the same for me. I look at that as a strength, not a weakness.I got a fair price and a good car. When you buy a 6-7 year old car from any dealership, something could go wrong with it. Often times people think everything should be perfect all of the time. The car I bought, a 2012 Chrysler 200 still runs great and other than oil changes and a couple of tires, no problems with it. I must say that as a professional customer service expert, these people flat out deliver outstanding customer service. My girlfriend is beyond picky and complains about a lot of things and she thought there was something wrong with it a month after I bought it. To appease her I called them and they said bring it in and theyll look at it. I never did because there wasnt anything wrong with it and even if there was, its a used car and a multiple of things can go wrong. Point is, they were willing to still assist. I strongly recommend Car King and actually will be buying another car for them in the not to distant future.

Absolutely impressed! It was well worth the hour drive there to get a great deal on a used car! Austin was AMAZING, very HONEST and patient, and super FUN, as was the rest of the staff we encountered! I bought a Chevy Equinox on June 02, 2020. Couldn’t pick it up until the following Saturday but the same day (Saturday) my Check engine light came on. Cam shaft sensor. Took it to a shop and paid over $300 for the fix and an oil change and new filter, which was incredibly disappointing because if nothing else they should be selling vehicles with at least an oil change. Fast forward to Sunday June 28th. Check engine light on AGAIN. 2 check engine lights in less than a month of owning this vehicle. Beyond upset and disappointed. I worked hard to save up enough money to purchase what I thought was a better vehicle. Oh did I mention my back brakes are already squealing and are gonna need to be replaced along with the front rotors. I’m now waiting, holding my breath waiting to see what’s wrong with this car, not even 1 month into owning it. I have not contacted them about these issues because I don’t need to be referred to another mechanic, I have a mechanic, wish I had them when I bought the vehicle but it really is a lesson. I don’t know what the problem is now or if I’m gonna be able to afford to fix it. I would advise to bring a mechanic with you to check out any vehicle you want to purchase. I’m disappointed that CarKing is selling vehicles with no oil, filters, bad brakes etc on TOP of whatever is already wrong with the car. It is an AS IS sale but have some integrity about it, you don’t build a good reputation taking folks hard earned money for vehicles that become a headache because I already have a headache dealing with this issue. I shouldn’t have 2 check engine lights on with less than a month of ownership. BUYER BEWARE! This is an honest review, no misrepresentations, just facts.Update: as of today 07/04/20 this vehicle had to have the front and back breaks and rotors replaced. I don’t even drive everyday as I work from home. And during the course of repacking the brakes I was informed I need ball joints on no the driver and passenger side. I noticed on the response that it is mentioned that my mechanic did not do the repairs correctly, HELLO are you guys completely crazy the issue is WHY am I having to do these types of repairs on a vehicle less than 1 month into buying it. With the brakes, rotors and ball joints added I’ve spent almost $1000 on repairs to a supposedly “good” used vehicle. NOW I will say DO NOT BUY any vehicle from CarKing this has been the worst experience, still waiting to see what is wrong with the second check engine light. FYI mechanic I went to has an excellent reputation and GREAT reviews for his shop unlike CarKing.

I had a great experience working with Austin (sales) and Chris (finance). They were very patient with me and let me put money down to hold the car until I could get approved due to not having great credit. The Audi was a popular car with a few people waiting for my deal to fall through. They even made the bumper look better than before since I told them I didnt like how it looked originally. Car was immaculate inside and drives amazing. Recommend future business with them.

When I get there and was looking around I was greeted. But after I got the vehicle the first day of having it the brakes was making a noise. I called made appointment and drop my car off. Austin tells me they checked everything in that’s normal? That’s not normal but okay when I asked if they would changed the brakes he told me he knew a place where I could get a good deal. Also they try to sell you this bs warrant which most places don’t take. I will honestly say I will never go back there again. When they get vehicles in that don’t change the oil they do a basic check and that’s it. After I paid to get the brakes and a alignment on the car it’s been fine but you I wouldn’t suggest going there.

I just got my first car from Car King and so far love it. The staff were all super friendly and werent pushy at all. The car is very clean for being over 10 years old and was probably the best one I had driven out of my search for a car. If youre looking for a decent used car I would recommend checking out what they have to offer!

This dealership is horrible. They sold my nephew a vehicle and the starter went out a week later and they blamed my dad for jumping the car. They took no accountably for fixing or resolving the problem. He gave them $2000 and less than a week later they wanted him to pay $1000 for a starter and an alternator. My son purchased a car from this place. They said everything had been inspected but soon after the grace period the check engine light came on. Then the tire sensor. As of today, my son has spent more money in repairs than the initial cost of the car. They lied.

