Autoplex ALWAYS treats me right! David and the entire staff are very helpful and genuine people. You can really feel the family business atmosphere. I called to make an emissions testing done. They had same day appointments that were open. A lot of places don’t to the emissions anymore. I was so glad to find this place. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Would give negative stars if possible! do NOT come here, they do not care about helping their customers they are only interested in what they can get from them, when I told them I was not interested in a car I had reserved they badgered me and would not take no for an answer then because THEY choose to keep me there trying to convince to get a car I was no longer interested in the salesman stated I had to pay him some money for his time even though HE is the one that kept me there, and only returned me half of the money I had placed to reserve the car because he stated he also had to pay his employees that had stayed there with me which I didnt ask him to have them there plus they close at 7pm which is the time we ended our conversation. Save your time and money dont waste it in this horrid dealership.

In regards to your response on Google reviews for KS. The sunroof the sales person said was stuck and did not work due to the ice as it was in January. I took him at his word. He also said it was only in a minor front accident, which come to find out the radiator has a hole in it and is ziptied up from a major frontal accident. We did buy the extended warranty Value plus. We just had a another garage look at it and they said the gaskets, ambient censor, oil leaks, radiator, fuel injectors, spark plugs, lots of wiring issues and all this is wrong with it. Warranty will not cover most of it. The car was bought at $7,000 something and now only a year later is only worth $1,000. We do not want discounted repairs after spending that along with a warranty we should not have to. All this should of been done prior to selling this car along with some honesty! We want our money back! The garage said that the car is not even worth fixing based on its value and we have only had the car for a 1 and 1/2 years and contacted you about some of these issues 4-5 months after purchase. We will be filing a compliant with the Better Business Bureau if there is no resolution.

Service department staff is excellent. Called-in to get an emissions test and was given a walk-in in place of someone who did not show up for their scheduled appointment. Glad they were able to accommodate us same day and not waste an open time slot. The customer service from the front desk is super friendly. Had a short wait after check-in. Got results in a timely-manner from the service workers for the exam. Communication is great between workers and customers. Hassle-free experience. Recommend and they are bilingual as well in Spanish which is a plus.

Terrible place to get a car from. Sun roof is broken (they told me at the time it just wouldnt open from the cold weather), check engine light has been on forever, air conditioning not working because of s freon leak, oil leak.. the list goes on & on. Just got it looked at by a dealership and they pointed out SO many cheap, temporary repairs that this place had made under the hood. Ive had this car for only a yr and will now be out thousands of dollars to get it fixed. Save your money.

I spoke to “Dane” via the online chat on their website in regards to emissions testing.I was told that appointments aren’t required, but preferred. I explained I’d like to have my car tested today. Dane said that he’d let the team know I was coming in tonight, but to call ahead before I came.I called, explained the chat to the woman who answered and headed over.When I arrived I was stopped by a gentleman outside who told me that they stop doing emissions testing at 5pm (I called after 5pm) and that I needed an appointment for emissions.I don’t know what Dane’s relationship to Autoplex is, but he and the business clearly aren’t on the same page.I’d give them zero stars if I could and I will never even consider doing any actual business with them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING HERE! I feel as if I was taken advantage of due to the fact I am a woman, and I am also 9 months pregnant so they felt as if I was desperate. I did a credit app drove about 6 cars when I finally chose one that I actually liked, that I was previously told I was approved for I couldn’t get it because they ran my credit for a different car and wanted an extra 1200 more for a down payment. Also, wouldn’t honor the price that was listed online, they told me it was a mistake and they couldn’t do anything about it! What is the point of having a price on the vehicles if you’re going to charge whatever you like. All around bad experience, and I had my credit ran by 3 different lenders and still NO CAR! You can be like me and think the negative reviews were just their experience or you can take it from me & go somewhere else especially if you value your time and money!