This place is a joke. They are money hungry and dont care about their customers. On 2/29 I purchased an Equinox same day thermostat was sticking ok cool simple fix. I called took a while for AUSTIN to get back to my so a few days later I called to speak to him and he referred me over to a shop they use. Cool. I go and drop the truck off and he states its a thermostat ok cool easy fix although I had to pay for that and shouldnt had to. Mind you I was not driving the vehicle soon as I noticed the issue I was catching UBERS and rides from others. I think the truck is fixed and Im now driving the car that I thought was fixed and nope overheating again. I park it and call AGAIN and they ask me to take it back t their JANKY mechanic. AT this point I take it to a shop Ive dealt with in the past and come to find out their is a combustion leak and he states the repair would exceed the value of the vehicle. They want to pay for HALF of repairs and I do not think that is fair. I tried to resolve the issue and not go pubic with it but now I have contacted the BBB, FOX 6, and my attorney and will be filing a case with the small claims court. Do not buy from them they do not care about their customers, they are money hungry THIEVES! But every DOG has its day. I am also looking for anyone that had financed with Franklin so that they will NOT work with these thieves.

The 2005 Buick rendezvous one owner for $4999 has 3 leaks and the dealership refuse to fix the problem. The have a lot of people interested in the vehicle and they should know the repairs they will have. All there vehicles have problems. Just because you finance and the bank charges them a finance fee they think this is the discount to the car. Bob doesn’t care about the cars to be the service manager and Austin rush you off the phone and make up lies that his mechanic is sick and has been for a week. Do not buy a car from this dealership you will have problems with any car if they lie about this one they will lie about any of their cars. Spend your money elsewhere. They don’t care about there customers and they future money they have to spend. They buy there cars from the auction and put it on there lot. They don’t even know when the vehicle had its last oil change. Bad service will NEVER do business here.

First time going to the dealership was interested in purchasing a SUV. 12/20/2019; I went in to look at vehicle and salesperson was helping me out. He asked me what is my concern is about a vehicle that Im going to purchase I replied that I dont want a car with rust on it and he assured that there was no rust on any of there cars. I purchased 2008 Saturn Vue AWD and from the check offlist everything seem excellent and good about the vehicle. I only had the vehicle for about 65 days but less then 90 days. Took my car to Firestone 3/6/20 for oil change and keep hearing a popping noise. They did inspection on car and its was very disturbing what the mechanic at Firestone said it was the the left control arm pulled away from the frame due to being completely rusted out. The car should have been sold it is a safety concern and should have been savage the more that I drive on it my tire would have popped off. All there vehicle are rusted from the brakes, under body, tires were torn. They are a running a scam car shop they was totally aware of that vehicle condition and falsification of documents about the 2008 Saturn Vue AWD.

I had a great experience buying my first car here. The staff is very helpful and personable, but do not make you feel forced to look at or buy anything. They let me inspect the cars on my own and were very transparent about the details. They helped this big buy to be as easy and stress free as possible. I would recommend to anyone looking at used cars in the Milwaukee/Pewaukee area!

Was told I had to do a credit application to test drive a vehicle, I saw Online, when i got there. Took a 30 minute drive for nothing. Austin actally argued with me for about 10 minutes about how this is common practice. Im 46 yrs old. This is not my first used car. No car lot has ever pulled my credit to test drive a car. And Who is this Google User who keeps leaving this FAKE Good reviews?😆😂😭 Must be the owner. All the Bad reviews have real names.

This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from this dealership. The first car I bought from here lasted me almost ten years with no trouble at all. I am hoping my second purchase from here is just as reliable. Brian was super helpful and friendly.

I bought a 2010 Ford Edge, the carpet and car itself was very dirty. They cleaned on spot from the carpet and not the entire floor and refused to wash the car. Also gave me the car with the gas light on. Before I purchased the car I asked plenty of questions and was told the car was fine and needed no service work. The car needs tire rods, a wheel alignment and brakes. I’ve called them numerous of times and even brought the car to Car King to be checked out. The mechanic drove it and he said they would call me in about an hour to set up an appointment or to bring the car back. No call, and still have not received a call. They also wanted me to pay for the service when it is not my fault the car was not checked out completely.

Austin was great to work with. I came in for a jeep I found online and I left a day later with that jeep. Smooth process and I never felt rushed or pressured.

Terrible service, car came with numerous of problems that were never mentioned up front! Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Just wanted to post that Austin & Car King really came through for me. I bought a car from them and the check engine light came on, Car King told me where I could take the car to get fixed. I really wanted to buy a car from here. It started out great. I was here several times and after I was lied to twice I wont go back. I feel because I am a woman they think I know nothing about cars or buying them. What a shame!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but they tried to sell me a vehicle that had a crack in the frame. Maybe this was a fluke - but I would not recommend this place to buy a car based on this experience. A car thats over 5k should not have this serious of an issue with it and the staff was not truthful with me about the cars history. They told me it had been in two small accidents, which was false, the whole side had been replaced and painted a similar color. Wouldnt buy a car from here.