Would give zero financed an 06 f 150 drove to Florida with wife an kids only to have it break down when I got there was told to take to local shop by warranty department only to find out there was 6,500 worth of rust under the truck warranty department only covers 4500 hmmmm guess who is responsible for the rest me had to catch several flights back an forth to Florida for 3 months waiting on truck to get fixed only to discover Im responsible for the rest spoke with mechanic supervisor several times with only to respond bring it back we will fix it hmmmm work has been preformed an still tells me to bring it in had to bring back very next day after purchase due to bad brakes stuck caliper aswell as broken tie rod

We test drove three vehicles and were interested in buying one, to find out it was already sold! Alex (i believe his name was) kept pushing us at the other two, even though we said multiple times we werent interested because we could tell they needed alot of work. Then he tried showing us other vehicles we stated we were not interested in. (We went there specifically to look at a certain vehicle)The vehicle we originally went to see was listed online at around 40,000 less miles then it actually had.As we were walking to our vehicle to leave he followed us, trying to convince us to test drive other vehicles, or follow him to their other lot.Overall very very bad experience. If you dont know much about vehicles and what to look for, definitely take it to a mechanic to have them look it over. Do not trust them!

My sister got her 1st car from this place, they provided us with the best customer service and the car purchasing process was quick and easy and it works great the air didnt work and they fixed it for free for her without any issues and they owned up to it. So far the truck is doing great. I also recently went to take my truck to emissions and did the plate registration it took less than 10 minutes i love this place. Looking forward to getting a car from here in the future !! Their car selection is also great

I know they better fix my car havent had it less than 3 months. The check engine light and the change engine oil came on. I can tell this SUV NEEDS A TUNEUP AS WELL!!! They didnt check this vehicle when it was sold. I sure hope so it took us over three weeks to get the truck in the first place. Although I have caught them in alot of lies. I definitely told them to check everything before I drove it off the lot which they did fix the brakes. Also I was giving the run around for weeks. They make it sounds so good at first and u are in for a rude awakening. John said I can bring it in for everything to get fixed well Ill see him to it by the Chevy still has the warranty. Usually all dealerships check all vehicles before selling them. Not this one you have to point out what need to be done. If not youre on your own.

Staff were very nice, but 3 months later sun roof does not work. It was winter when we bought it and they said it was just frozen at the time. 6 months later check engine light came on, needed new battery, all new injectors and plugs which is not covered under extended warranty i purchased. $2000 right there! Air conditioner stopped working in extreme heat. Hopefully that will be covered under warranty. Tires need replacing in the back as the belt is now showing and my daughter only drives around Milwaukee for the most part. Most of the body in front is being held on by zip ties. Missing wheel wells. Definitely should have looked closer at this car underneath and took it to a mechanic as I feel some of this stuff should have been redone, fixed before selling. Also, come to find out it has 2 recalls on it that were never taken care of prior to selling.

Put a truck on hold with the intention of driving over from Michigan. John was amazing. He took it to a mechanic to help me feel confident that everything was above board. I even talked to the mechanic myself. Unfortunately plans changed and I ended up going another route out of convenience. I highly recommend John in particular. If I lived in Milwaukee I’d send friends his way!

Great group of people who will work with you to find the right vehicle for you, even when credit isnt the best. I had a vehicle die on me and needed something that would fit my life so I was looking for a full sized truck. I found a great truck at a great price and John worked with me to bring the truck home. Even going as far as fixing things on the truck before I picked it up and giving me a loaner truck until mine was done, then going one step further and meeting me halfway with my truck when it was ready since I live 3 hours away from them. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a nee vehicle.

Bought a truck from them that appeared to be in decent shape..... as it turned out within 6 months I have now spent over 5 thousand dollars just to keep it on the road. Rear brakes were shot, rear axel was filled with transmission fluid, needed all 4 wheel bearings, needed 8 glow plugs, 2 injectors, has no horn. Also found out the front tires on this 10,000lb truck were non freeway trailer tires. My up-pipes are cracked open, turbo hardly spools and someone twist and taped the wiring together for a GPS tracker that literally fell out from behind the dash. I wish I could give them negative stars. DONT EVER BUY anything from them especially a diesel. They dont have a clue what they are looking at and have no interest in customer service. They should be shut down immediately. After all these repairs Im still not able to drive the truck. They should be ashamed of themselves for peddling such garbage vehicles.

I really enjoyed my experience at Autoplex. John was patient, and helped me stay within my financial budget. This is honestly the best car lot I have ever purchased a used car from. He made sure to give me the car fax report and that I was happy with my purchase. I will be bringing my daughter to purchase a vehicle as well.

These days it is very hard to find a used car/truck. I bought a very nice F-250 from John. I was treated with respect and courtesy. They even brought a truck over to the location I was at from one of their other properties 20 minutes away, not to mention as they were getting ready to close for the evening. There was no pressure for me to buy, I assumed because they had a larger client base, great service and honest prices. The technician went over my truck before I took delivery. He wasn’t satisfied with the condition of a specific part so they replaced it at no cost to me. I was a cash buyer, however if I had needed financing I felt confident that they could handle all of my needs. I still keep in touch with these guys. I’m always needing a work truck—it’s just the nature of my job.

Man i wish I could give less than one starGot a car with 64k miles on it, 7k later the timing belt went, 8k later the front brakes stopped eorking, 10k later the transmission started acting up and now the car also needs to be started via Jumpstart every time, battery and alternator replaced twice.They refused to help me with any of the original issues I had too, I asked when I bought the vehicle if im covered if things go wrong, they said yes, then refused to help me when things went wrong, avoid avoid avoid!

Bought my equinox from them.A few days after the purchase my power steering pump went. Called and talked to David, he told me to bring it in.They fixed the problem and no extra cash came out of my pocket.They pride themselves on their customer service and their vehicles.

Went to test drive a honda odessey...they asked for my ID. They didnt return it after I returned and I forgot to ask. When I returned couple days later, he came back with around 10-15 other IDs but not mine. Surely the stack of other patrons IDs not returned, should be evidence enough their system doesnt work well. I suggest they make copies of IDs like other dealerships do.

Sold me a truck that leaks coolant all over my driveway. I called them to see what had all been repaired prior to my purchase and they refuse to take my call. Also they were supposed to remove the tonneu cover and chose not to honor their word. I will never shop here again. Pushy salesmen poor customer service and zero interest in reeat business.

Yes, this place can get you a car pretty easily despite credit. But be cautious when going through with a purchase from this shady company, it is a commitment. They effed me over big time, and here I am living with the consequences. Two months of having the car, it stopped working. Just literally stopped. In my opinion at only two months in, they could have at least looked at it. Their response was that it was basically my problem. A week ago I got the results that the car needed multiple big repairs. This company promised me that they would do a diagnosis and treatment the night before I picked it up. Obviously, they didnt live up to that. Now, this might not be the experience everyone will/has had, but it is what happened to me. To me it seems like they dont care. They only want to make the sale and thats it. Always be sure to validate the companies credibility, and ask for the cars prior history.

Sold Me a vehicle messed up the paper work 3 months later I am still trying to put licence plates on it they are trying to get me to send a post dated check that is asking a customer to do some thing illegal to fix there mess up DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. So many laws they are not fallowing do your home work. and make sure they have you do the write paper work or you will be sorry.

I would be very cautious buying from this place. Tried selling me a vehicle that was not only burning oil but after i was told was a 2 owner car i ran car fax and it was reported the vehicle had odometer rolled back and had 60k more miles than led to beleive. After I found out and told them they still continued to advertise the vehicle online with false mileage. . Now to top it off, I turned down the vehicle a week ago the salesman has continued to contact me and harassed me about taking down this review. Was never refunded the 100$ for holding the vehicle even though salesmen said it was fully refundable and a check was mailed.....month later no. Check
